   This restaurant is set-up for large parties. Everything is a la carte a large portion (to feed 3 - 5 or more). Even though it was just my wife and myself, we ordered a bowl of soup and chicken parmigiana and a pasta. There were 3 pieces of the parmigiana so we took one home as well as about half the pasta. This made for another meal at home. It is not geared for a small dinner for two. A couple who had never dined there before ended up leaving without ordering, probably because of this. If it's just two of you, prepare to take food home. The prices reflect this. However, the food is great so it's worth this little "inconvenience" if that is what it would be for you. The service was also great. They also played oldies from the 60's and 70's which made for a nice ambiance. Also, it was not played loud, a problem at a lot of venues.

   The manager at the Livonia location is AMAZING! Very in tune to customer satisfaction! The waitress was good but didn’t refill waters until we asked at the end. Fun experience overall!

   OMG. Brutal. We waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged by any of the staff. We then learned that had two banquets running at once, and were severely understaffed. So we left. They need to mange a restaurant a lot better. Never going there again.

   Not good at all. Table wasn’t set. Server complained about other tables. Said she couldn’t take drink orders because of another table. Didn’t bring things asked for multiple times. Food orders were wrong. Things didn’t come. The entire experience was a disaster and none of us will be returning. This was a special celebration for my son’s college graduation. Very disappointed.

   Used to be one of my favorites. Portions have gotten smaller. Prices are WAY up. Garlic bread and 2 regular size dishes for 2 adults and 2 kids, one cocktail, and take home dessert was nearly $160 incl tip. Good was good, service was good, but value was way off. Not to be rude, but may explain why it was near empty at 630pm on a Friday.

   Party of 10 at 6:15 on Friday night. Service was horribly slow. Only one person serving the room we were in. Drinks took up to 40 minutes, and were brought up at highly varying times despite being ordered at same time. Out of pineapple (for pizza), basil (not sure how they even can make a margarita pizza, but my son just wanted some on his pepperoni and pineapple pizza), lemonade. Beware the information regarding how big portions are. The large salad, we were told, served five. In actuality it serves ten. How the waitstaff doesn't know this is beyond me, but it appears they just say what they are told. Food was average at best. The marsala and chicken parmagiana were tasty, while the cheese manicotti was not. Both salads (antipasta and walnut/apple were soupy. Also the marsala portion for three was really more for 1.5. Definitely will not be back. I thought I'd give BdB a try since I hadn't been there in 10 or more years, but Carrabbas is much better in just about every respect.

    Food was good. Service was slow considering there was nobody else in our section. Never refilled drinks. Colossal Sundae was over the top great.
