Menu
In sum, poor service, overpriced food and sketchy cleanliness. For 3 people splitting everything and only having 1 glass of house wine and 1 soda, check came out to $120. That’s expensive considering the low quality food. The restaurant was dusty and smelled weird. The bench seats were broken and all the Tchotchkes on the walls were covered in grime. Not pleasant to eat next to. The waiter was outside smoking most of the time. We saw him with several other waiters hanging out in the parking lot when we left - that solved the mystery why we couldn’t find him all night. The restaurant was empty on a Friday night. Seems like the public knows to avoid this rundown restaurant. We won’t be back.
Everything was great. Took a friend who never had buca. We had mozzarella sticks, pepperoni pizza, lasagna and fettuccini alfredo with chicken. He said it was all amazing!! We enjoyed it too!!
We Love Buca di Beppo for Birthday's & the special's what a great value! Wonderful server's the Best Music & the Dessert's are the BEST!! We try to go once a week cause we always have a Fun! Keep up the Great Work!
Great food, great service & love the decor
They promote their servings being family style, but for the price it should have been a bigger portion. Service was disappointing. While the server was friendly, taking a 15-20 minute smoke break left us hanging. Took our order, but then another employee brought out our food and we were never checked on again until we were almost finished. I'm ok with the server taking a break, but then set it up so that someone else will be a back-up for their tables. All-in-all, it was an ok/good dinner.
I'm on the bubble if I'd recommend the restaurant to others.
Employees did not seem like they wanted to be present on NYE. Heard 2 of them arguing. Our server was no where to be found. Food was "OK" and portion was great. Would not go back.
We were dining during early birds dinner hours, so the restaurant was fairly empty. Our waiter was fantastic and attentive, as well as super friendly.
Food was fairly standard for an Italian place. Really loved the Brussels side though, thought that stood out more than anything else we ate that night.

quiet and not the same with only 25%. But happy they were open, and the food was great as always.

Waited a while for waitress to appear. Restaurant was empty. We could hear the staff talking in the kitchen. Order was filled promptly. We were never asked if we wanted drink refills. We ordered the small sized pasta dish and took leftovers home. Three people had it for lunch two days later and there was still leftover food.
We like Buca. It’s where we had our first date. We’ll wait until the COVID restrictions have ended before we go back.

Classic Italian family style restaurant. Good comfort food served in huge portions with lots to bring home since it was only two of us. Very relaxed atmosphere with quick and friendly service.

Disappointed...manicotti was frozen/not fresh...no broccoli Raab and got a plate of cold broccoli...chicken parm was not a cutlet but an incredible simulation...sorry but not coming back...price to value way out of whack...

Service was few and far between. Food was cold when we got it, a person in my party waited 18 minutes for their food after we got ours. Terrible.

The server was not attentive at all. The section we were in was EXTREMELY TOO COLD AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. We could not enjoy our meal. Food was cold as soon as it arrived to the table. Our Chicken Parmigiana had no taste at all and looked as if it was dropped. Very messy looking.

Buca staff had a great set up for social distancing. I felt very safe and comfortable. The only complaint is that there was a super bright light shining directly in my eyes where I was sitting.

The service was not great. We had mentioned to our host and waitress that it was our son’s birthday, and never mentioned or ask if they could sing a song or bring desert. We had two waitresses waiting our table with long delays in between service for refills, utensils or a box to go. We asked the host for a child’s fork that was requested but never brought. Bad service, but good food.
