The waitress was very nice. The food was average at best. The restaurant was extremely dirty. It smelled bad too. That is not what we wanted to see, especially with a pandemic going on. The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. The carpets weren't vacuumed in awhile. It turned my stomach and ruined the experience for me.
We are concerned to hear this and want to get in touch.
It was such a lovely evening.. service was wonderful. Our waitress was very helpful and offered suggestions. The bruschetta and pasta was delicious! We will be eating it again tomorrow:)

Our rigatoni was not very hot, had a very few pieces of sausage and very little sauce. Not worth the $36 we paid for it. Also our server was wearing her mask almost on her chin and hugging other customers. Made us feel uncomfortable. Ate quickly and left.

Customers sitting at each table were complaining about food, waiters, and wait time. The hostess seemed annoyed with all of the other workers regarding tables not being ready.

The food was good but the service was very slow. We waited over an hour before receiving our food. That made it hard for the children we had in our party.

The food was good as usual. The service was a bit slow. Luckily we had plenty of time before our show. The room was very noisy and made it hard to have a conversation. I’m not sure if or when we will come back. There are plenty of Italian restaurants to choose from that allow each person to have something they would like rather than trying to buy a family portion of food.

we had a party of 11 for 3:15 pm on a Saturday. They sat us at different tables which was ridiculous.. we were celebrating my twins 23rd birthday and they couldn't even sit together. But.. they brought in another group of kids and stuck them all together in the same room as us and pushed their tables together. they put us at round tables and them at long tables. Very ignorant .. Their server was a woman and someone asked her a question in my group and she looked at us like we had a problem and muttered something. I would consider looking into this we were there on Saturday, January 25th at 3:15.. I don't think i would recommend coming back there.. Food was good, little dry for the Alfredo and for the baked ziti. Had a hard time getting refills on drinks. I had water w/lemon so did my 73 year old mother and it was musty. We were there last year and it was good.. not so much this year.. We brought my daughters mother in law and father in law to be there and we didn't get to sit with them and they were not impressed with the seating nor the food or service. thank you but i don't know if i would come back there again... Birthday celebration.

Was there on NYE. We made reservation thru Open Table and was seated immediately. To cut to the chase, our server was great, the appetizer and dessert was really good but our entrees were sub par. The pizza was cold, the eggplant parm was ok but the fettuccine Alfredo was the worst I have ever had. I figure it was recycled from the previous day or from a previous order as it was so dry the all the noodles were stuck together in one clump. Also, the salad was pretty old as the lettuce and diced tomatoes were wilted and mushy. The house dressing was pretty flavorless as well. Our bill cam to $187 and we did tip our waitress +20% as she was great but the food was not very good. I will prob not eat there again as there are other Italian restaurants by me that I won’t have to pay parking. But then again if I was blown away by the food, I would likely return

Loud environment which is not a bad thing for the family style setting. Service is OK not anything to brag about. Overall would recommend for large groups 6+ not for a romantic night out though.

Waited 20 minutes after reservation time. Food late coming out as waiter said he delayed it because he”sensed” we wanted to linger. Actually no we were rushed for time. So took another 30 minutes after that to get entree’s.

As usual, Buca di Beppo was a very good option for our gathering but what made my brother's birthday celebration outstanding was the affable, efficient service that we received from our amazing waitress. We were all in awe of her physical - and psychological! - fortitude in handling our lively, bilingual crew of 13 at the "pope" room. Please give her an extra generous holiday bonus! We will *definitely* be back!

Top notch food, portions were absolutely huge. So look to share small portions as oppose to large and you can get more varieties to share.

We have never been to this chain before so had no idea what to expect. Thankfully we all eat fairly similar foods, so we were able to order without incident. Being a party of 4, it would have been tough if we didn’t like the same foods.

Food was good but not outstanding. Even though it is family style, so you do get a lot, I still think for pasta it is on the expensive side.
