Buca di Beppo is a welcome anomaly in the over saturated Asian influence on Hawaiian cuisine. Overall a great experience. Good food, good service, good value.
We had a nice dinner with a very friendly waitress.
Very good food, large portions. They took us through the kitchen to see where it is all made.
Great service and food as usual
The Happy Birthday tradition continues!
Took our kids to have a nice pre-weekend dinner.Nice service, fun atmosphere!
We had a great time and our waitress, Maile made my daughters birthday even more special. The food was delicious as always and there was no wait.
The food is very good. We had the Chicken Carbonara, Lasagna and Caesar Salad. There were 3 of us total so we ordered the small portions and it was still too much food. Unless you are big eaters, get the small portions for 3-4 people. Especially if you are ordering multiple dishes. The prices are decent considering the large portions you get but it is hard to have a cheap dinner for just 3-4 people here.
Too loud. Very expensive. Not worth the price. Wouldn’t go back.
Reservations made on Open Table for my wife’s birthday. Had to ask our waiter for a Birthday sign on the table like the other tables had. Disappointed that we couldn’t use both the $20 off coupon and get a free birthday treat for my wife. (Do recall allowing this with previous birthdays). Only one coupon per table. Waiter was friendly but talked a little too much. Had to ask for a special menu for the Clams and Linguine and Shrimp Scampi. Was not otherwise advertised or offered by waiter. The baked Ziti was warm to room temperature. Waiter did offer to take it back but we already ate some. This Buca di Beppo location has dropped from a 5 to a 3 since they opened.
prices reasonable and usually has specials going and and offers a lot of promotions. service always good
Birthday lunch with spouse.
The food was great and the server was awesome. Great value for the food provider whihc was ono.
Had a good meal for the price and waiter was very courteous and friendly.
Will like go back again.
Overall, a great experience. Bucca’s is quintessential Italian fare, with a familia ambiance and ideal location (free parking and proximity to premium shops/cinema). I recommend going with at least 3-4 people, as the family portions are not ideal for couples unless you are looking for leftovers, as I guarantee you will leave with some. The menu has a breadth of diversity, from a range of appetizers and large salads to every pasta dish you’ve heard of with bountiful desserts. A must stop for groups in Ward.
Egplant Parm was excellent. Salad with apples and gorganzola was a hit. Salmon was delish
We love it no matter how noisy it is. We love the food.
Was able to get reservations for 10+ people last minute on a Saturday night. Restaurant is a bit noisy and crowded. Food is basic. A bit weird that they gave warm plates with an ice cream / brownie dessert, ice cream melted pretty quickly...
The food was good and it’s fun to eat family. Did not like the fact there were bugs flying around while we ate.
Fun way to wrap up trip to Oahu.
The food is great here. We had the pizzas - fantastic!
We were somewhat disappointed that Buca did away with their Create Your Own Pasta. Many of the pasta dishes are meat heavy and do not offer good vegetarian or vegetable options.
We used are $20 coupon so this meal was an outstanding value! Without the coupon it would have been quite pricey for 2 small pizzas.
Great time celebrating my daughters 13th birthday. Good food and great atmosphere! I love Buca!
Our server Frank did a fantastic job and the food was amazing.
Good food, good service fun times
Overall we had a nice time. Food was good, but service was spotty.
We sat in the room with the glass store front facing the street. It’s loses its ambiance. Not sure why they didn’t make wall solid with continuous decor. Would of preferred another table. Otherwise we enjoyed it.
Great spot for families, the food is good & the portions are great for family style.
My friend and I had a semi good experience. The waitress did not seem very knowledgeable. We will still come back though.
Tried a new dish not bad but prefer my regular but as usual kehau was outstanding
This place was AMAZING.! Better than Olive Garden honestly.! Authentic Italian food and everything my husband and I had ordered was made FAST and just tasted amazing.! Yes it is pricey BUT it's for a good reason.! I would recommend this place to anyone who asks just be prepared to pay a pretty penny if you want to order more than one thing.! Other than that 100/10 recommended.!
Good food and service as always
Dinner with the family, it was very busy and the service was good especially the weekend after Valentine's day. Ordered our food and very thing was except when the waitress brought our plates, they were still dirty though it just came out of the dish washer, so says the waitress but we got new ones right away. Our salad came right after that then our pasta came out. We ordered extra pasta sauce knowing that they dont put enough in the pasta dish we usually order and they didnt bring the extra pasta sauce when they brought out the pasta and we had to ask another helper/waiter for the sauce and he said he'll check on it. The person came back and told us "it will take a while to get it ready" I'm thinking why would it take awhile, they had the sauce when they made the pasta why didnt they make more at same time? Dont they have like a big pot or container that's premade set aside and they just heat it up. Couldn't they do it all the same time? Chef/cook time management? Oh, well... the pasta sauce came out but now our pasta got cold while waiting for the extra sauce :( we were hungry so it was like never mind let's just eat and enjoy each other. No other mishap for the rest of the night, we got our dessert (tiramisu) which is always good. We asked our waitress if she could add a little more crushed biscotti on the tiramisu and she kind of looked at us like "what is that? Add what? I'm not sure but okay" kind of look but we did have extra biscotti on tiramisu that made my sister happy. All and all it was good (food and service) and a little mishap is okay if its corrected. Always like coming back here.
The cost was somewhat expensive but the portions were large. Our waiter, Dustin, gave good service. The sun coming in the window was a little annoying. The food was good. I especially like the limone chicken. The appetizer was a little spicy for me but great for my husband. He enjoyed his tutti frutti.
The very best in customer service!
The ease of booking my party through Open Table is probably my most favorite! Nice is great place to take your kids and large groups. We felt so comfortable at our table we totally forgot we were a party of 17. We loved the Family style BIG portions and the food came pretty quick especially thoughtful of bringing the kids food first...we left full and happy.
I always have a good time when I come here. I really like their white wine seafood pasta (not on menu but you can ask for it), lasagna, and garlic mussels. Dinner is more expensive here than lunch. Their dinner portions are for sharing, so it's huge. I prefer lunch, where it's individual servings. That way, everyone can get what they want.
Yes, but don't order soft drinks because they are overpriced.
Celebrated a Friend’s Birthday. We had a Great time however our waitress-Heather was not as Energetic as all the other Staff Members. She seemed Tired, paid no attention several times when we were trying to get her attention to do a Birthday Celebration.
Birthday dinner was special. Great food great service.
