Restaurant was dirty. Food was great though. Waiter was flustered and there was a lot of waiting for food. Garlic bread can out after our entrees.
It was great!
They don’t have the regular menu that’s available at other locations and the food was just ok.
The server was excellent. Wish I could say the same for Host and manager. The server redeemed the initial experience.
Great value meal in Vegas, easy to get to, and the chain tends to never leave a guest hungry.
Food and service are always consistently awesome! The all you can eat is amazing!
Everything was wonderful, start to finish. We even had leftovers. We were celebrating a birthday and the server really took care of us. Wonderful experience.
Great food and nice atmosphere. Would come back here again.
If you are interested in Family Style food at a high price; this is right up your alley.
It was a very odd Buca di Beppo... super bright inside that it gave me a headache bright. Food wasn’t bad, but I just don’t find it that enjoyable with the odd seats and lighting. Was rushing to finish so we can leave.
The word that comes to mind after our meal is, "meh." There was just nothing notable about it. The salad was dripping in dressing. The pasta was gooey. The broccoli was OK...not bad, not great. The best parts about the meal were the bread and the service. Our server - Nick - was very attentive and friendly. It's too bad he was serving mediocre grub.
Father in laws birthday
Service was not good, calamari was overcooked, had to ask another server to fine our server,
had to repeatedly ask for things from our server.
Salad was great, sausage and peppers were great. But didn't like that tables stayed with
dirty dishes a long time before bussers came to clean them up. Things on the floor that
servers passed by and didn't pick up off the floor. Restuarant was not busy, the back room
was almost empty when we sat in the back room, management should not assign servers to tables
in the 2 rooms, the main room was busier, but too noisy for us.
It’s alright. I went because i had a coupon and rewards credits. Maybe turning the lights down a bit would make the feeling better inside. It’s too bright for dinner. They didn’t seem to have enough servers and my server was only interested in helping the large tables not really serving me. I told him I had a coupon and rewards Credits and I think he thought he wouldn’t get any tip for that so he didn’t bother to help us. But the table next to us was also only two people and he Ignored them too. Overall probably won’t go back, it’s awkwardly shaped and tables laid out weird also. Pizza at level 2 bazaar shops is better
The waiter was very nice, helpful and professional but the hostess was unprofessional.
Food is very bad.
Not bad. A little blooper by the server. We watched her drop our bread on the seats next to us. She made a big show of tossing one out, but served us the other.
There are basically no options for anyone who is gluten free, and no flexibility if you only have two people of 3 people eating (3 person required per dish...at a price per person). While it is Italian food, it is rare to find an Italian restaurant which does not offer alternatives besides salad, and then have the nerve to charge you as the “third person” for a meal you can’t eat.
Strange concept. Family dining! All meals are to share for 3 or 5 people.
The only problem I had was the salad in which it got my girlfriend sick. She was up all night and I had a little and wasn’t feeling myself as well. Overall was good food.
Food was very good. Fresh and delicious! Would highly recommend for buffet breakfast or family style dinner.
For a large group are size, the all-you-can-eat special was phenomenal! Our server was so accommodating and extremely attentive. She made it a lot of fun to celebrate my son's birthday in Las Vegas. We will definitely be returning!
Food was just ok, this Buca di Beppo lacked in many areas they sat us towards the front of the restaurant and it was very hot when we asked if why it was so hot in that area the manager came up and had an attitude before she even arrived at our table and then very rudely said we don’t control the temp the casino does ( even though the casino floor was cold) then we noticed our silverware was dirty so asked for new sets and the managers brings them back with the same attitude and says @ here it’s not out fault there’s water spots, (no they were dirty it was not water spots). Will not be going back and don not recommend.
the food is good it was like an all-you-can-eat pasta I didn't know that so it was good so they made a new batch so I can take home so that was unexpected but nice and convenient because I eat it the next day.
Food and service are always good here regardless of the time you visit:). Love it.
Celebrate 50th Birthday. Lots of fun
A large group of us (8) needed a dinner before a show. The location was very convenient, the value quite good for Vegas and the food (unlimited pasta deal) and drinks (unlimited sangria) worked well for our group. It is not mind blowing cuisine but filling food that works well for larger groups. We had a great time.
Haven’t been to Buca in a while but it appears quality of food has gone down! Maybe it was just the Unlimited Pasta special but the quality was not good. Probably should have just ordered off regular menu. Waitress & staff were great but that’s about it. Even the ice cream dessert tasted icy and not creamy.
Very tasty spaghetti with baseball sized meatballs... seriously, baseball sized. Huge family style bowls and platters. Go in a group of 3 or more. Don’t go if, like me, you may be solo diner.... no ‘small’ portions for 1 therefore much will go to waste. They really should have a few offering portion sizes for one.
Great time with the family and value!
Good value as long as the group can agree on the entree. Davy provides us great service and made us feel comfortable.
The service here is extremely slow. We had reservations for 7:15 and still had to wait to be seating. This was surprising because there were at least 20 open tables. We were sat in the back of the place and weren’t greeted by a server for 10 minutes. The back of the restaurant has only curtains and a half wall to separate it from the stage for Tony and Tina’s wedding. The Show was so loud you had to shout to hear each other. The food was not fresh, probably due to the poor service. It may have set under a heat lamp for too long. There are lots of places to eat in Vegas. Find somewhere else.
This is not a restaurant for a couple as the portion sizes and prices are designed for a bigger group. The service was good and the food tasty. There are many other great choices for Italian cuisine but for 3 or more people this is a really good value.
Great food and our waiter was superb!! Easy to make a reservation.
Had a lovely time here tonight with my family. Bronson was attentive and took great care of us
Extremely disappointing. Not only was it Valentines Day but a special birthday which was noted in the reservation but nothing mentioned. Food was cold and sent back to return only slightly better. Bread rock hard. So many great choices in Vegas other than this. We won’t go back.
The menu was rather limited at this location - Bally's. We have been to another Buca di Beppo in Vegas and the menu had a larger variety of dishes. For example the restaurant at Bally's did not offer pizza, which was a minus for me. Also the appetizers were billed as enough to share, however, our table of four found the 2 appetizers we ordered were really for one and a half. Although the dessert we ordered was good, the dessert offerings were limited too. Service was ok, but the restaurant was crowded and servers were few.
food, service, waiter and salad bar attendant were awesome.
My husband wanted to try out the all you can eat pasta, I’m not much of a pasta fan but he loved it. I got the bruschetta and it was delicious! We both did the all you can drink sangria which was well worth it. Bronson our waiter took great care of us
Best Breakfast Buffet in town for the price you pay!
