This location is great for special occasions, or to eat anytime. The food is absolutely delicious, and the servers are attentive. We have been there multiple times, and have loved it each time!

Great night for dad’s birthday. They were friendly attentive and took care of all our needs.

We arrived about a half hour early for our reservation, but that was no problem on a Sunday afternoon. We were seated promptly. As always the portions were large (even for the "small" ones). We took home plenty of food for the next week. I really like Bucca but can't do it often, you just want to eat too much!

Great food and service but just know it is a loud restaurant.

Cook called in sick...it was chaos. Slow service, horrible timing.

Wish we would not have been seated in the bar area. It was not overly busy.

Regarding the service: the waitress was excellent. However, the manager was having a bad night. She came over to our table and admonished us for our order. It was bizarre, truly.

My husband and I each ordered a small entree with the goal of taking home dinner for a few days. Mission accomplished! We have baked rigatoni with spaghetti & meatballs for the weekend, which is perfect when there is no time to cook.

Good food. Service was just ok. Waiter knowingly served old coffee was lukewarm.

I was displeased! They say me and my two kids in the bar area and we had to ask for silverware to eat with. They didn’t have clean saucers for the oil and vinegar dip. Very disorganized and very pricey!

Much better experience here than my last attempt. We tried the Sunday Supper for three. Huge portions and good meatballs and Italian sausage gave us nice leftovers and a great value.

Don't waste your time and money here. The food was good to above-average, but not worth the price. The giant serving sizes are kind of a gimmick, and don't allow for much taste-testing of different dishes.

We reserved this on OpenTable for an Anniversary dinner. Astonishingly, NOT ONE PERSON wished us Happy Anniversary, acknowledged it in any way, or even simply asked, much less comping a dessert -- as nearly every other restaurant we've gone to would do for such an occasion. This is even after we paid our bill using a gift card from a relative with "Happy Anniversary" written on it. Unbelievable.

Bottom line: you can get mediocre food and terrible service lots of places, but you're a fool if you hit the same place twice. I'm glad to have eaten here, because now we'll never have to again.

Food is consistently tasty, with huge portions. Always enjoyed by everyone. Service tonight was excellent. Our waitress, Julia, was attentive, friendly, patient and professional. The manager was also very friendly, and all the staff (including bussers) were very helpful and friendly. We'll be back soon!

If you want to get great Italian food at a true Italian ambiance, Buca di Beppo is the place to go!!!

This is a great place to go to for lunch. They did just update the lunch menu, while I like the new menu, I preferred the old one better.

Ordered chicken Parmesan- did not taste like chicken.

We arrived without a reservation and were told there would be a 45 minute wait. While waiting, we realized there were a very large number of empty tables. I got on Open Table and was able to book an on-line reservation 15 minutes later- not 45! Once seated, our service was very slow. The food was okay, but not something I would call a "good value". My rating mainly relates to the poor customer service that this location exhibited both in regard to the host and the server.

The server was terrible. He gave us the wrong wine bottle and insisted we were wrong when we pointed out he brought out the house wine instead of the $60 bottle we ordered. Food took two hours to deliver. Wrong pasta dish was delivered. He forgot to deliver an appetizer. It was extremely noisy. Terrible service overall. I won't come back.

I appreciated the accommendarions! We had more people than I had reserved. You were understanding and seated everyone. Thank you for your hospitality! We enjoyed your establishment!

The staff and managers was very supportive for the late family who arrived 1 hour late. We had reservations for 35, we ended with 50.

The waiters were courteous and patience with taking food orders. Bringing the dishes and last minute changes.

Large portions good for family sharing and get together. I've always found the pictures on the wall crass and tasteless.

Birthday . We had a large party, 15 people (4kids), and everything was perfect.

I haven't been in a few years, because last time I had a not so good experience. I returned at the request of the girl we were celebrating. This time, it did not disappoint. The service could have been a little more attentive, but I understand it's a friday night and the restaurant was a little busy. The food was good and the energy of the place was vibrant. This is the definitely not the place to go, if you want low noise or a romantic dinner. This is the place to go if you want to be loud and be able to celebrate special friends, etc.

Service was good but took 30 mins to get appetizer and then 15 more mins for entre. Seem very slow to us for casual Italian food.

Food here is always very good. Large portions served family style. You get great online offers if you sign up for their dining program.

We love Buca...but making a reservation here is almost pointless. The hostess' are always lost. You never get seated at your reservation time. The shortest time we've waited after our set time is 20 mins. And the it's about another 10-15 for your drinks.

A great value and very good food. Really kid friendly. Make sure to reserve your table way ahead of time if going on a Friday night. We booked with Open Table and had to wait only 5 minutes.

Food was okay and the service was SLOW. We had a party of 10 and took forever to get our beverages.

The chicken saltimbocca was nicely flavored, beautifully browned and very tender. The caprese salad was fresh but the good tomatoes seem to be difficult to get this time of year. Lots of families with infants made for quite a cacophony.

Great food and perfect place for a large group. Celebrated my parents wedding anniversary and it worked out so well for the 16 of us. They even had a photographer and pictures came out so well, that we bought each and everyone of them.

Food was average at best, however, ambiance was vibrant.

Disappointed with the chicken marsala as it had a very sweet taste and meat was tough. The calamari appetizer was delicious. However, other dishes we ordered were average at best as well.

Buca is definitely a family oriented restaurant, after all it's Italian! The booth we had was very private and quiet in the bar area. We entered through a little curtain and could see the kitchen with all the hustle and bustle of what I imagine an Italian home kitchen would look like. Not very romantic but very comfortable.

Andre made sure our family had everything we asked for and more. The food was great and the portions were ginormous. Definitely a must if ever in town.

Do not go here on Christmas. Not many restaurants are open on Christmas or offer carry-out, Buca di Beppo is one of the few. That said, they could not keep up with the volume of carryout orders which delayed in-house service. According to staff, they were getting 3 carry-out orders for every one dining room order. Consequently, reservations were backed up and food coming out to the dining room was very slow. 715 reservation, sat at 745. Entrees arrived to table at 930. Bottom line this is an average restaurant that should be avoided on Christmas.
