We had never eaten here, but glad we did. The environment reminded us of 50s style Vegas, the service was outstanding and the food was superb. Recommend

This location has continued its downward trend, and despite eating here dozens of times this may be the last. Based on how incredibly empty the place was on a Friday night, it seems like most potential diners have already made that decision. It took over 20 minutes for our server to greet us, despite me going back up to the hostess stand at 10 minutes to see what was going on. There was no one else in the room we were in. We weren't given the specials sheet that I grabbed on my return to the host stand, and I was disappointed that we didn't get their classic walk through the kitchen as I brought several people for their first time. Maybe they don't do that anymore, I don't know. When our server came we gave our entire order, appetizers, entrees and drinks. 20 minutes for the drinks to come, 40 minutes after our order for our appetizers, and 40 minutes after that for most of the entrees. It was just very slow, and we felt ignored for most of the meal. Refills, boxes... unavailable until the very end. I even had to grab plates from the shelves as well as silverware from the other unoccupied tables for us to eat. Let me also reiterate out that the place was empty, with a single table in two other rooms that I saw. For a Friday night, this did not seem like a place that was going to be around for long. I know COVID killed a lot of restaurants, this one just feels like its never going to recover.

Don’t bother reserving a time because they will ignore you and cater to large groups. Ruined date night, thanks.

The staff were very nice and professional. Our waiter was attentive, aware of better items to go with our dinner order and overall, very professional. He was personable, as well. This wasn't our first visit, which should give an idea of what we think of Buca di Beppo. We will be dining there again.

We have loved Buca for 25+ years. They have raised the prices so much that this may be the last time we go. We spent $80 and only had calamari, which was small for $25 and chicken Marsala that was great. They ran out of Diet Pepsi so I just had water. Lady with large family group did not understand what an indoor voice is. She was so loud we couldn’t hear each other from the time they arrived. Not the best Mother’s Day, probably going somewhere else next time.

One of our favorite places to eat! The spicy chicken rigatoni is our go-to! Great service, great food, and making reservations you never have to wait long to be seated!

Amazing food ands top rated service. We came in while in Cincinnati for a medical appointment for our son. Our server was very kind and made sure we had everything. He was so kind he even brought us chocolate cake as a nice dessert.

Terrible experience. The service was slow and bad. We were waiting for more than 1.5 hours without having any food, not even bread. No one form the staff took accountability or try to do something.
