Buca is always great. Awesome food served family style. The service was fantastic. Highly recommend for groups small and large.

The food was great, as usual. I do have to say though that their bathrooms are getting run down and need a refresh as they look dirty even when clean.

The manicotti and salad were good . The service was good. No complaints.

Food was great and portion size were plenty for anyone. I would recommend this restaurant for any occasion.

I see that this was already addressed in another comment when you look up Buca di Beppo in reviews. The bathrooms! they really do need to be remodeled their kind of gross and it's unexpected. Kind of takes the "I feel special about going here" and flushes it. Pun intended.

Was a little sad that we made reservations on Open table, showed up 15 minutes early and was seated 45 min late. So needless to say with smaller children , standing for an hour was challenging. Server was great and attentive. I have always ordered the same dish every time I go for my self, decided to get the large this time even though it was nearly $40 for my dish. Much less favor than my usual. The amount of sea food I had in my large dish was the same as the smaller dish, just more linguine. My wife's dish was great of course a smaller portion. Kids dishes well were kids dishes, the norm. All in all the overall wasn't too bad just sad that dinner for 2 adults , 2 kids an hour of waiting even with reservations, and finishing with $136 bill. I don't think I will be back anytime soon. But I will be back to try again.

Valentine’s Day was nuts. Had a 6:15pm reservation, but didn’t get in until 7pm. Great service once we got a table and great food, however ran out of tiramisu, which was unfortunate.

The food is good but the place is ran poorly. We made an early dinner reservation and it still took them an hour to seat us. We came with 2 small children so waiting an hour to sit and then for food didn't go over well. The whole night out was ruined for us dealing with a hungry cranky kid. The server didnt seem to know the menu. Then I heard her complaining to another table that the hostess just wasnt seating empty tables right away. So apparently a reservation doesn't mean anything to this restaurant. I might go back for take out but I don't think I would go back to eat.

Horrible experience! Food was good but everything else was not. Were seated 30 mins after our reservation and it all went downhill from there. Will not return.

The girls up front were rude and not friendly.
We had a reservation for 7pm but didn’t actually get seated until 7:30pm.
Once we got seated, the waiter was okay. The only thing good about this visit was the food.

Food was very good. Baked rigatoni needed more sauce however our server brought some extra on the side. Service was outstanding.

Got sat in the kitchen at a table alone with poor service after a reservation. The staff was bad mouthing the customers every time they came to collect plates or put orders in. The dishes were stacked and overwhelming. It was hot and smelled horrible we waited well over an hr to get food with three kids under 10 and our son didn’t have a drink for 30 minutes. They were out of the drink our kids originally ordered. It was hurst horrible from start to finish we kept trying to be positive but it was genuinely miserable.

Went on Christmas Day. Had reservation, seated 20 minutes late. Overall good experience for Christmas Day with few other choices.

Made our reservation through Open Table and was seated right on time, even though they were very crowded when we arrived. So happy we made a reservation. Portions are large, served to share. So we ordered one mozzarella caprese and the chicken cabanera, both were very good. If you’re looking for casual dining and good Italian food this is your place.

Great for big groups of people. Not good for small groups as it’s large portions even when ordering the small size.

Went for Christmas. Good food and service. Bigger portions can get pricy, but are look
for almost two days of tasty leftovers.

We have enjoyed dining there previously and took family for a special evening to celebrate Christmas with them. Our hostess was sweet but our waitress was lacking in any personality an was simply not engaging. Our bill came out to around $115 for 3 small pasta dishes, 1 glass of house wine, breadsticks and 4 iced teas. We have loved the flavor before but this night was very lacking. Didnt realize it but our coupon was not applied to the bill that we had. Ugh. Didnt bother going back in to address, because we were over the experience.
No one wanted to take leftovers home... she boxed them, but we could have done without. I then get home to another $15 off coupon in my email if i order 2 pasta dishes.. :(
Overall disappointed that this was their first experience there and they don't want to go back.

Nice place but menu description for Penne Pasta with Vodka sauce not accurate. Very, very spicy.

We were seated on time and being Thanksgiving, there ended up being plenty to eat, the food was excellent, the service was great and we had plenty of leftovers to take home!

This is one of the better Buca locations. Food portions are large and the value is pretty reasonable. Although some items, like the meatballs, are completely overpriced and not that good , so a little bit of a disappointment. I've been here a few times now and the service has been both good and bad. They tend to get busy with large parties and forget about the smaller tables. This has always been a problem with this chain. Overall we still like the food and will continue to go there.

Always a great time and the food is consistent and a lot of it.
Noise level upstairs is loud but still enjoyable.

Wow, extremely expensive for what you get. Chicken Limone was good but stale presentation on the plate; the Fettuccine Supremo was dry and sticky. Service and atmosphere was excellent, but could not make up for the quality of food. Would not recommend or go back.

Service was terrible

Food was terrible, the booth they sat us in had a huge rip I the seat and the bill was over $100 for a party of four, definitely not worth it. We wIll not be visiting again!

It's been awhile since I have been to this restaurant, but yea, won't be coming back. The food was below subpar. First off, the bread was not cooked all the way. I look good, but in the center was nothing but dough. My husband had the margarita pizza, it was so bland, no flavor. I had the shrimp parting, and the noodles were sitting on my bowl with massive water. The shrimp was small and hardly any, probably precooked shrimp because they were so small. The spinach and cherry tomatoes were so soggy. I mean it looked good, but it tasted like was eating instant noodles, so bland, over cooked and just soggy. I don't know what happen to them, because years ago it used to be good and with big portions. But, they cut down on quality, which is a big shame for the price you pay. I will look for another Italian restaurant.

The food here is fine, standard for most Bucca's. The service is always a question mark...sometimes good, others not.

40 min wait at 9pm. Some tables we sat near were never bussed the whole time we were there. Entree did not even come with pasta and server was absent most of the time. Louder than it needed to be. Stay away from chain restaurants.

3rd time here. Good food, good service. It is pricy but you get a lot of food.

Was disappointed in the food we ordered. Veal Marsala was soggy and tasteless for the most part. The brussels sprouts side dish was nice with the prociuttto (sp) . There were four of us sharing the large portion of veal. It was adequate except it did not come with a side dish so in addition to the brussels sprouts we order a side of fettucini alfredo. Very bland. This restaurant did have a lot of Italian memorabilia to look at but other than that I don't think I would put this on my list to visit again.

Great as usual, Jarrett was an exceptional waiter, funny & on point. Spicy rigatoni was way too hot that day, other than that food was excellent

Buca is a standard for family style large portions dinners. Today we decided to come for their lunch fare. I got the feeling this is the off shift and not very accomplished. We ordered the apple salad with grilled chicken. To my disappointment, the chicken is cold and from the dryness was cooked sometime in the previous few days. The salad dressing was good and the bread was fresh. The ambiance was disturbed by the TV in the bar playing an episode of Cops. It is difficult to enjoy a quiet lunch with sirens continually blaring from the TV. Even so, it is still a great value and a decent meal.

Best service! Our server Dustin and food were a 10! Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We love Buca Di Beppo normally . Their food is always amazing and we love the fun atmosphere. Our waiter Garrett was phenomenal. He treated us like family he had invited into his home for a meal. Honestly, he could teach most other waiters we have ever had a thing or two.
