Food was mediocre, service was fair, I didn’t like being hurdled through the kitchen (which was a mess), I didn’t like being referred to as “guys” (senior citizens male and female), and I had to ask repeatedly for water refills. Also, they misspelled “rehearsal” and didn’t get it when I pointed it out to them. Clueless! Also, the hostess said “I will sit you now” - when we told her the word was “seat” she didn’t understand. Really?! The only reason we went there was because someone gave us a gift certificate.

We normally love eating at Buca. On this occasion we ordered a pizza and ravioli. The ravioli came out with minimal sauce and seemed like it had been sitting for a while. It was just Luke warm. We asked the waiter to please warm it. It did come back with more sauce and was hot. Our waiter on this occasion was not very attentive. We had to ask for refills each time we needed it, and it took a while for him to even check on us when our meal came out, making the time before we received our “hot” ravioli take a while.

We are never disappointed at Buca. The food was great and plentiful! The service was casual and fun and the experience was exactly what we have come to expect.

Great time but parking is limited. We will return

A bit outdated and dirty but truly a place to feed a bunch of folks with one plate. The amount of food served is outrageous! Make sure to feed 3pp per plate. The waiter did not tell us this and the tab for 4 was $150 and we had food for 2 weeks left over. Nice ambiance and sweet waiters. Okay for the location. Just a bit too pricey for an outdated restaurant.

Got the sampler as an appetizer and it was beyond salty. It was not edible at all.

This visit to Buca de Pepe was very good - I had complained in November (last time we were there) the stafff was extremely slow, the veal cutlet was awful & there was a strong odor in the lobby. Fortunately I complained to the new manager & he certainly has made changes - the horrible odor was taken care of, the wait staff was wonderful & our dinner was delicious! However when I questioned if the veal was upgraded to a REAL VEAL CUTLET I was told they are still using what I was served in November. Naturally none in our group ordered the veal!!!

Our server was not attentive. He also prepared the bill incorrectly applying my birthday coupon to another table that was trying to redeem an expired coupon.

The service was very poor and It was not even busy. Time was around 2pm so no lunch rush. We had to ask for water and bread and the check multiple times. She would disappear.

Very enjoyable food, but the service was not as good as usual. Emily our server displayed an attitude that left a lot to be desired and was not attentive at all.

I have been to Buca’s in another state, it was a frequent go to restaurant for many occasions. I was excited to see one in Florida, but was disappointed after attending for dinner. The restaurant was dirty, my wine glasses were dirty, the food was not even close to the standards I was use to previously.
Sadly, I will not go back.

I went out to dinner with my family for Christmas Eve. Our server was lovely, the food came quickly and tasted phenomenal, and we had a wonderful time.

Their seems to be issues with the kitchen the last 3 times. This dinner took a very long time to get to the table & the chicken parm was overdone. Disappointing, but will try it again. Hope they get it worked out or they are going to lose customers for good.

Absolute worst meal we have ever had at Buca. Third bad experience at this location. Order wasn't correct, food was grossly overcooked. Third strike....we will go back to the Florida Mall location instead.

I would not recommend this place to anyone unfortunately. I belong to a monthly play group and has been our ritual after our Saturday please to go to Buca di Beppo in Maitland. Over the past few months we have seen a decline overall. This past Saturday was the worst yet. All of the dishes on the table were dirty, new dishes that were brought out were still dirty, coffee mugs had old stains going down the side, coffee was lukewarm, there was hair in the Caesar salad, and just an overall bad experience. The management did try to apologize by giving us free appetizers and free dessert but after such a significant screwup at so many levels we were all a bit surprised that we did not have a free meal overall. It literally was one thing after another and we are not an overly picky group but there were dried tomatoes and lettuce stuck to the bottom of the plates And dried food on the front side of plates that were just washed. Very unfortunate because we love this place but I doubt we will be going back anymore after being monthly regulars for the past two years

We had great service and great food which made for a great tine!

Went on a whim last minute for thanksgiving and I was very impressed. Had a great thanksgiving dinner and made us feel like we with family The only think that wasn’t excellent in the ratings is the tacky s decor

First time here. They had the air conditioning so cold, it was not a pleasant environment. We asked for it to be turned to warmer temps, but it didn't help much. Prices are very high for what you get I think.

WAY too loud! We couldn't hear each other. Server is put in multiple rooms so it's difficult to get good service because they disappear for long periods of time.

Was seated took 20 mins to get a server to get us drinks 30 mins for apps to arrive never took our entree order manager had to get it while apologizing for apps being so late when entree arrived 15 mins later was stone cold on the Inside...so finally told manager we had had enough and left Very very disappointed

Food was good, but took a long time. Service was poor. No suggestions, took forever to get our drinks, and just handed our plates to us instead of placing them. Rude!

Luke is great for every day but especially for celebrations with large parties. Meal portions are huge and meant to share with several people offered in small and large plates either way it's a great value. Food is great, service is good with a fun atmosphere

The food was fantastic. A lot more than I could eat at one setting, but great for leftovers. The service couldn't have been any better. That was my second time eating there and I'll be back on the 12th of August for my husbands 70th Birthday. And I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your restaurant to my friends.

Good food tonight. Got the bruschetta, chicken saltinbocca and the lasagna. Everything was delicious!!!

Well some food came out burnt and then some cold and we waited almost 50min for food and the food was cold (ravioli). The Server was nice and helped out but not the best performance from this place. I even asked for a special table and they told be no but the table sat empty the whole time.

This place is awesome for groups. It is affortable dining and you walk out with extras.

Jen, our server, was very attentive to all our needs. She was quick to help with replacing one of our entrees that did not taste as well as expected.

The executive chef, John Flaherty, was exceptional. He made us a special dish to make up for the entree (Chicken Marsala) that we had ordered and were not satisfied with. John spent a long time with us to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We will return to this restaurant again, just because of the warm and friendly service we received from the staff and the chef.
