I took my wife here for Thanksgiving and ordered the Thanksgiving meal. We were disappointed from the start, as coming in to the restaurant the employees seemed like they cared less about being there and didn't greet us and just asked if they cold help us. I provided my name and they told us to have a seat and wait, even though nobody else was there and employees were just standing around. When we were seated there were plenty of open seats and our server seemed new and nervous.

When we received the food, which for the special meal, it cost $75 with tax, it was not very much food like you normally receive with the normal meals. The food was also very bland and had no good taste.

Overall we were not happy with the staff's attitude, the amount and quality of the food given the price. I don't think we will not be coming back here and will go to another Buca restaurant.

Our table was ready on time. Our server was friendly and efficient. The food was very good. We had a spot where we could hear one and other talk which was great as we were siblings that had not seen each other for over a month and wanted to spend time together and catch up. The sangria drinks were great.

I made an online reservation and was seated in the bar area for people who didn’t have a reservation. I was extremely disappointed. It was the first time that my girlfriend had ever been to Buca’s. The service in the bar area sucked. My girlfriend was shocked that I even tipped the waiter. He brought the check and never did ask if we wanted dessert. I would say if they were busy that it might have matter however this was at 5pm on a Friday with an almost empty restaurant. After bringing the food, we didn’t see him again until he brought the check. No one checked on us to see how we were enjoying the meal. It is a shame because I have been to plenty of different Buca’s and this one is the worst one ever. I will not be back to this one

This restaurant had the best customer service, friendly on-time server, food came out quickly, and everything was great. This was so important since this was my daughter's 13th birthday dinner and we needed to get in and out to the next activity. Thanks again!!

Our experience at this location has always been outstanding. The staff is very friendly. We had asked for a dish that Buca Di Beppo no longer carries on their menu. It was offered 2yrs ago for a limited time only. The dish is called "chicken inferno'. When we asked for it our server told us its no longer available but he went and spoke to the chefs. Luckily the chef knew the recipe and agreed to make it for us. I wish they would keep this dish permanently on the menu. The small plate comes with 3 pieces of chicken with fire-roasted tomatoes, pepperoncini peppers, red and
green bell peppers, yellow onions and spicy rosa sauce. This has been our fav so far, it was prepared freshly and tasted just as good as it looked.

Re visited after a 10 year absence and will never return. This establishment at the bottom line is over priced and the food was not acceptable. To the point, I ordered Chicken Marsala that tasted like Chinese Orange Chicken. The chicken itself was lightly battered and smothered with a thick brown sauce overly blended with a sugary substance which certainly was not a sweet Marsala wine or sherry. I advised the server of my displeasure and it was like talking to the wall.
This restaurant prides itself on affordable family style service and portions. When you consider the cost of adding vegetables and a starch to the entrée the pricing moves into a higher category and the quality remains the same. You will well be advised to chose another restaurant for a decent meal.

We chose Buca for a last family dinner before my son and his family moved to Idaho from California. We had children ages ranging from 3 months to 7 years. The service was very slow, I bussed the table myself, the bathrooms were filthy. My daughter-in-law couldn't take 3 year old in to use facilities . My husband who is Italian says we will never come back.

As always, the food at Buca di Beppo was outstanding and we had leftovers for another day. The server was friendly and very good as well. The antipasto salad is scrumptious and the large easily serves 6. My son loves the prisciutto stuffed chicken and the chicken carbonara was a big hit too. This is a great place for a group and provides an opportunity to try different dishes. Will definitely return!

Very disappointing for our, at one time, family favorite. We decided to go to this location, rather than the Oakridge location, because of previous positive experiences there. We also asked via Open Table for the kitchen table if available. Our reservation was for 5:45 pm on a Friday night. We got there a bit early, about 5:30 pm so we weren't surprised when the guy at the check in podium said it would be about 5 minutes to be seated. He had a hard time finding our reservation. Two employees were trying to help him with the system. The restaurant was not crowded at all & the kitchen table was open. We could see it from our bench seating. After 15 minutes, which was now our reservation time, they called us & directed us to a table in the restaurant area. I asked if the kitchen table was available like we had requested. The guy at the podium said it was a 4 person table, so No. I said to him that I have never heard of that before. Now I wondered if this was a new policy for this location? He was cocky & very condescending. As we were directed to a table by another gentleman, we decided on a table in the bar area. The previous podium guy was annoyed that we decided on the bar table instead of what he assigned us to. Our server, Jessica, was a shining light on this rather bumpy start of an evening. She was attentive and friendly. She also was very busy and had a lot to deal with that night. Since it was still bugging us about the kitchen table & about how many people are "allowed" to sit there we asked Jessica. She said that there could be 2 -6 depending on the people in the party. Is there a new number of a minimum 4 for this location? Or does it depend on the guy at the podium "allowing" your request to sit there? The kitchen seating wasn't the issue. It was how the guy responded. This location will suffer in a big way if they do not understand that most diners want to support their local businesses. The rudeness of the front line people won't help them.
