My friends took me to dinner for my birthday and we had an amazing time. Loved everything we ordered. Staff was accommodating and so friendly. We felt welcome and taken care of with an "at home" feel. Will definitely visit again soon. Thank you.

Had the shells for the first time, just to try something new - great choice! We also had our usual - Linguine Frutti di Mare - EXCELLENT as usual!

The food is served family style and that's the main attraction.

Laurie, our server, was excellent. She was very attentive and insured that our dinner was as we ordered it (mild v spicy.). Everything was delicious and service was wonderful.

I was a bit disappointed due to the taste of the food. Very bland and not much sauce. I needed to add salt-pepper, chili flakes and parmesan cheese to the items.
The bread was not even hot when served..

Plan to go with a group or have leftovers! Totally hit the spot. Everything was really good.

Create your own dishes seem better than menu choices. I got a menu choice and it was a bit bland.

The only negative on our visit was the wine. We wanted to order a bottle of wine and they were out of the cheapest bottle of wine. We then decided on the middle price level bottle of wine. They were out of that too. We ended up ordering the only white bottle of wine that was available and it cost $10 more a bottle. They did give us a $5 credit on this - but you have to have the wine listed on your menu in stock for your customers!!

As usual, we had wonderful service and delicious food. Everything came out perfectly.

Food was great. Perfect garlic bread and main courses were really good. There were 4 of us and we ordered 4 small entrees that left plenty to take home. The desserts were out of this world huge and sooooo good.

Want to say this was a very special visit to our favorite restaurant. The service we get from the staff is awesome. Particularly Deb “ Mom” the bartender. She is very attentive and a joy to talk to. She is the main reason we frequent this buca. Thank you Deb for treating us like “ Buca’s favorite customer

Annual friends get together. 16 of us sat in the Pope room which is setup for big group & enables ease of talking to anybody.

The Hostess was very standoffish, there were bread crumbs on the seat of the booth. My wife asked to be cleaned up, the hostess cleaned the booth, but left the seat wet. My wife than had to dry with a napkin.

Now for our waiter, he was amazing knowledgable and fun..

We were looking for a good Italian restaurant to accommodate a party of 12 and we sure chose the right place! They set us up at a huge round table in a semi-private room and we were treated like royalty from the very beginning. The waiter was friendly and helped us make really great menu choices. The food arrived quickly and we all had plenty to eat. The flavors and temperature of the food were perfect! We were celebrating 2 birthdays and the staff really took care of us. I have a feeling we will return to this restaurant again and again!

Nice friendly waitress. Salad arrived after our entrees. Food tasty but not very hot. Had to ask for water refills and more plates etc. Chicken picatta was delicious.

I noted in the open table comments that this was a celebration dinner for my son who is leaving for the Military.. it was our last family dinner together and Buca has always made birthday celebrations fun! So I called to make sure they could sing good luck or something similar instead of happy birthday! I told them I wanted to pre order their huge dessert and make sure a big deal was made for my son! The gentleman who answered the phone said “for sure! What better reason to celebrate then for someone going to fight for our country!” I asked if I needed to say something again when he got there..he told me no..it’s under control!! So we ordered dinner.. it was served, our waiter didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert.. he just brought the check! My daughter asked him secretly if they were doing something for her brother with dessert and singing., he said I have no idea. Came back a few minutes later with a piece of cake and put it down in front of my son and said nothing! And then left the new check with the cake added! Horrible! So disappointed in their lack of caring! We only chose them because of their celebration fun.. their food is just ok and a bit overpriced but their celebrations make it fun and worth it! Well they really screwed us.. and our last dinner with my son before he is gone at Marine boot camp for 13 weeks! Thanks for Nothing Buca!

Service was very slow in arriving to the table. Over 10 minutes- nobody.
Food arrived over cooked after a long wait.

FOod was delicious! Had shrimp parmigiana and the trio appetizer combo. This was the only restaurant open on Christmas. It was chaotic and tight while waiting for a table, but the food and awesome waiter made up for it!

Christmas Dinner - very good experience

I signed up to redeem my $100 gift card and they didn’t have it so I’m very disappointed with open table, I put in special occasion and they didn’t seem to know till I informed them, waiter was great

The food is SOOO delicious! I love everything about this place, although it was kind of chilly for it being December. We were seated underneath a vent and it was blowing out cold air. But regardless, food and service wise, excellent!

Buca has amazing service and great food. The food is meant to be shared - not individual meals so you can try a lot of different food. The more people the better!! The salads are awesome!

We had a terrible server. He got upset because we ordered one entre for two adults and two kids meals for the kids. He tried to double charge a bottle of wine. We are still dealing w the credit card company for he then billed us twice when we caught the intentional error. We will never return Bad bad service as our president would say

Food and service was excellent!

Buca is always a fun place to go for lunch. Food is consistently good. Going there for our office Christmas lunch. Can't wait.

Very large portions service was very slow, and we had to ask sever for more water and desert .

Food was very fair and the prices were ridiculously expensive for what you got. We will not be going back there again.

Birthday party

We were promptly seated at our reservation time, which was great. After being seated we waited about 12 minutes before the waitress came by our table. We ordered drinks, appetizer, and our entrees. We also asked for water. At 25 minutes after we were seated I spoke with the manager (Stephen). Our drinks arrived shortly after, and bread too. A little while later appetizers. We again asked for water. Our dinner salad arrived (Caesar - very good!) and again we asked for water. When our dinner showed up we kinda yelled for water too. That seemed to have worked as the waitress FINALLY brought us water. Perhaps she was hoping we'd keep ordering cocktails if she didn't give us water? We ordered 3 entrees between the 4 of us. More than plenty - we took enough home that it was lunch for 2 of us the next day. The entrees were very good. Loved the food, but this time the service just was not up to par. A 10% tip might have drove the point home with the waitress. Will return along with a prayer for better service. Maybe we'll request "the pope room"!
