Always great food and service

The food was basic and cold. when we made the reservations they could of told us that the menu was limited and the changes that occur. for what we ate the value of the food was too high for the quality.

I always go usually with just my son and i always go when i get my coupons on email well this time they tell me I can't use my coupon on the seasonal items and that is not specified on the coupon. So I'm wondering since because of this coronavirus going on they are not doing so well they gotta get me with not giving me my discount?

Food and service is always very good. For those that never have been to Buca di Beppo, it is family style, so at least 2 people will need to agree to eat the same item.

We went for Valentine’s Day and to have the lasagna dinner special. They were a bit understaffed and they were late sitting us for the reservation. The food was terrific as it usually it as this restaurant but the service was lacking. They didn’t give us bread when we sat down and it took an hour to bring us our food. Overall it was worth the trip I just wished they had though ahead about how busy it was going to be.

It was amazing, the portions are huge. I went with my boyfriend and we took a bunch of food home. Great for the price!!

The food had no flavor whatsoever! So disappointing for the amount of money one is paying.

HUGE servings, great food. Would definitely recommend for any sized party.

Had not been back to this restaurant in several years. My previous experience was positive. This one could only be described as fair. My wine pour was slightly skimpy, my husband’s cocktail was the same. We ordered a dish that was listed as “new” on the menu, braised short ribs over pasta, that should have been described as flavorless pasta with a touch of short ribs added. There was more than plenty for both of us, and we took home the leftovers, primarily so we could doctor the dish up and add some flavor. Disappointing.

Food presentation was excellent. Lasagna was amazing. Needed a little salt. Chicken marsala was unusually sweet.

We’ve been coming to Buca for 10 years or more and love it.. until recently.. last several times everything has been off.. one day the salad.. chopped anti pasta .. $25 salad for a small u expect the meat and cheese it normally comes with.. missing.. the manager did try again but something was still off.. chicken Marsala.. forget it.. don’t try it .. this time the pizza .. barely cooked crust was still white.. cheese not even melted.. I’m not sure if they changed the cheese mixture or just didn’t cook it long enough.. I’m so disappointed...

Waitress got our order mixed up. She fixed it, but left us alone and we needed drink refills. She walked all around us, but never checked on us. Asked her twice for sweetener. Brought us more marinara; but brought us only a little bit. Food was good, but spaghetti was not hot. Always enjoy the spaghetti and meatballs. We’ll enjoy our leftovers because we will heat it up in the microwave.

They seemed short handed. They forgot drink orders, bread, and drinks for my kids.

Christmas dinner with my family. The food was plentiful and delicious. Our server was great! We really enjoyed it, looking forward to going back.

Was okay, service not great

We went for the Thanksgiving meal, which was very good but a little pricey. My kids don't like turkey so they ordered a pizza and some garlic cheese bread. The bread never came and the pizza was cold and we had to send it back to be reheated. Once it was reheated it was very tasty but the crust became soggy. Waitress was very attentive and she did her best to solve our problems. And speaking of problems, our reservation was for 7:00 o'clock and by the time we ordered we were lucky that we had the last turkey left in the restaurant, which is open until 11:00 pm. We had the same thing happen a few years ago, but that time they gave us what was left of the turkey, which really wasn't a full portion. This time we got the right amount. The one redeeming factor is that everything was absolutely delicious!

Been to Buca a million times. Always great and this year we decided to celebrate Thanksgiving here . We sat at the Pope's table because of our size and we had a great time! Highly recommend!

This was the first time I have been to this restaurant. We chose it for Thanksgiving dinner because of the good reviews. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the traditional Thanksgiving dinner we ordered. We were presented with platters of well prepared turkey and all the trimmings with plenty of leftovers to take home. This was an excellent choice to celebrate our holiday.

The food is great. The staff was a bit loud with their personal conversations, but the food made up for it.

we ordered two different pastas which had the same taste. We also order desert which took 45 min just for them to tell us that they don’t have 1 of the items and they ended up not having 2 of the orders.

The best value for family dinning. So good and yummy. Kids were happy and the adults are full! The large feeds a bunch and still left overs with 5 people eating. Great atmosphere and everyone is friendly. They brought out pizza play dough for the kids to occupy wait time. It was great.

The food was phenomenal!!!! My family and I really enjoyed Being there.

Love our Buca.

Spaghetti needed more meat sauce on it, asked for more and had to wait a while for extra sauce when it did come it was a very large bowl of it but by now the spaghetti was cold to eat.

Waiter wanted to up sell. Did not bring out food with the rest of the dinner. Had to send it back because it was cold. Spoiled the Birthday Celebration.

Always amazing!!

Not great for a lunch experience. The other 3 tables received greetings from the managers, we barely got greeted by our server.

Buca has a great atmosphere.. staff is always on top of things. Food is consistently good

Waitress didn’t remember the order twice. Chicken parm was dried out. The baked ziti was fantastic.

The Apple Gorgonzola Salad was excellent as was the lasagna. The mussels were disappointing and the chicken limone was severely lacking in flavor. Service was decent.

The food is always great. However the service and supplies are hit or miss. We had a reservation and were seated promptly, but waiting over 10 minutes for a server to approach our table to take drink order.

When our drinks arrived, we were told they were out of straws. While I prefer a straw over drinking out of reusable cups, it’s not a big issue for adults, but difficult for our 4 year old. A child size cup with lid and straw would be much preferred.

Last time we were in here a few months ago they were out of small-medium to-go containers. I understand on fill supply they would avoid having overstock to avoid waste. However on a weekend, you would hope a place of this size would have adequate supplies.

Still overall good experience with quality food that always pleases even our often picky eating children.
