Not the best experience....Kid's pasta dish had hair in it, the new shrimp that is being offered made my husband and I sick for 2 days.

Not sure what the story is with this location...but it was a disgusting painful experience.

Let me start off with saying how I was so excited for this meal... but place went from a 7.5/10 in my book to a 2/10.

Manager seemed very present, but the staff obviously didn't care to be there. We overheard the next table's food arrived cold. Due to witnessing the manager's interaction with them afterwards, we didn't bother to mention any complaints (felt pointless).

Our plates for bread were dirty and had to ask another staff to swap as our waitress was not attentive to us (she walked past us several times without even looking throughout our time there). The next round of plates came out for entrees and there was food residue on these too. Waitress's name badge went into food at the next table and her tie was close to going into ours - it brushed the plate close to the food. No care in carrying out the food. As for the food, the quality definitely went downhill a bit since my last visit. Lot's of grease on the entree plates and our potatoes came out barely room temperature. The pasta carbonara had hardly any chicken and it was all on the bottom with some of it being gummy.

We got sick later that night - not all of us had the chicken, so presuming was due to lack of properly handling food/dishes/etc.

Sadly another place that just isn't the same quality it was before. Not sure if it was because it was a Friday night and staff didn't want to be there, but I believe if it get's any worse they'll need Gordon Ramsay or close.

Service was not very good. Our waitress was rarely around. Our server also ended up choosing the most expensive prosecco without asking. The meal ended up being overpriced for what we got and I’m not happy with the overall experience.

Lovelt dining experience. We had wonderful food and great service.

Had the small chicken parmigiana and a side of spaghetti with marinara, it was enough for three although it was just my wife and I. The atmosphere was uniquely wonderful and the service was excellent!

Very disappointed in Bucca. The service was not great with lots of miscommunications. Food was a big disappointment.

The entire group thoroughly enjoyed our dinner thatvcelebrated my sister’s baby. We had the absolute BEST waiter. He was very kind, accommodating and full of personality. The food was great, no complaints at all. We didn’t feel rushed and everyone felt comfortable to talk and laugh, as if we were home. Thanks Buca!

We got the chicken parm and one of the pieces wasn't nearly as good as the other two which was kind of strange. The wait staff was less than attentive but that hasn't been a problem in the past so I don't know if they were just short-handed or what. I Like the quirky atmosphere of the place and it's close to my house. Overall I'd say it was a mediocre dining experience.

It was our second time to dine at this restaurant. The food is great, and the service is wonderful. Can't wait to go back again!

Food was tasty, however, the frutti de mar had very little seafood in it for the money. I didn't want to say anything because it was our friends first time there. We've had the smaller portion before that had more seafood in it than did the larger portion this time. We'll come again, but will probably order something different.

Server Nate is a ROCK STAR! Engaging, funny and attentive, ask to be seated at his table. Otherwise, the prices were ridiculous 😫. Dinner for 4 with drinks and tip exceeded $250 - not a good value.

While the food was prepared to Buca's usual high standards, nothing else about the visit would lead me to believe we were dining at a Buca di Beppo. The experience took a downhill turn from the moment we walked in the door. We had to wait over five minutes for a host to even show their face in the lobby. Then, she couldn't find our reservation on the computer, even though we had made it days earlier using OpenTable! I was standing their with the confirmation on my cell phone and she keeps saying we must have made the reservation at a different location! What an idiot!

The service experience wasn't much better. The server made us feel like he didn't want to be there, and could care less about his customers. After his initial check back after our meal was served, we didn't see him again until it was time for dessert. I had been in need of a beverage refill for 15 minutes. Then, it took him forever to come back to get our payment.

Fortunately, the food was prepared excellently, up to Buca di Beppo's high standards and it was very delicious!

We came in Christmas day for dinner, so we were pretty understanding that they wouldn't have their best staff on, but the overall experience was beyond disappointing. We had to ask multiple times for plates and silverware, and our server told us he couldn't find any. Several off duty staff members hung out around the bar, chatting loudly with the bartender. The server for our table was very clearly not experienced at all and asked us several times what we still needed for our table because he wasn't sure. Water for the tea we ordered came out lukewarm so our tea didn't steep. All in all a terrible experience. Would never go back.

