Our server Zara was amazing having a laugh with us made our experience at Bucks Bar that much better! Food was outstanding, large portions for the price you pay. Loved the drinks - twister and mango passion and I can’t remember the name but the strawberry hard shake was delicious! Will definitely be back!

What a great place! Great smiley girl serving us, tasty plentiful food, bustling ambience and worth the money and very dog friendly! A full GF menu too for my friend that was fabulous and looked exactly like ours! We’ll be back😃

Really friendly staff, cool atmosphere and the chicken burgers are out of this world. Never an issue to seat you, even if they’re busy and you need to pop back. Becoming our new fave place to eat in town. :)

Staff friendly, helpful and happy which was great . We was a little early as we didn’t know how long it would take to walk there . They accommodated us straight away . They made us feel welcome , very polite . Great atmosphere in there . The food wow , I had the The fussy Bucker the chicken was massive but delicious I struggled to eat it but I did . My husband had The Country Boy which was just as big but throughly enjoyed it . Would highly recommend this place 5* in all areas . Thank you Bucks Bar .

If you havnt tried the new Bucks Bar in Edinburgh yet, you should. Great value for money. Great staff who are happy to suggest any Hot sauces. Music and Vibe are Great. Old Music like Blondie, Nirvana, AC/DC. All adds to the experience

The food was amazing as always! Now with the added bonus of not having to get a train to enjoy it! Staffa wee lovely and the portions were huge ! Love the snug booth vibes too!

We arrived 15 minutes early and the server seated us early with no problem, sat at seat given menus and after a few minutes came to take out drinks orders, explained to us how the cocktail discount worked and took our drinks orders, then a bit later came to take our food requests, drinks and food came super quick and was lovely, cocktails were delicious also, had puddings (key lime pie) amazing, food and service was excellent and we will definitely be back.

Chicken was amazing, not dry or stringy. I thought the menu was brilliant with lots of choice. Very well decorated as well there was a great atmosphere. Service was quite slow though.

Bucks bar is what it says, does great chicken, good beer and a fab jukebox. James served us and he was very attentive, made good suggestions and had good banter. We really enjoyed our visit and will be back

food has never ever disappointed at any of the Bucks Bars is glasgow so i was curious about the one in Edinburgh. So so good. Service is always good and food is next level. Food is such a good price for what you are getting so it’s well worth it.

Buck's provide the best chicken burgers in Edinburgh. Range of toppings is cracking and not found one I don't like yet! The 'special' is excluded from the lunch deal, which is a shame but there are plenty choices on the standard menu.

Delicious food and the beers on tap were great. Just before we finished up a live act came on and treated us to some live music. A busy evening for last weekend of Edinburgh Fringe.. enjoyable evening at Buck's Bar, Grindlay St Edinburgh.

Food, tasty and a lot of it! Staff, attentive making sure food ok and if needed more drinks. Drink, got 2 cocktails on the 40% off offer and they were very tasty and presented well. Only negative which is very minor bit cramped in between tables of two, rather small venue so understandable. The red lights I found I struggled to read menu. Overall I would return and highly recommend

We had booked for 4pm and ended up in town earlier than suspected. We asked if it was possible to come earlier than planned. Although it was busy we were accommodated with a table and this proved no hassle at all. This shows great organisation as most other places now would just turn you away despite being empty. The ambience internally was great and really reminded us of a restaurant we used to go to when we lived in the States. The food was excellent and service spot on without being intrusive. My daughter has found her new favourite sauce in the Korean BBQ. She cannot wait to go back again. Neither can the rest of us.
