Meca our server was incredible. So much fun! Plenty of room, we had a reservation so no wait but the people that came in next were seated right away. We brought a birthday cake and they kept it in the kitchen for us.

I had a reservation for 7:15 pm and I need wait 30 minutes to get a table. The appetizer( bruschetta was with so much souce( vinagre). The bread was soak in s lot of souce. We could eat only 1/2 of the breads . We order 3 pastas. The eggplant parmigiana was ok, The Chicken carbonara scams only with white souce chicken and peas. They forgot the bacon. When we ask about it, they brought it separate. And they brought the Ravioli all pomodoro came when we finished the both pastas( after 1/2 hr) The salad was fine and the dessert Tiramisu was without soak in coffe. It was a cake filled with mascarpone. Now you can have an ideia how was our dinner. I hope they get better. Gabriele

Wish I would have read the reviews prior to booking. Seated in a timely fashion. Should have been my 1st clue that the restaurant was mostly empty on a Friday night. Service was adequate, understanding that they were short staffed which seemed to be the excuse for everything taking so long. Brought 1 loaf of bread for 10 people, kept telling us she would bring more, never happened. Salad was good, everything else was luke warm, undercooked and tasteless. It had been a while since we had been there, totally underwhelmed. Only plus was the servers were all very polite

The furnace was out and we were not told before being sat. It was very cold in the restaurant- we wore our winter coats throughout our meal. Our server was also very new and struggled to handle his section. We had to ask for refills repeatedly and had to specifically ask that the large stack of dirty plates be removed from our table when he served our main course.

Food was not great. Spaghetti was watery and meatballs were tough and flavorless. Had to send back our Brussels sprouts as they were barely cooked and tasteless no seasoning on them. Pizza was edible but not what I’ve had from Bucs in the past. Apple Gorgonzola salad was delicious. Server was non existent and barely showed up at our table to see if we needed anything. Took 20 mins from dropping off the bill to checking us out. Will not be back

They “lost” our reservation so we had to wait a long time in the lobby even though the place was empty. The food took over an hour and we never got our appetizer. All five of us agreed the food was terrible- bland and cold. Service was slooooow and the waiter tried but clearly had no idea how to wait tables. Overall it was a huge bummer. We used to love this place but we will never go back.

Our server, Maxwell, was excellent. He was friendly and attentive in spite of being quite busy. I had my favorite apple gorgonzola salad. We also had lasagna, spaghetti and meat ball, and broccoli. I personally think the spaghetti should have had more sauce and the broccoli was too "hot" to eat, probably due to the red pepper flakes. The giant birthday sundae was fun, as usual. We had a 6-year-old with us who asked for ten cherries (and got them), ate a half portion of a small lasagna, and loved the dessert. We'll be back for her birthday. I was disappointed that the bar did not carry white zinfandel or Reisling.

Very disappointing We had not been to Buca in several years due to COVID and we were excited to return Our evening was sadly very disappointing We had a 7pm reservation and we were not seated until 7:25 Our server was thankfully nice and was the only bright spot of our evening The food was not very good or fresh. The bread was not fresh, tasted frozen and reheated The pasta sauce was not flavorful and also tasted frozen and reheated along with the ravioli. The chicken parm was decent. It was nothing like the Buca we were used to several years ago. It is doubtful ber will return For 3 of us to eat dinner it cost $100 and we could have eaten a much better Italian meal somewhere else. I doubt we will ever return

The food was not good. They set us at a table in a small room with a big group of. loud. inebriated ladies & I ordered coffe...the waiter brought me 3 cups & every cup had lipstick on it....every one....& the final kick in the butt was my daughter took me there for my birthday so I got a sundae...except they didnt have vanilla ice cream & the brownies on it were so dry they crunched like croutons....Very sad. they use to be goof.....By the way, they still charged for tbe coffee.

Caidyn was our server and he was fantastic, especially under some very trying circumstances. The bar was out of the wine we requested, the kitchen was running out of certain foods and there WAS NO COFFEE to have with our dessert sundae. That being said we all (7 of us!) had a good time. We just wish they were a little more prepared for the holiday crowd.