Friendly service. Food tasted excellent. We arrived an hour before our reservation and they accommodated us quickly.

I wasn't impressed with the service, watered down drinks, or garlicky food. I will not be dining there again. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The staff was very friendly. Our server, Mindy was terrific. The food was good... we wish the baked ziti had more sauce. Generally, a fun atmosphere.
Would be nice if they offered individual meals for smaller parties.
Down side: someone vacuumed the restaurant as we were eating. The table next to us was left uncleared for half our visit. Then it was cleared but not cleaned or reset for the remainder of our visit.
It was close to empty at 7:00 on a Saturday night. It was snowing but not that bad.

I decided to take my family of four, plus my 89-year-old mother here for Thanksgiving. Everyone kept saying "You're going to an Italian restaurant for Thanksgiving??" like they couldn't believe it. So I started to doubt my choice, but once we were all seated, I could see that we were all enjoying ourselves. They serve family style for Thanksgiving which I prefer, rather than the restaurant deciding what to put on your plate. We got the order for 5 people and there was more than enough food. The turkey came sliced on a platter and there was delicious stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans and gravy. I do not eat gluten so decided to order roasted brussel sprouts on the side and they were amazing. My one daughter also does not eat gluten and ordered a side of the sausage which was very good.

The glasses of wine were nice and big. Our server was efficient and friendly. Everyone was saying how they loved the restaurant so we would definitely consider doing this again next year and also to come back on a regular day. There are lots of good options on the menu and since dishes are served family style you can share and save a bit of money.

Thank you for making our Thanksgiving dinner so special!

I went to Buca Di Beppo for the first time and I was pleasantly surprised. The food was very good, the servers were attentive and the prices were reasonable. We had the penne alla vodka which was very tasty, the chicken Parmesan, also very good and The veal Marsala hitch was very tender and flavorful. I will definitely go back and try this restaurant again.

Excellent food and nice staff.

We had 10 people 5 of which were children. Celebrating two birthdays. They put us in a wonderful room, private, and round so we could all talk to each other. It was great. Food came to fast and there was so much to share. We will be back.

As always, very happy with service and food. We LOVE Buca!

We've eaten dinner at Buca and celebrated birthdays there since they opened and have always had a good experience. Tonight was different. This was by the slowest service we've EVER had. The restaurant wasn't even close to full but the service was awful. The server was nice and polite but it took 25+ minutes for them to bring out three bowls of ice cream. He left the menus on the table and we stacked our own dishes. We had to ask for bread three times and it took at least 15 minutes to bring two additional glasses of wine. The food was excellent and piping hot so that was a plus. I have no idea what was going on tonight but the overall experience was less than stellar.

Went for my moms birthday dinner. Lots of food, decent pricing, service was very good. Overall we had a great night. We had a party of 4 and had about 4 small plates and had plenty of leftovers (and we can eat!) We would return again especially for a birthday!

This is one of our favorite family restaurants. They had a sign for my daughters birthday when we walked in!! Great service and fabulous food!!

Bring your apitite, great food with large quantities. A little pricy, but portions big enough for a take home bag, it's well worth the cost.

Love it. I wish there was one closer to where I live

so frustrating and hadn't been in the past. Food cool, not hot. New server and not attentive...we only had water and he never refilled the glasses nor asked to refill.

Love Buca, it's a great "family dining" experience. We love dining here and will be back!

Was a good choice for a Saturday night dinner. Was easy to make a reservation and they sat us quickly. Food was good traditional Italian fare at decent prices.

Service and atmosphere was excellent. Food was somewhat disappointing as the penna a la vodka was unexpectedly spicy yet the spicy bolognese was not very spicy and was somewhat dry. The ziti, however, was very good and the tiramasu was excellent. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants authentic Italian food , however, if you are not Italian, the food would be acceptable.
