Although a bit loud (this was on Easter, though) the food and service were exceptional.

This is our 4th year celebrating Easter with the family at Buca. Our server (Dave) is amazing and we request him every year. The value to feed 10 people for Easter is amazing!

Good family style restaurant- decent value for portion size amid fun old world decor.

Excellent food and service!

My only suggestion is to change the seating for large parties. The table we were sat at was very small for our party size.

Other than that, everything was great!

Birthday dinner for my daughter

Birthday celebration- sang to me but no free dessert like many places do. Chicken Marsala was excellent. We had a coupon for $15 off making it affordable. Without a coupon the food is overpriced.

Our family Christmas dinner was awesome.

The food was delicious. So much variety. All 7 of us were able to get something we liked. It was Christmas dinner for us, and it was a nice experience. We will be back.

Open table app showed reservations the restaurant didn't actually have open. Had to wait 20 min past confirmation time. Still good meal. Given kitchen table spot for our troubles.

This restaurant is family style dining, so it's a little difficult where there was only 2 of us.
You will have leftovers. Food is good. We had the lasagna and Brussel sprouts with prosciutto.
The lasagna was good, but I've had better. I always like to see how many layers when the dish arrives and couldn't make out layers at all. We still enjoyed it though. The Italian Crème cake was delicious. We had very good service. Don't think I'd go back without a group though.

Excellent food great service

We had a new server, John. He was good for just starting out. He has some quirks, that I’m sure with some more training and guidance will work themselves out. Food was wonderful and timely as usual. We sat near the popes table and it was a louder party, so it was a bit hard to hear at times. Also, the bread came out after the salad and we would have preferred them together or at least closer together. Great food, great experience.

Every time we give this place a try, we are more disappointed than we were before.

My Husband and I had a wonderful time during our visit. We were there for our 15 Year Wedding Anniversary and had reservations for the Kitchen table. It was absolutely amazing. They really make you feel special while you're there. The entire staff is so nice and they all seem to have fun doing their job all the while steady moving to keep the customers happy. It was almost as if I was watching Chef Ramsey at his finest, without all of the cussing of course!!! It was great. We will go back for sure!!! Thank You to all of the staff that we encountered . You were ALL great!

If you like family style food, this place is for you. The place is good for two people or a group of people provided you can agree on what to get; otherwise, the bill will add up quickly. The food is good Italian fare, and if you grew up in Cleveland in the '60s and '70s, then the ambiance will remind you of the parties your parents or grand parents had and used the basement as their main party room.

We always like coming here. Food is good and you get a lot of it. A small portion feeds 3 easily and maybe even 4.

Food and service were very good. They have a single booth in the kitchen and it was fun to see the action behind the scenes. Good spot for Italian.

We went for Mothers Day and it was a fantastic choice. We'll definitely be back.

Our table wasnt ready when we arrived but the little wait was not a problem compared to our overall experience. Everything was perfect . The food was delicious and our service was great.

Hello everything was wonderful about this place. The only complaint is the ambiance or décor was extremely busy. There was way to much activity going on with the walls, the lighting, and the table clothes. After awhile it felt cluttered and closed in.

Extremely disappointed.
We made a reservation since we were celebrating a graduation and engagement and we were a large group. Our reservation was for 7:00 and we were not seated until 7:45. We were told when we arrived that they were getting the table ready and it would be about 10 minutes, which would have been fine. Instead, 45 minutes later we were seated. What is the purpose of making a reservation? No one (no manager, server, etc.) from Buca di Beppo acknowledged or apologized for the wait. We will not be returning.

Had a reservation for 6:30. Arrived at 6:20 to a full lobby. Checked in and was told I would be seated in a "few minutes" at 6:40 was told it would be another 30 minutes because they were "backed up". Asked if they were seating people without reservations before those with reservations. Was told no. Asked If I could see the names/reservations of last 2 to be seated. Denied. Spoke with manager. Seated immediately. Long story short - why make a reservation if they mean nothing.

We would have enjoyed our Easter a little more if we weren't crammed into such a small table. Three of us were at a table meant for two. I have a cast on my leg and my mother-in-law uses a walker, so it was not ideal. It was too crowded to be moved to another table.

Our families they had started out on a sad occasion of having to put to sleep our family dog. However it was also the birthday of my father-in-law and myself so I decided to take the family out to dinner. At dinner the Service was excellent the staff was very attentive and it quickly turned from a sad day into a joyous remembrance of our beloved family pet and a celebration of our birthdays. We can't thank the staff enough for making the end of our day a happy one.

We had a great time . It was my daughters birthday and she loved it.

Matt was wonderful!!! He was very attentive and was always there to fill drinks and get what we needed.
We were very squished into a corner, could have used more room and we had a baby and were not able to use a high chair due to the lack of room. The temperature in the dining room was very very warm.
We had 2 people join us late and had to squeeze even more. When we were almost done, another large group was seated next to us and one of my party ended up standing to make room for the new group.

Not my first time at Buca, nor will it be my last. It's awesome coming here with a group of friends/family because the staff at Buca treats you like family. Thank you so much for the wonderful service, great food and awesome atmosphere.

Easy reservations and available when we arrived. Great and very friendly service. Family meals are a very good value. And the wine was excellent.

We waited for about 10 minutes after being seated for our server and then she was only over to ask how our food was after we were done eating. She was not very attentive.

We customized our pasta and it was good. Would like more protein in it than they use. Not the easiest place for just 2 people to eat and not overeat. Always enjoy coming here (esp with my ENTIRE family).

We visited this restaurant on Christmas day with a large group. There were a few other groups waiting to be seated, but our reservation was honored and we got our table right away. The service was prompt and friendly. Our food was served in a reasonable amount of time considering how busy the restaurant was. We ordered five different entrees (this restaurant serves family-style rather than individual plates) and they were all delicious. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, especially with a large party.

Everything was great. Christmas Eve so they body was hopping. But service and food was still good.

We are not big shoppers, but we have a yearly tradition- 2 hours at the mall, then Bucca! The food comes fast, it is fresh and pretty good, a bit more expensive than I feel the quality deserves. Service was quick but pleasant. Next year, the tradition will continue!

We enjoyed our meal. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. Unfortunately, we were seated "next" to a table that had obviously been celebrating an OSU victory before dining. Their loud behavior and shouts of O_H_I_O made it nearly impossible for us to enjoy any conversation at our table. Most of my husband's birthday dinner was eaten in relative silence. If we decide to return to your restaurant, I will not sit at a table where there is no wall behind us. An open separation and flower arrangement between our tables was not really any help. If it was meant to create some sort of private space it certainly was no such thing. Not to mention that through most of my dinner, a child from their party was climbing in and out of the "fence" behind my chair. It was not the experience we expected. I will take responsibility for not refusing the table in the first place, but I will not hesitate to refuse to accept that table again if it is offered, especially when I have made a reservation.

I had to make a quick choice for Thanksgiving dinner with my wife. I was traveling on the holiday and found the restaurant online. Great menu for the day. The meal had everything one would need for this day and then some! Great waiter great food and was able to watch the end of the game I saw on my flight from Ft Lauderdale to Cleveland
