The food is always great and the sangrias. I have ate here a few times but this one time we had an unpleasant experience. One of the people in our part placed a to go order at 9:05. We were in the middle of eating and the restaurant closes at 9:00. Working as a server in the past I understand how annoying that can be. When the server put the order in a kitchen worker yelled “the kitchen is F-bomb closed” so loud we could hear it at our table. Not the best way to end a meal.
The area around our booth was dirty, I did not get a knife to eat with until someone paused long enough for us to ask for utensils, and the waitress did not bring clean dinner plates until we made a special request. Additionally, the sauce for our meal was extremely thin and bland.
Not a child friendly experience when the Manager was running around using profanities. It was our son’s 3rd birthday, he loves their meatballs, so we brought him there. BIG MISTAKE!!!
Good meal for a large group. The servers handled us easily even though we were a group of 20. Food was excellent and portions are huge.
Tasty food and wonderful host and server. They were knowledgeable and friendly and Willy to give their opinions when asked a trait that’s missing in many places. The food was perfect and quantity is very large. We could get a gluten-free pasta that makes you wonder why get regular if you have an option.
My family and I Love this place we come here often and has never gotten a bad meal or service 💋
Another Father's Day dinner at Buca. This is my favorite special family occasions dining restaraunt. The food is always excellent, and the staff is always friendly.
Good good and service, but person at front was clueless, asked three times what our occasion was and still got it wrong when he sat us. I don’t believe he checked us in through our reservation properly either.
Buca di Beppo delivers great food for great prices. Best for families as their serving are HUGE! Love sitting at the table in the kitchen as you can watch the cooks.
Not impressed by the food at all yes you get big portions but they also cost a lot more than a normal dish I suggest sharing but was surprised that the food was very bland and the extra chicken we ask to add cost 5$ and it was obviously frozen chicken and there was very few pieces of it not worth the $
The family style menu was a new concept that we managed well. Overall everyonr agreed their bills were average to what they spend at other restaurants.
Tried a new dish with parents (who hadn’t been there before). We loved it.
Great place for large parties! We enjoyed the food and the server was very efficient.
Very nice crew of employees. Very attentive to our needs. Overall very good.
I asked for the kitchen table and fortunately, it was available!
Waitress very nice and attentive. It's noisy in the kitchen but it wasn't a problem.
I'd rate value at 4* but only because we had a $15 off coupon. If no coupon, I'd give 3*.
We requested the Pope's table for our party of 7 and the mgr and staff kindly accommodated us, as it was too busy on a Tues night. Nice server, good meal. Molto Bene!
We went to Buca for my birthday, and the waitress we had mentioned she was pretty new, so we were patient with her. The bartender was also helping her by serving us. The food was good, but I honestly feel like the service we received was worth a $90 bill.
We were feed with great food, and entertained by the staff!
Always a good choice!
We had a birthday celebration. The food was very good. Everyone had a good time passing the food around on the easy susan. The Pope room was outstanding!
Our waitress did a excellent job of recommending dishes.
Wonderful food and great service. We enjoyed it and will be returning.
We had spicy chicken rigatoni and Ziti. Both were excellent. Our server was awesome.
Easter dinner with son
This is a good place to eat when you're taking the whole family. The family-style servings make it more affordable. Food is good and service is okay.
Chicken and meatballs were very dry!
We ordered the Apple Gorgonzola Salad, which while delicious, is somewhat pricey. We also had the Quattro al Forno, a combo pasta dish that consisted of
Cheese Manicotti, Chicken Cannelloni, Cheese Ravioli & Stuffed Shells, and ALL were quite delicious. All in all, a home run!
Great We there for birthday party and great environment and service for our party of 12
I've been to this establishment many times, and on those occasions I would've been more than happy to give "5 stars" for each category. This time, however, was a little disappointing. We had a party of seven, three of which were experiencing Buca for the first time. The table where we were sat was a smaller table. We had three members on one side and squeezed in four on the other side. Every time my son moved, I was elbowed in the side. I had to eat with my arms in a near complete immobile state due to the fact that if I moved I would elbow someone. Our server was very pleasant, however, when it came time for our tickets she was too involved with singing "Happy Birthday" on four different occasions. We finally received our tickets but due to the lack of a writing utensil for anyone at our table, we had to wait for her to check on us to let her know of this situation. . . And no, none of us had a pen/pencil in our possession. I would have really enjoyed it much more at a larger table. One of the "first timers" in our group suggested that maybe serve some of the entrees on a bed of pasta. I feel that is a feasible suggestion. Will I return? Yes. Will I recommend it? Yes.
Service was good. Loud environment. Our pizza tasted like a store bought frozen pizza. Nothing special that would make us go back.
Excellent. Came from Maine to visit family. We love this restaurant. So good.
Our server, Steve, was very attentive to our group of 11. We were celebrating my mom's birthday and he made sure she was taken care of from secret drink order, her own birthday candle stick and buca birthday song.
Long waits, poor service, just OK food for the high price.
Another enjoyable evening meal. The salmon was great with take home the extra served. My wife ordered the chicken with Alfredo sauce instead of marinara and found it delicious.
When I come across a great service I like to give them recognition by name and Thomas certainly deserves that and more.
Everything was so good from appetizer to dessert. Our server Chelsea was very friendly and helpful. Can’t wait to go back.
Unfortunately our experience was less than good. Our experience unpacked as follows. The atmosphere and seating were compelling and enjoyable for our group of 10. The service was attentive and helpful, however they were a bit sloppy and inexperienced. One server was rotating the lazy Susan too quickly causing the freshly placed bottle of wine to slide off and knock a drink into one of our colleague's lap. This was after a similar 'near miss' with an appetizer platter. Okay, accidents happen? The serving sizes were huge and timely, which is good. However the food quality/flavor was marginal. The lasagna was over-cooked, chicken stuffed with broccoli was bland, and baked ziti lacked flavor. The chopped antipasto salad was very good. It was 'bulk, bland, caloric intake'. The desert sampler trays were huge. The chocolate cake, cheesecake, and Italian cream cake, were all excellent.
Pope room was great for a large party, one large round table with lazy Susan so food could be passed easily
Lasagna was mushy and barely any cheese. I think our family will pass on this restaurant.
Wonderful and fun atmosphere with family style menu! Lots of appetizer and entree options to choose from. No one leaves Buca di Beppo hungry that’s for certain.
