We were celebrating a promotion and were seated between three tables of screaming children who were exceptionally loud. I do not expect there to be no noise but I specifically asked not to be seated around screaming children and that’s exactly where we were seated. I did not get a chance to ask to be moved as the “hostess” who was neither welcoming or friendly ran off. We normally choose this place for couple celebrations and I believe it’s time to find a new place.
Service was ok, but the food was horrible. Dinner is served family style and dishes came out at different times - pasta first (cold and way undercooked) then 30 minutes later, yes, 30 minutes cold chicken.
We apologize your meal did not meet your expectations. Our guests' feedback is highly valuable to us and will be shared with our management team in an effort to improve future guest experiences. Thank you for reaching out to us.
Food was great. Our waitress accommodated child’s menu request. Table beside us was extremely noisy but not bothersome. Always a good experience.
We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your visit and we hope to see you at your nearest Buca di Beppo soon!
Food used to be fantastic and now is just okay. Changing unique things like the tiramisu from the round bowl to cake slices and the garlic bread from the pizza pan with garlic on the bottom to squares in a basket is a huge let down. Salads never have enough dressing any more and chicken dishes lack the same flavor of old and seem dry. Wait staff always seems to be scarce in a pretty empty restaurant. It’s no wonder the place went from waiting for over an hour to be seated to step right in. All of this and it seems to cost much more than before.

Solid meal. Great for families/groups. Offer a gluten free menu too.

Good experience - too much food

As always the food was wonderful. We eat here a lot, and the service at this location is always hit or miss. Unfortunately today was a miss. Miserable, surly waitress, made us feel very rushed (there were a LOT of empty tables around us - they were not pushed for space!) she got my wife’s wine order wrong twice, and had the typical millennial “it can’t be my fault” attitude. The manager was wonderful and tried to make things better for us, but this is an honest review of this particular dining experience, not an indictment of the restaurant in general. We will be back; as I said, the food was wonderful, we’ll just try to avoid this particular server next time, that’s all.

We haven’t been to a BdB in many years but we’re glad to see that many of the things we loved about it were unchanged and the new additions were great.
We are happy to hear how much you enjoy dining with us at Buca di Beppo! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon!
This was the first time I had gone to Buca di Beppo. The meal is served family style. My husband and I split the small veal limone, an order of baby portobello risotto, and cheese garlic bread....ALL were excellent. The portions were generous and we ended up bringing some home. The service was also very good. I look forward to returning.
Thank you, Debbie! We are happy to hear how much you enjoyed your meal with us! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
Terrific server, Nate.......be prepared for family style dining. Loved the seafood choices, mussels and frutti di mare pasta. Brussels sprouts with prosciutto were tasty, as was the garlic bread.....be ready to bring home leftovers
We are very happy to hear you enjoyed your visit and we hope to see you at your nearest Buca di Beppo soon!
The food was very plentiful ,the marinara sauce was very authentic. It was a little carb heavy though. The wine list however was completely overpriced. A 10.00$ bottle (the apothic) for 34.00??? So we did not get any. The service was just right, efficient but we were not rushed at all. The whole place was a little dirty(walls sticky, pictures dusty etc)

