   The food was awful. We ordered spaghetti, sent it back twice and had it taken off the bill. The “sauce” was water and meat. Our server was great and did a fantastic job!

   I don't usually like to complain about the places I eat out at, but this was my birthday celebration and it turned out to be a bad decision to celebrate at this restaurant. We have eaten there a number of times in the past, but it has been a year since our last visit and they have really gone downhill. Nothing was fresh, the food was not made the way it was on previous visits, and there was zero flavor. The Price has increased but the quality has gone way down, what a shame~!~! My family was very disappointed and we won't go back and we have eaten there 20-25 times over the years.

   We waited an hour for our food. We had a group of 8, and we did 3 separate checks. My daughter, her husband, my son and future daughter in law. Got their salad, appetizer, and there entree, we hadn't received any of our food. They were finished eating before our food arrived. When my husband said if it's not ready in 15 minutes just cancel our order. What do you know it came out fast. We were only credited our appetizer. It was my husband and step children's first time going there to eat. Let's just say we won't be going back due to poor service.

   Overall, a very good dinner. Our server was very friendly. The food was delicious (chopped salad and shrimp fra diavolo) with the exception of my daughter’s pizza being burnt. It was promptly removed from our bill. I do want to mention my menu was filthy, though.

   We were seated immediately. We waited 12 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. It was 5:30 on a Friday night. Pretty quiet. We ordered appetizers and dinner. Our apps came out 15 minusfter we ordered and we waited one hour and a half before we finally told the manager we had to leave even though our food never came out. He said he would check on our food he never came back. We finally stood up and told out waitress we had to leave and we need to pay for our sodas and salad. She said ok go talk to him. Meaning the manager again. We finally left after one hour and 35 minutes without ever receiving our dinner. Absolutely horrendous service.

   Excellent food. The chicken carbonara and Quattro Al forni were excellent. Service was a bit slow for no one in the place. Overall it is a great place. Highly recommended

   Food was cold, fried items tasted of old grease, calamari was tough and rubbery, fried mozzarella was wet and soggy, spaghetti wasn't cooked through, manicotti was cold and shells were hard as a rock. The service was horrible, had to ask several times for water, and bread, which arrived cold and overdone. We were there before crowd started and people came in after us and left before. Our table was reserved and it wasn't set up with the normal settings, cheese, oils...AND most disturbing, everyone became sick, one before leaving and the rest on the way home, we had to pull over to get sick. We were there for a Birthday celebration and it was a very disappointing experience.

    We had reservations for 7PM and were told upon arrival they were behind by 30 minutes. We were seated at 7:45. The waiter was completely inattentive, bringing food without dishes and utensils twice....I ended up searching other areas to find what we needed to eat. Even if they were understaffed (which I know everyone is) a little apology would have gone a long way. Actually, the host apologized for the wait but the waiter did not apologize for the multiple miscues. Or maybe they were just clueless. We've been going there for years for special occasions, but that was the last time.

    Service was horrible. Had a reservation but didn’t get seated until 15 minutes after our reservation. We immediately had a server after being seated but it took another 30 minutes to get our drinks. Appetizers and salad were brought out 5 minutes prior to our entree. Our shrimp fettuccine had a hair in it. Our chicken fettuccine was dry and we asked for additional sauce, but never received it, we were told for 25 minutes that they were “working” on it. We eventually gave up and asked for our check. We essentially never ate the large chicken fettuccine. To say the least we were disappointed and never received what we paid for.

    Low on staff it seemed, so be prepared for longer wait times. Server seemed overwhelmed but did her best. Longer to get seated (even though not booked), longer to get order placed etc.

    The food was good, service not great, price we paid way too much. We had a party of three adults, and paid $160 including tip, which is $53/each. We had one small salad that we shared (it was large enough to share), three small entrées that we also shared, one cocktail (just one for me), one soft drink.

    We had reservations for three people at 7 pm and were seated at 7:20 pm. After sitting for 30 minutes without being greeted by wait staff, two of which were in the room, I went up to the hostess station at 7:50 pm to inform them of our lack of service, after which the waitress in the room finally approached our table, apologized for the “mixup” at 8:00 pm. We asked for water, bread, placed our appetizer and entree order at that time as well. The water and bread did not arrive until 8:11 pm. I got up to use the restroom and ran into the hostess who asked if everything had been resolved, and I said we still did not have any food. When I returned to the table, my daughter informed me while I was gone that she heard the hostess tell our waitress that “that woman is still complaining!” At 8:36 pm the entree showed up, but we never received our appetizer. The waitress stared at us when I brought that up and said there must have been a mix up and came back 5 minutes later with a cold appetizer which we said we no longer wanted because we were already eating dinner. At this point I asked to see the manager, who was very professional, and sat down where we discussed everything in a calm manner. At no point did I raise my voice or make insulting remarks. He took part of the food off our bill and gave us complimentary desserts. Even though manager did the right thing, we will never go back there again. We didn’t end up eating mediocre food until almost 9 pm (with 7 pm reservations), and the whole experience was so unsettling that we will just go somewhere with wait staff that will treat the customers better, show some iota of enthusiasm, and smile. If you make mistake, we understand because everyone does, but to not show any enthusiasm to try and make things better after that, was unforgivable.

    My entree came out way before my granddaughter got hers...mine was cold by the time it came out finally... really bad timing on it...our dirty dishes were never taken as we were done with them...they just sat and kept stacking up and stacking up

    Waited over an hour for appetizers, when they finally arrived so did our main course, in almost two hrs of being there I was only brought one drink.

    Our food was just not that good for the price. The pasta was dry with little sauce. The Diet Pepsi machine needed changed but I was never brought a Diet Pepsi once they did. Some of our meal (meatballs) were missing. The server was very nice but the food was not what we had remembered it being in the past.

    Over all was good experience. Food and service was very good. Menu is geared towards more than two people as most all items are shareable. Still resulted in some good leftovers for next day! Would recommend checking it out. We have not been for a long time. Would go back

    Our server was a bit overwhelmed.... she had the Pope Table, our table of 4 and two tables of 8 that were seated about the same time. She seemed a bit distracted and overwhelmed.

    I think the restaurant has changed over the years. They seem to be short staffed and even though we had reservations there was a lot of people waiting before us with reservations. The prices seem higher than I remember and so for a family of 3 it was pretty expensive. The portions are big but so are the prices. It cost us over $100 for salad, lasagna that looked slightly burnt, and garlic bread. What got us in there was the free slice of chocolate cake for our anniversary. It alone would have been $15.99! I doubt we will be frequenting there again. I think we’ll stick to Olive Garden where the portions are reasonable and so is the price.

    I have been multiple times but this visit was just Ok, the room was cool and we had to all put our coats on. When we were leaving and walked around restaurant the other rooms were comfortable so it may have been just our area

    I made a Christmas Eve reservation more than 5 weeks in advance. Upon arriving, I was told we had an hour wait. While waiting, someone told me he had been there 2 hours for a carry out. After my group waited about 45 minutes, I told a reception person that we were considering leaving. That resulted in us being seated. However, 50 minutes went by before we got any food besides bread. We were also told that pizzas were sold out. It seems the restaurant should have stopped taking carry out orders. Besides the wait, we periodically had periods where we were blasted with cold air. The only reason I didn't give this just 1 star is that the server was nice.
