   Very cold in the restaurant. Spaghetti with meat sauce was horrible. Chicken parm was good. Service was good.

   The food was delicious. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday. The atmosphere was fun and the service was great. I would highly recommend it!

   We ordered, got our drinks and they said our bread will be out. Our salad came, finished that and still haven’t seen our server. Another server asked if we needed something. It was a little over an hour until our food came. We ordered, bread, salad, chicken parm, and stuffed shells. When one in our party asked for a refill on a drink and it was 20 minutes until he came back. They gave our bread for free for the inconvenience. This was only my second time there, as the first time was really good. I don’t think we’ll be back.

   Had a great experience. The server that we had ( Wyatt) was amazing and really took care of us and the people around us. Food came out great.

   No bread plates or appitizer plates, ordered a large baked rigatoni with marinara and got a small rigatoni with meat sauce and sent it back. Brought out a new small rigatoni with meat sauce. Not at all an enjoyable experience.

    I was disappointed in the service at this location. When I made the reservation, I included that we would have a wheelchair with us so I expected appropriate accommodations. The host asked if we would sit in a booth and put my father (in the wheelchair) on the end or if we’d prefer a table. It seemed like they knew the better placement would have been at a regular table. I also included when making the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and nothing was mentioned about it during our visit. The energy was very low, the service quality was minimal, and the food quality was about the same. We had visited the Exton location a few times and had enjoyable experiences. We were disappointed in our visit to Reading.