The drink prices close to doubled. I paid $32 for two Jim Beam Manhattans. The price used to be $8. A little warning would be nice. The whole bottle of Beam costs $16. Not likely to go back.
We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and value your feedback. We will be sure to share this experience with our staff in an effort to improve future guest experiences.
This is a really fun place to eat with friends! The Italian food is very authentic and delicious despite it being a chain. Come hungry!!!
Thank you for that glowing review. We are happy to hear you had a blast with our famiglia! Come back to see us again soon!
Dirty dishes. SO gross. The server felt bad and obviously replaces them, but it was really nasty.
Thank you for reaching out to address your thoughts and concerns. We have contacted the management team to make them aware of your experience at this location, as there is always room for improvement!
The service was unacceptable. You need to train the server before putting them on the floor. We asked for bread three times before receiving. The silverware on the table was dirty. We had one party member having bar drinks. The first glass was delivered by a manager the second cane twenty minutes after we reminded her. The appetizers were at least thirty minutes coming out. She had to forget to order them. We will come back but we will request a server with experience.
Very loud table next to us with screaming kids. Note to parents, if your child won't stop screaming, go outside. Had 2 entrees, 1 was very good, 1 was average and bland. Dessert was great! Food was slow coming to table even though place wasn't busy.
This was literally the worst experience we’ve ever had here and we come often. Our food was like warm. We sat without drinks for almost 20 minutes and when we arrived they were not busy. We had to ask for bread which was then offered to everyone else in the room we were in. We were then literally confined to the room as they seated people around us who would not move to let us out to leave or to use the bathroom. Our server disappeared for lengthy times and failed to remember to bring us items needed for our meal. Not a great start to our anniversary activities.
Went there for a graduation dinner! Had a great time eating family style!
This is not the type of restaurant where each person can order what they want as it is family style with each dish coming in a 3 or 5 person option, a lot of coordination is needed to pick from the menu to find something that everybody will enjoy which makes it hard if somebody has a dietary restriction they need to work around.
We had a great experience celebrating my son's first communion. Service was great and food was delicious!
The food is always great at this Buca. Generous portions and the monthly deals keep us coming back. The server was pleasant, friendly, attentive, and efficient. Love this place. Best deal around!!
We were there to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The food was incredible and our server Siri was amazing.
My family and I love Buca but our server seemed to be rushing us out towards the end of our meal. It got to be annoying and wasn’t appreciated.
We had a reservation for 6:15. Bucca Di Beppa didn’t honor the reservation, since it was booked through Open Table. They called us back, but didn’t get the call. We waited for 45 minutes the usual wait time without a reservation. I wish we knew they did not honor reservations through Open Table. Apparently they only honor reservations if you the restaurant directly. From now when we make a reservation we’ll make sure to call.
Everything was really pretty good
Reservation was over an hour late...food later than that. Got food at 915 for a 745 reservation
Their reservation system had crashed and they did a poor job of managing the people who had reservation.
My girlfriend and I decided to eat here for Valentine’s Day. I made reservations at 6:30 and didn’t get seated until around 7pm. When 7:30 came around, we received our drinks and bread. Another 45 minutes later, our meal finally arrived. The spaghetti sauce was mostly water and the meatballs were burnt to black. Our bill came and it was 50 dollars for bread, spaghetti, 1 bowl of soup, and 2 fountain drinks. The quality of food and quantity isn’t worth the $50.
Valentine’s Day! The restaurant had some sort of power surge that had deleted orders from their system so the food took well over an hour to get. The waitress was very nice and tried had best with the situation at hand. The food was not as good as it usually is. The bruschetta was just a bunch of mushy tomatoes and was missing onions and a normal amount of basil. The pasta alla vodka was bland. It just wasn’t a good meal. We won’t go there for a holiday again. The server was very nice though and we realize it was not her fault at all.
There were 18 of us, celebrating my father’s 95th birthday. The waitress was awesome. The food was delicious. It was expensive, and I think the prices should be more reasonable. Other than that, the experience was awesome and truly enjoyed by all.
I do not dine here often and do so only when there is a promotion. The family style service and pricing can be alright for a large party, but it does not work well for two. Given the sizing and the high prices of items, both parties must be in the mood for the same dishes in order for this concept to work.
We drove over 20 miles, a significant distance, to dine with you and were enticed to do so on this evening due to the 1/2 price spaghetti entree promotion.
We got off to a poor start: the young man who seated us was cold and brusk, unpleasant and unsmiling, no concern about making a good impression on the customer. We were placed at an undesirable table, in close proximity to a large family party. We were not asked if the table we were seated at was alright or whether we preferred a booth or a table.
Napkins are paper.
I like that grated cheese, a pepper grinder, and sea salt are on the table.
We ordered a large spaghetti with meatballs entree, broccoli side dish, and bread.
The bread took about 15 minutes to arrive. It was hot and delicious and we were provided two loaves. We needed it as we were hungry and our entrees would not arrive for forty-five minutes after ordering.
Server Kelcie kept us apprised and was highly apologetic. Before the food arrived, she said that the restaurant would like to provide us with complimentary dessert.
The pasta was cooked American style, not al dente/Italian style, and the sauce was too chunky, but the pasta and the half pound meatballs were delicious. The broccoli was delicious.
We asked for chocolate cake and two scoops of chocolate ice cream, which Kelcie graciously provided, a $13.49 or more dessert.
As we were finishing our entrees, a male manager came to the table to ensure our satisfaction.
I cannot say enough about Kelcie and the management team. A meal that could have caused us to leave in complete disgust was enjoyable and caused us to feel that we want to return!
Great food and service!
Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. We had to grab a waitress after another 30 minutes to take our order. We didn’t receive our entire order. The meal overall took 3 1/2 hours. The waitress we had was nice.
Our server took painfully long for each aspect of our meal. I'm realistic with our expectations as we were a party of 8, however, there was no one else in our section once her other table got their check (shortly after we finally got all of our drinks, about 10-15 minutes after being seated). It appears she may have had another section of tables in the bar area or elsewhere in the restaurant which divided her attention. I understand that may happen, but we saw the other servers in our section at least 4-5 times more often than her. One of our meals was an appetizer, the trio platter, that we requested come out at the same time as the rest of our meals. It did, but it clearly sat out for a while because it was cold. Scraps of the calamari were served and overall just looked awful. The appetizer we did order, the mozzarella caprese, to start our meal showed up at least 25 minutes after getting our drinks. At that point we finally got some bread, after we had to request it, just to tide us over on the chance that our meals took equally as long to get to our table. Thankfully the rest of our meal arrived shortly after. The typical question after all this is "Did you ask to speak to a manager?". No we didn't, but it was because we kept trying to give our server the benefit of the doubt. Had a manager walked the restaurant once during our two hour meal we might've been able to have a word with them.
Really dismal service.
Entrees arrived 75 minuets after we were seated.
Barbara, we are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience and would like to get in touch with you to assist.
Food was a bit lacking. Too much sauce on chicken parm, chicken smaller than usual
Yuri, we regret to hear that our dishes were not up to par during your most recent visit. We appreciate that you have taken the time to write to us, as it will only help us improve ourselves and target our subject areas. Thank you for giving us the chance to make it right for future visits.
We were here to celebrate a family members 88th BD and there were 13. adults and 1 toddler. We were seated in the Pope Room and it was perfect. Our waitress was excellent and very pleasant. We all had a great time.
Food is always fine at Buca, but wine is overpriced. $24 for a 9 oz. pour of Kim Crawford? Crazy!
Again i had awesome food and awesome service. I would highly recommend.
