What was suppose to be a simple family dinner became the longest wait till service was actually given considering I had two toddlers to dine with. Food was overall good and with generous portions.

Celebrated a family birthday. Service was excellent, our server was Doug. He brought us everything we needed promptly!! He was wonderful. Food was better than we expected!!

We go to Buca all the time! Eggplant is our favorite! Everything is fresh and delicious!

Been to this restaurant for many special occasions and always loved the ambiance, food and service, however judging by my most recent visit things just aren’t what they used to be. Food was lousy, service was okay and restaurant appeared to lack deep cleaning. They also charged a $30.00 fee to bring two small (8 inch) cakes we purchased earlier, to our table. The cost of our experience was not commensurate with the quality or taste of the food. I personally do not plan on visiting this restaurant again.

The food has always been really good at this location and of course, the portion sizes are gigantic.
However, the service seems to have slipped recently. The host (or possibly manager) who seated us told that they since they were booked to capacity, the table that they had reserved for us was our table and that we would not be able to sit anywhere else. It just so happens that my wife is 8 months pregnant and was not able to sit comfortably in the booth. She went back to the hostess stand and let the other hostess know the situation and they ended up moving us to a table in the bar area. The server was nice and friendly. She just wasn't that attentive and we kept having to ask her (as well as other staff members) for bread, plates, drink refills, etc.

Went there for sons 2 year birthday. Group of 18. Round table is PERFECT. Great food service everything. Went there as well for same for my birthday last year and loved it. One of my favorite restaurants ever. Love it !

I love celebrating my Birthday at Buca. It is amazing!!!

We arrived early for our reservation by 20 minutes and were promptly seated in the Bar area. One of the bartenders acted as our server and was very helpful and informative. However, he was to occupied at the bar to properly serve us. When questioning if they serve bread, we were informed "only upon request." Our entrees were taking a very long time, thus we asked about them only to find that they were forgotten in the kitchen. One had to be redone and the other was served cold. If we did not call their attention to our very delayed entrees, we might still be sitting there.

Manager was very unavailable to help with a situation with redeeming coupons. It took an hour to settle the bill because of this and we did not leave satisfied so will not return.

Holiday Dinner Party for me work family.... members chelae is utterly the worst waitress I have ever encountered in all of my dining experiences . She was lost, confused, screwed up our drink orders 4 times and didn’t correct it on the bill. She couldn’t get anything right. She forgot that she put in our appetizer order and asked a second time for our order. She then wanted to clear our plates before the salad because she forgot we ordered them... oh but charged us for double order of both salads so the bill came with 4. My last straw is when she wanted to take my plate away with fork when I wasn’t finished to bring me a new one and I told her no. She insisted 4 times and proceeded to remove it with my continued NO. And then brought me a new plate and forgot the silverware. I retrieved a set from the next table. I then found the manager who came to our table twice to apologize... I asked him to remove her from our table and did. We got Lisa who was fabulous! She did everything right and was trying to make up for the horrible experience with Michelle. Unfortunately, the manager didn’t even offer anything to make up for our experience. After I paid the bill that had to be sent back 3 times for being charged things we didn’t order... he brought us about 10/ $10 off 30 purchase coupons where only 1 can be used at a time. Do don’t make up for the lousy start to our meal. Dessert or something should have been comped. My employees will never go back and after 3 years of bringing my team here, we will never go back.

The food is really good and the portion sizes are humongous. The noise level of the room you are seated in drastically depends on whether or not there is a large party seated near you. There was only one other family seated in our room and it was nice and quiet. The service wasn't great. The waitress seemed like she was kind of preoccupied and wasn't all together there. She did try to be friendly although it seemed more forced than anything else.

Great food and great service!

I have eaten at Buca many times and this was pretty much the same as every other experience. The food was good and the service was above average. The only disappointing aspect was that they seated us in the same room (right behind) a large birthday party and these people were very noisy. We kind of wanted a nice and quiet dinner; however, that did not happen. I'll have to mention to the hostess to not seat us next to large parties from now on.

Food great, service great if I had to complain about anything it would be the drinks are a little inconsistent. They were all juice tonight...but are usually on point.

The food served family style and its quality is top notch. The servers tried to make it a good night but forgot a few things....2 appetizers, to suggest a salad when we were ordering, a clean wine glass for my wife and a cold beer glass for my mother in law. We waited an additional 10 minutes once we told Thomas we needed it because Heather was delayed in getting back to us. The room was warm for some reason and we had sat there before when we attended a holiday family dinner this past December. I thought it was a one time warm room but guessing this is the usual temperature in this area to the left of the Pope room. The food was so delicious, my daughter enjoyed her birthday dinner and after the earlier missteps all in all we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you, we will come again but maybe not to that section of the restaurant...too warm....no guest should have to break out in a sweat at a family dinner.

I have been to Buca many times. I was celebrating my birthday. The food is good-the wall decor is fun and it's good value. My only problem is that if it's busy the noise level can be very loud which can make it difficult to have a conversation
