It was a late night dinner as we didn’t get to our hotel until 10pm. I did call ahead to let them know we’d be a little late. We were seated right away and the hostess was very nice. Our server came and at first seemed really good. After we ordered she seemed focused on trying to get us to order something else. She kept asking if we wanted this or that, including garlic bread. Now I was thinking to myself we already get bread with our dinner so why would we want more. We sat for maybe 15-20 minutes and still no house bread was brought out. We couldn’t ask for any because our server never came back until right before our dinner was served. At that time after I asked all she did was make excuses as to why no bread was brought out. She seemed intent on blaming it on us saying at that location the customer has to ask for it ourselves or we don’t get it. What if I had been a first time customer, I would of never known we could of gotten bread if the server didn’t offer it to us. I know for a fact you don’t have to ask because we come here almost every time we visit Las Vegas and never had to ask once, they just bring it out. Then when she finally brought it out it wasn’t even warm, she just brought out cold bread like we wouldn’t notice.

Don’t visit this BdB. The waitress we had was horrible as we felt rushed through our experience. They won’t serve bread unless you ask, they don’t honor BdB normal event specials (meatball Monday’s/etc). The chicken tasted very bland or undercooked. BdB is a great concept, but this one fails in performance. Do not go to this location as you will not have a good time and it will ruin your view of BdB. They are more focused on taking your picture and selling you a photo package then providing a great dining experience.

We went for hubbys bday. The food was decent - huge portions. When they say a small feeds 3 they aren’t kidding it could likely feed 4. Hubby and I shared the chicken carbonara and it was fairly good. We ordered a side of their Italian broccoli and be warned it was a lot spicier than I anticipated, coated in red pepper flakes. The kiddo ordered a cheese pizza and wasn’t at all impressed. Overall it was a-ok. The waitress Liz was pretty good and attentive.

It was our first time at Buca di Beppo and we had just an amazing experience. The food was delicious and very big portions. Our server was amazing! We went to the bar first and took advantage of their all day happy hour. Later we had dinner in the main dining room. I would highly recommend the Chickem Marsala!

Once I received notification that my table was ready I walked up to the podium to let the hostess know that I’m here. The hostess was not friendly at all she asked if my entire party was here and walked away. I waited five minutes before she came back and said follow me. Once seated the server was excellent, very friendly and personable. The food was tasty and everyone in our party enjoyed the food. The noise level was the worse ever. The waiter practically screamed so we could hear him and made a comment about being able to read lips because of the noise level so that’s when I realized that this restaurant is always noisy which makes it hard to have conversations.

The food is family size and the portions are large. The disadvantage is that everyone has to eat the same thing. The food quality was ok, not great. Service was ok.

it was a good experience, very quick, but not worth the price. also it is very expensive, you won't find anything under $20. bread items are not complimentary, you have to order it.

Portions are large even the kids meals. Be prepared to share and don’t order too many items. We could have made due with just an appetizer for the table and then finished the kids meals.

We missed our flight back home, we it was cancelled due to a storm in Toronto. We weren’t able to spend Christmas with our family, but this restaurant made us feel a little more at home. We are so happy we found this spot. The food has huge portions and the prices are very reasonable! Thank you for making our Christmas Eve a little better

We like Buca di Beppo as a rule, but the absolutely stellar service we received on this visit (from Denice, I believe was her name) made this particular visit memorable. She is truly a credit to her employer and should be recognized for her superior service!

We had a great server who helped us make choices. The lasagna was absolutely outstanding and one of the best I’ve ever had. Disappointed in the Caesar salad they weren’t even croutons on it. Enjoyed myself very much

Huge portions, small salad can easily feed 5! We ordered two large pastas and a large chicken parm for 6 (3 adults and 3 kids) and had three full tins of pasta and two pieces of chicken left to bring home.

First, Hannah, our server, was amazing. She took great care of us, making our anniversary dinner a special one. Hannah topped off our beverages often and checked in frequently. Food was amazing, portions incredible, and the atmosphere light and fun. What more could you want?
