   It took over a hour for the food to be served. We ordered appetizers stuffed mushrooms and found a piece of plastic in it. The Frutti de mare was over cooked and tough. The server did his best and was attentive. We won't be coming back or recommend.

   I had the opportunity to dine at Buca di Beppo on two occasions, and as someone who is well acquainted with Italian cuisine, I'd like to share my review. While the food may not have been entirely authentic Italian, it was certainly of excellent quality. The flavors and preparation were skillfully executed, resulting in a satisfying dining experience. One aspect that stood out to me was the service. At times, it was truly outstanding, demonstrating a level of attentiveness and professionalism that added to the overall enjoyment of the meal. However, there were also moments when the service was merely very good, which, while not exceptional, still met my expectations. One particular aspect of my dining experience that I appreciated was the effort made by the staff to accommodate non-English speakers. I had the pleasure of dining with individuals who were not fluent in English, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone felt welcome and comfortable. Their courtesy and willingness to make everyone feel included was truly commendable. Now, onto the food itself. The pizza at Buca di Beppo is prepared in a thin style, and I must say, it was absolutely delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were flavorful and well-balanced. It was definitely a highlight of my meal. As for the drinks, they were decent enough, although not particularly outstanding. In summary, I would recommend Buca di Beppo to anyone who is open to trying an excellent, albeit not entirely authentic, Italian restaurant.

    This was our first visit to this location. It was not at all busy on the Monday evening we went. The pasta dish and the side meatball we ordered were very good, but we didn’t care for the apple Gorgonzola salad or the Brussel sprouts we ordered. The salad was made mainly with iceberg lettuce which I really don’t care for. The Brussel sprouts were very greasy and not very tasty. That was disappointing. However, our waitress was very accommodating, and the food arrived very quickly which was a big plus with a toddler.

    The food is delicious the service is great some of the items are way overpriced the booths are very uncomfortable we've experienced this a couple times when we sit on them they're either so worn out they're sunken in, in areas or we can feel the wood frame and it's very uncomfortable on our backs and buns

    Overall, the food was okay. The salads however, were incredible and the pizza arrabiata was delicious. I asked my server with regards to ordering portions and unfortunately, she missed the mark. The food was far too excessive and as a server of the restaurant there should have been better discretion. Against my better judgement, she recommended (for a party of 13) that I add an extra ‘large’ platter of protein after I inquired as to if that was going to be too much. At the end of the day, we ordered the following: 1 3-dish appetizer (2 calamari’s and 1 breaded cheese stick order) 1 small chop salad (delicious) 1 small apple Gorgonzola salad (perfection) 1 large pizza arrabiata (delicious) $50 1 large pasta remo (it was a 6 out of 10 for me) $50 1 large chicken parmigiana (it was a 4 out of 10 for me. It lacked flavor and the sauce didn’t seem fresh) $50 3 kids meals- 2 of them were pepperoni pizzas which were fine; the 3rd kids meal was a fettuccine alfredo —the sauce was watery and not great. The pricing for the entrees seemed to be too expensive considering flavor and what it is. Our bill was close to $400. That seems silly for Bucca. [all of the drinks were soft drinks] Next time I’d stick to the appetizers, salads and pizza. I feel like the entrees are a bit of a gamble and that it certainly does not reflect a $400 type of meal. It might be because the quality has gone fine compared to previous years. Feel you can get better quality at other restaurants that might reflect a similar total pricing.

    Serviler was great as well as the food, very prompt and friendly service. My only complaint will be that we made reservations for 8 people and we had two additional as walk ins, requested for a bigger table and was told it was not possible so we literally had to squeeze on a table of 8 my whole 10 people party.

    We came to celebrate my birthday. The food was so good and tasted so fresh. The service was good, the waitress did take a while to bring our wine but it was a Saturday night and pretty busy. Everything was good overall, the reason we put 2 stars for ambiance is because it was so loud in there and we could hear everyone’s conversations around us. It was definitely lively, and I think the low ceilings and building structure contributed to the noise. For some, that may not be an issue but for us we prefer a more quiet intimate setting. We will definitely will be back but just for take out :)

    This was our first time there. Our server was Sunday and she was absolutely amazing. Explained everything to us on how to order, portion size, etc. she was very engaged in conversation with us, funny too, and made our whole experience a memorable one for sure.     If you're unable to boil water at home and make pasta, or you want a loud and dirty restaurant with a lot of screaming kids, and you want to pay forty bucks for one pound of pasta with sauce from a can, this is the place for you. I especially loved looking at Sophie Loren in her underwear while I ate, and the various sauces that spattered the many photos on the wall. The fire alarm ringing out for about 15 minutes was fun, as was the undercooked manicotti and the cold broccoli. I know about manicotti, btw, and I make it often from scratch. It should be cooked in sauce/gravy, and this was not. The tube of pasta was plastic-like and undercooked, but even if it had been fully cooked, it was not thin or tender pasta. Our server was a nice young and energetic guy, and he did his best. For three of us the meal was over $100. Why? I'm still wondering. Never again.

    I ordered garlic bread which was horrible, dry, and cold when it was served to me. Why doesn’t Buca De Beppo serve garlic bread with their very costly dishes as I had to pay $15.00 for dry bread which had hardly any garlic butter or garlic spread on it. The waiter never refilled my beverage and also never asked me how my meal was. I spent $80.00 on horrible tasting food.

    The food was delicious. We had eggplant parmigiana and the apple gorgonzola. The salad came out in a timely manner, but the eggplant took forever to come out so we got full off of the salad before we even had a bite of the actual meal. But both dishes were superb!🤌🏼 We didn't get any drink refills the entire meal, so my date ended up drinking whatever I had left. It was pricey, but the portions were generous.     Bucca is a great place for family dining. We have our annual family Valentine’s Day dinner and we had to move it back due to schedules, but we were able to enjoy ourselves yesterday and the staff helped make that more enjoyable. The food is delicious as usual prices have gone up a bit but same quantity and quality

    We hadn’t been to a Buca for a few years, the last one being in Dallas. For the two of us having 1 entree, 1 appetizer, 1 salad & bread… Only drank water, Bill was $108.00!!!     Server Esme did not provide good service. She did not come and check on us for refills, dessert took about 25 min for her to bring out. We had to ask another server for assistance for napkins, silverware, refills, and for our server. He was kind enough to assist us.
