Food was very good as was the service. The prices have increased rather dramatically. Everyone in our party enjoyed the food.

When we were first sat at our table we waited longer then normal for serve to speak with us and take our order. When somebody finally came, service was better rest of the meal

We were seated in a big room by ourselves. Pretty sure we were forgotten about multiple times. Things we asked for never were delivered. Been here before, but this was the worst service we’ve had here

We had a really great time here and we were so glad they could easily accommodate our large group. The service was fast and friendly and our waiter Field really took good care of us. I really enjoyed the meatballs as an appetizer and the chicken carbonara pasta. The Caesar salad was the only thing I didn’t care for since the lettuce seemed wilted and not fresh. Everything else was great though and I will definitely be returning again soon.

We always enjoy Buca di Beppo, but these days only dine there when significant discounts are offered. Food is tasty, but family-style portions are small and very pricey.

The food was incredible. A lot of places have shrunk their food sizes and raised their prices. This place has modestly raised their prices but has NOT lowered their food quality. It’s incredible food for the price. Our waiter was Rolando and he was awesome. He was fast and very attentive.

Overall the meal was disappointing. Meatballs were dry and not tasty. Eggplant Parmesan was heavily battered on thin slices of eggplant and overcooked. With the recommendation from the server, we over-ordered the antipasto salad. The large portion of baked ziti lacked flavor. None of the guests enjoyed it. We seldom saw our server. Unfortunately, next time we will pass on Bucca.
