I understand wanting to give guests the ‘real Italian feel’ but it really is unnecessary to drag meals out for 3-4 hours. I don’t know how you stay in business turning tables over so slowly.

The Buca concept is tired and uninspired. Servers and hostesses seem to lack any motivation to be there. With litter all over the parking lot, tables with unkept dishes, and tables waiting for assistance, unoccupied staff could regularly be seen playing on their personal mobile phones. This is a management failure. In turn, the cost and ambiance do not compel me to ever visit again. It was actually somewhat embarrassing that I was the one that invited our group of 12 to this location. What an unfortunate reality as I remember the Buca heyday in the late 1990’s.

It has been a few years since we’ve last band. It is very, very disappointed in the quality of the food. Really has slipped considerably. Can’t imagine going back. Paid far too much for what we got.

My husband and I we go a lot at Buca di Beppo because the food was so good, but last time we went there the food was terrible, undercooked chicken, undercooked pizza we are so disappointed and we are never going there anymore and the service was terrible too

We had a party of 9. We were crammed into a table for 8. There was no room on either side of the table and we had a person hanging off the the end of the table. I asked to be reseated and the host looked at me and said there was no where else to go. There wasn’t enough room on the table for the food. The servers were nice. Food was okay. The lasagna has clearly been sitting under a heating lamp or left out for a while as it was dry and unappetizing. The cheese manicotti was better but also had been sitting out for a while. Overall, being packed into a table that wasn’t meant for our size party was a real turn off. And then to be dismissed so quickly by the host gave us a bad experience. Also, seeing servers, and busboys walking around with headphones/airpods in is a bit of a turn off. I would recommend the place after our experience.

Service was very slow and the restaurant was empty on a Sunday evening. Surrounded by dirty tables that weren’t cleaned the entire 1.5 hours we were there.

Corrine was our server. She was very nice but she NEVER brought us our appetizer. She kept coming by our table to advise that our food was coming, then she brought our entrées. I asked about our appetizer, and she said "OH" I'll go get it. I told her to forget it, we already have our dinner. She said she would take it off our bill. (Well, I certainly hope so). We REALLY were looking forward to our appetizer. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Calamari not crisp at all and rubbery. Canolli was like Chef Boyardee. They forgot my beer for about 10 minutes. Server was great but I won't be going back.

First time in the restaurant. Nice old fashion italian decor. There are NO portions for 1 person… the plates are expensive and for 2 people therefore you have to eat what the other person orders. Same for the pasta… a bid expensive plate (double the price). Nice wine and by the bottle. Desert size and price are outrageous! $18 plus tax and tip for 1 tiramisu! I am NOT coming back to this place for sure! Good luck!

Perfect 65th birthday for Papa! The food and the portions were spectacular. The dessert sampler was out of this world. The server was new and not as polished as many, but cheerful and adequate. A definite repeat for us--I cannot wait for the next visit!

Our reservation was at 5:00pm and they did not have lasagna ready, but a table that came in later before we left got lasagna. Not sure why open table ask about a special occasion and then the restaurant also ignores it. Sorry but just a mediocre experience for the price.

Granddaughter’s 9th birthday. Children’s serving were extra large so plenty of take away. Adult portions were just right and yes, we had take away as well. Generous portions and the beer was perfect.

We had to wait a while for our table but the wait was well worth it. It was our first time to dine there and the family-size portions are huge but each tasted wonderful!! The service was excellent and we felt very at-home. If you are looking for great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and superb service, this is your place.

Great food, cool atmosphere! Our waitress, Whitney, was great! We came early and they were not busy. She showed us all around the place and gave us excellent service. This would be a great place for larger parties.

This favorite of ours has been starved for good servers so we have primarily purchased orders to go since 2020. Last two trips to dine in are showing improvement. As good as the food is I would like to see them improve wine selections. We would come a lot more and if the wine is great then waiting for food is much more pleasant!

I will never go there again. Poor quality food served in large quantities WAY OVER PRICED. Marina sauce was awful looked like canned tomatoes over a bowl of spaghetti. Calamari $20 was worth $10. Signature Meat balls were tough poor quality and Italian Sausages were salty(sweet) and over spiced (hot). Too many good Italian offerings in Coolsprings other than Bucca.
