    we had a large group of out of town folks and thus we asked the server to help us order enough for 14 with no leftovers. we ended up with enough food for 35-40 people. we took 19 to go tins out. we felt a little taken honestly

    The waiter never showed up until sitting for 10 minutes then not again for another 15 minutes to bring me a salad swimming in dressing after i asked for dressing on the side. Then food appeared 5 minutes after my salad and we never saw the waiter again until i flagged him down. Horrible service it was a business lunch and i will NOT ever come back with clients or for a family meal

    Over all poor experience. The food quality was poor and service was lacking. While all restaurants are dealing with short help, this appeared to be mis-managed overall. When we were told some of food was not coming out, they didn't even offer to put in order just told us they needed to remove it. Then we asked if they were short staffed she said no "it's always like this". Would suggest another place, we will not be back.

    Don't go before a concert at the arena! They were slammed and shorthanded. Waited an hour after ordering our food to actually get it and had to throw it down in 15 minutes to make our concert. Also, never did get the garlic bread we ordered

    It was a concert night so crowded by not unpleasantly so. Meal comes with Italian bread, not garlic bread, no butter just olive oil and  balsamic. Salad is pre-dressed with olive oil (which was supposed to be a vinaigrette), lasagna was not freshly made let’s leave it at that. The atmosphere as always here was great. We waited for refills which were almost not needed by the time they arrived, and for 15 minutes we lost our waiter who was flagged down by another waiter for us apparently working the bar. Nice place, good atmosphere but our last visit here.

    Awful! Our reservation was at 4p, not busy. Appetizers were cold after waiting 1 hour for them. Manager was high or strung out. He didn't care that we had been there for an hour and 45 minutes & no food. While other tables around us got their food. We walked out after 2 hours because Manager refused to do anything. All Manager did was complain to us that he was hot. Waitress never checked on us. All she cared about was her bigger tables.

    The food was delicious! We had no idea it was family style before hand, which does limit your options. This place is great for big groups, but more difficult for smaller parties. Take at least 4 people here!

    Good food but poor service. Once food was served , the waitress didn’t show up for refills we waited for her to ask for parmesan cheese but that never happened. Also we asked if we can replaced pees with brócoli and she said ok but when served she mentioned that they did not have broccoli after the fact that it was served so we could ask for any other options.

    The days of amazing Buca experience are gone. While the gentleman taking us to our seat was exceptional and welcoming, the rest of the experience was pure garbage. We waited for our waitress' first visit for about 10 minutes. Drinks (two cokes and a water) took another 6. Food was 3 out of 10 (whereas in the years prior was 10 out of 10) .. Saltimboca was dry and not so tasty. Almost like a leftover meal from yesterday. They did not have dough ready (at 2PM mind you!) so we couldn't even order a Pizza. And service overall was absolute crap. Typical - I hate my life waitress who didn't even say thank you after bringing the check. Smile was nowhere in sight. Oh, and at the very beginning they didn't even have oil and vinegar (since they "only have one set for the entire restaurant" according to the server) to leave at the table so that we can refill our plates to dip the bread... No one offered any Parmesan what so ever either for pasta... We'll never be back again... Buca is dead, at least in Columbus. One in Worthington/Westerville is no better.

    Waitress who took our order was also serving a group of 65. We arrived before that group and our table was basically ignored. I had to go find server several times for service. Management should have been aware and made appropriate changes to serve all tables in an acceptable manner. Pizza was undercooked, pasta dishes were under flavored. Very disappointed in this visit. Took us 2 hours for our table to get out of restaurant. Made us late for our dinner show -we arrived at 5pm. Told them at beginning of meal we needed a birthday song and sundae for our granddaughter. Had to leave half the ice cream barely eaten. Extremely disappointed in the food and service. Will look for another alternative for food before the theater. Don’t go if you are on a time schedule.

    Not a great place for two people. Portions are scaled for a min of 3 people So you must pay for more food than you’ll want and you must want the same thing. Otherwise an entree starts about $32 for spaghetti and meatballs. They are huge and they taste good. Not ideal if you are traveling and don’t want leftovers. Interior decor is overly kitckey and just plain worn out.

    Fun, friendly, fast, and affordable - what's not to like? Answer might be portions that are too large for even a couple to finish which seems like a poor business model in an era when food waste is a lose-lose.

    Food was great. Service was OK. We were in the pope room and some of the areas that the kids work had access to cause a little dirty on the ground with the food and hair ties. Overall it was a great meal.

    Had reservations for 5:30, arrived at 5:20 and seated at 5:45. Service very slow although place was at 60% capacity at best. Absolutely the worst Stromboli I've ever had. Server was very nice and attentive but she was slammed so not her fault. Will look elsewhere for going forward. Place used to be great, not so much anymore.

    There were six of us and we had a great time. Only downside is we wished our waitress would have pointed out that we were ordering an extremely large amount for the number of people. We took home six large containers of food. That should not have happened.

    This was our 1st visit to Buca di Beppo and was not happy with the experience. The lasagna was extremely dried out . There was a living flying bug in the Parmesan cheese shaker . Our waiter had no personality just dry

    No reservation needed, and now I know why. Service was extremely slow, over 2.5 hrs for dinner, party of 6. Food has gone way down hill and price was not worth it at all. Will never be back.

    Worse experience at a restaurant I’ve had. The waitress repeated the order back and still forgot my lasagna and after 35 min of waiting finally came back to the table to ask us if everything was ok. What a joke.

    We had a fantastic experience last night at Bucca’s. We had a party of 13 in the Pope’s room to celebrate our son’s college graduation. Our server was phenomenal. She made our experience superb. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect. I ordered a cake ahead of time and it was brought out with sparklers and tossed confetti. It was the perfect ending to our graduation weekend.

    Waiter did not tell us that a large portion feeds 4 people and let us order a large for just 2 people! We had 4 large orders for 6 people! Way too much food. Overpriced with no prices on the menu to even see what you are ordering. She also added automatic gratuity and didn’t say anything. She purposefully removed the itemized receipt so we didn’t see it added to the check. We double tipped her not knowing until after the fact! We had to ask for straws and silverware. Not great service and not worth the high price tag. Don’t go here.

    I got Chicken Alfredo, huge portions but didn't have much flavor. Maybe next time I will try something else. My son had Macaroni and cheese and he said it was flavorless also.
