This was Mother’s day so it was very busy. We had never been so didn’t understand how the servings worked the waiter could not explain it very well so we were unsure if we all had to pick the same menu choice or if we could order separately. Also our drink order was taken the done one else came to our table 15 minutes later and asked if we’d been served so she went and got our drinks then we waited even longer for our order to be taken.

Love that they have large tables for large parties. The back room we were at was so hot that it was actually cooler outside. Took a long time to get refills and be checked on. This probably had something to do with the fact that it was Mother’s Day but not sure.

Celebrated my husband’s 70th birthday with kids & grandkids. Our service was great-with 20 pp we kept Theresa busy! Food was delicious & hot. Variety included: chicken parmigiana, chicken limoncello, stuffed shells, cheese ravioli, stuffed manicotti, fettuccine Alfredo, Caesar salad, pepperoni pizza, garlic bread w/cheese, fabulous dessert assortments…. All awesome! Oh, and the rum punch bowl was very good! We will definitely be back!

For a Friday night it was dead. Our server came by for drink orders 15 min after we were sat (after we asked the host for our waiter to come by). Then we saw him a few more times throughout our meal. We asked to have the plates cleared which he said he would be back but never came back so we loaded up the table behind us with dishes. Figured he was probably covering tables in various rooms, except when we walked out through the kitchen we noticed a few of the servers were hanging out in the kitchen…. It wasn’t a bad experience but I also see why it is not a busy place. Overall mediocre. Probably won’t be back for a while…

Every dish was excellent. The salmon Sorrento was superbly cooked and the penne vodka had just the slightest spiciness that complemented the salmon extremely well. The service couldn’t have been better.

Bucca is a good place to go for a family occasion. Food continues to be good. Restaurant is starting to feel a little dated and it wasn’t as clean as in the past. Overall a good experience.

Honestly best place I’ve ever been to food was amazing drinks were great everything served to us was delicious for it being busy on a Valentine’s Day the vibe was perfect and the people there showed so much love to my little family I recommend this location to anyone going out for whatever reason reservations are a must trust me save yourself the time and hassle 5 stars

Used to come here regularly with family and loved the Salmon Sorrento, always delicious as well as other pasta dishes. But salmon was not flavorful as previously, a bit underdone, still pink, chicken parmigiana was dry. It was still a pleasant experience for brother’s 50th birthday as our server was super nice and accommodating.

We made our reservation for Christmas afternoon at 12:30, and we are very thankful for the workers and staff who were able to make the restaurant open for us non- celebrating folks. We got there a little early, they seated us right away and there were very little people at that time. We placed our order around 12:40/45 and received our food at 2:03. The waiter let us know the tickets were backed up, but then served the tables around us the same dishes we ordered, even though we got there and ordered prior to them being seated. We then got our garlic bread, but the rest of our food came an hour later. Holidays are busy, so if you make a reservation plan on waiting an additional hour or two for service and food.

This is my first review of a restaurant. I don’t like saying negative things about restaurants, but this place was not good at all. The food was mediocre at best. My husband’s lemon chicken was in edible It had no flavor and the chicken tasted of raw flour. The sauce was gummy and thick. My manicotti were dry around the edges and did not taste fresh. I will never eat here again.

The waitress was great - very helpful and attentive for the most part. The meatballs came out cold and we mentioned it. The waitress said she would check with the cook but then never mentioned them again. None of us had eaten more than one bite of them. We brought it up again and she said that the cheese is always served cold and took it off our tab but I don't think she would have if we hadn't mentioned it again. The entire meatball and even the sauce was cold. Most of the food was bland. The atmosphere is good and the presentation of the bruschetta was fun. It wouldn't be a place we would return to - very meh.

Where do I start???? We had a reservation but had to wait 15 minutes for our table as they got it clean. There was plenty of seating and they kept seating others before us. Server was at first, attentive, that quickly changed for the remainder of the visit. Server seemed annoyed at us being ready to order when she brought out the drinks. There was food and garbage all under our table from prior guests to the point it was all over our shoes. Appetizers came out within a good time and they were tasty. Then we waited over an hour for our main course to arrive. Server was basically non existent while we were waiting. Our salads never arrived. Entrees arrived partially cold. Bathrooms were dingy. Server did offer a free dessert which was delish. Overall it was a bad experience and I’m not sure we will ever return.

We were seated right away, waited about 15 minutes before we were asked about drinks, no "table bread and oil" were given. My son was excited to go just for the bread. We ordered appetizers they came out randomly not together. The table next to us sat down about 25 minutes after us, they received table bread and their food came out before ours. Had to ask for our salad. The stuffing was just crumbled bread definitely not a sausage stuffing. No dinner rolls were given even though it was part of the Thanksgiving feast. Ran out of pumpkin pie but were willing to give cheese cake. Not all like that so we asked for them to give a tiramusu, they had to substitute so we should get the choice to substitute as we want. Turkey was delicious as were the mashed potatoes!

We went for their Thanksgiving dinner which we’ve had at least 2 other years. The turkey was so dry it had changed colors The green beans were cold. The stuffing was the scraps from the bottom of a pan. A bigger party than ours was seated 15 mins after us and got their food 10 minutes before us. We ordered the same food.
