The food is really GOOD.

My wife and I took our married friends there. Everyone loved the food! Delicious!

We had requested a quiet table to allow for conversation. We were originally seated next to a large party having a lively time. We had to ask to be reseated. We were then given a quiet location. Service was good.

A disappointment. The shrimp scampi was greasy and the ravioli was average.

One of our most favorite neighborhood eats! It's fun, the food is awesome, the service is very good, and there is always enough food to take home for a great lunch the next day. Meals are served family style so everyone gets a taste of everyone else's favorite meal ordered. I've never visited this Buca di Beppo and experienced bad service. Kids are welcome and they enjoy the casual atmosphere and funny photos and framed prints on the wall. A special table (reservations required) allows a glimpse into the workings in the Buca kitchen and the staff's hustle and bustle at the "pick up window". We love Buca di Beppo and we highly recommend a visit that may convince you to be a regular.

Great place and the value is amazing especially with a group of people. We came for a birthday party and we all got separate large items to all share with everyone. Worked out great! Service was awesome.

We had requested a quiet location when making the reservation. We were seated in the bar. Many extremely loud patrons. Had to ask manager to reseat us. Thankfully she did, and we enjoyed the last half of our dinner date.

It was just okay. Nothing exceptional. Food was lukewarm but tasted good. Salad was full of brown lettuce.

We have enjoyed Buca for years. Great place for our large family. Even had our daughters rehearsal dinner there. On December 23rd ,however, we were informed on our arrival that we had better be done in two hours. Never been spoken to like that at any restaurant. What were they going to do, kick us out if we took longer? Believe me, when you have 2 children under two with you, you don't dally. My experience has been that if you take that long to eat it's because the service is slow not the patron. Left a bad taste in our mouths, probably won't be back. Also had hair in my food, refunded it but still gross. Sad.

Service was not up to par. Had to get our own bread plates from another table and go the the bar to ask for condiments. Had a $15.00 Christmas coupon which was never applied to our bill.

I always enjoy pasta at Buca. I like the place and the family style portions. I hadn’t been there in a while and to our great disappointment they have stopped making GNOCCHI. Please bring them back. They are a classic of Italian causine!!

It was homecoming night. Yelling. Pandemonium. For an already average and overpriced menu, it was almost unbearable. Left a poor memory with Buca di Beppo at the center.

Good food as usual but we were seated at a small table (party of 7). One chair was at the end of the table and the table was broken. It sloped down such that the plate or glass would most likely end up in my mother's lap. Not a good scenario. Our server, when this was pointed out to him said "yeah, that stinks ". My mother had to get up and move her chair and place setting to the other end of the table.

Service needs improvement at this location. This seems to be a pattern here.

Great Italian food served family style in casual atmosphere.

Only problem encountered was that the booth was a little cramped.

The service was lacking. We took my parents for their anniversary, which I was asked about a special occasion when I called to confirm the reservation.

First, we were greeted by a host, but a server sat us and didn't take us through the kitchen. When he didn't take us, we asked him why we weren't taken through the kitchen (as we've been there lots of times). He told us the host/hostesses will take you, but he was a server and the servers take a shortcut. Then, the server was not too stellar. She did not seem very excited to be there and was somewhat rude. We have never experienced service like that before.

For example, there were 4 adults at the table and we ordered wine. We asked for 3 wine glasses. When she brought our bottle of chianti, she only poured 2 glasses. My husband asked about the 3rd glass and she said she didn't pour it because she didn't know who it was for. - Not sure why she wouldn't just ask, if she didn't know.

We started with a small calamari, garlic cheese bread and the apple gorgonzola salad. Then, a side of spaghetti, small prosciutto stuffed chicken, small chicken carbonara and a small shrimp pasta dish. We had lots of food and it was all delicious!!!

We asked what dessert we should get My parents for their anniversary. Then ended up not wanting anything, but we did take a order of cannolis home!

Usually when a restaurant asks if you're celebrating anything special and you give them that info, you get a dessert or a glass of champagne...something complimentary. Should we have received something, because we did not? She was well aware we were celebrating my parent's anniversary.

We were disappointed in the service. We all commented how the server seemed as if she didn't want to be there. We were also thrown off because we weren't walked though the kitchen. It was just lazy, bored service.

We had a wonderful time. We celebrated Father's day with our children and the most impressive part of our dinner was our waiter, Eddie. He was enthusiastic and energetic and made us feel we were the only family in the restaurant. The food was amazing as usual and we loved our time together. Thank you Eddie and Buca for making another wonderful memory for our family!

Food was ok, nothing great, better than an olive garden, but I have had much better italian food....just seemed to lack flavor

Buca never fails to amaze us! We went to the restaurant for the first time, alone. It was quaint and romantic, but I can say, we definitely missed our kids. However, the ambiance was inviting and of course, the food was amazing. We enjoyed our time their, especially with Paul, our excellent waiter. Thank you Paul for easing us into our new "empty nest" life!!

We had an amazing time! Being that it was mothers day our server was swamped and we sadly waited over 10 minutes to get greeted. Other than that it was great food and a great time.

Had friends in from out of town for a race, needed to carb up. They loved Bucca's. Said it felt like a local restaurant and not a chain. We love eating here, food was great as always.

Last night was my fourth time going to Buca and my boyfriend's second. Their food is served in huge portions - fresh out of the kitchen, and their service is in incredible. You can't go wrong with the Spicy Chicken Rigatoni or Fettuccine Supremo. Will definitely be back several times in the future!

The large portions are extremely large, much more food that what they tell you.

Just a date night for me and my love and it was amazing!!
