There was a Sunday dinner special that was quite good plus we had a coupon (bonus! Sign up for bucalove) so the value was amazing! The only thing that we didn't love was that the marinara sauce was just red water. We will absolutely go back again just never ordering the marinara again. 😁

Everything was perfect

Had family style dinner there after a day at Disneyland. Hadn't been to Buca for many years and was pleasantly surprised. Food was very good and everyone enjoyed the family style. Really enjoyed the penne and the salmon. Perfect end to a long day.

Great food, and the atmosphere is great. Very Italian authentic food.

Reservations and still had to wait an hour to be seated after speaking to Manager. Then food order wrong twice with something that could have made me stop breathing due to a shellfish allergy.

Lots of fun

Small area in front. Crowded with people and unsafe to try and walk into to check in with reception. It was cold that night hence probably why everyone was packed like sardines inside.

We were seated at the time of our reservation. But the table didn't have enough chairs for what was reserved. We had to squeeze in extra chair.

At least we had a great server. Next time will drive a few more miles and go to Brea.

NOT the same. The olive oil was rancid the chicken dried out, the basil was tasteless and no balsamic vinegar on the caprese salad. A 4oz meatball is $4.

Not a huge fan. Not a fan of the decor. Kinda tacky if you ask me. Maybe I’m a snob or spoiled by my Italian heritage and my Mom’s home cooked meals. I think for the money there is better.

We love this restaurant as the food is amazing. My husband loves the Gorgonzola Salad and I love the Caprese Salad. We brought the some of the family from My Magic Mud for a fun dinner meeting to have some fun.. We indulged in both pasta and dessert.

I love the food here. The ambiance is also, super fun! My one complaint was that I made a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes for my table. What's the point of using OpenTable when the restaurant ignores the reservation???

Went for Cheer nationals weekend dinner. The ambiance is fun for a group. The food isn’t bad but it’s just not great for the prices you pay. Yes, it feeds multiple people for the price but i can make better. Such a bummer because the place is so fun.

What you would expect from a high demand chain restaurant. Food institutional. Bartender told us since they were busy the last few days, not much wine selection as management forgot to order wine. Waiter was great, food ok - bar service awful.

I would not recommened Buca di Beppo to anyone. It was a bad experience right from the starts. Reservations were set for 8:15 PM on Saturday 2/17/18. We arrived at 8 PM to make sure we were not late. We were not seated until 9 PM. My kids were hungry and my wife was very unhappy. Multiple people were quite unhappy as their reservations were 45 min to an hour late. Many people left, and left in a loud manner. For walk ins they were telling people 2 hour wait. I had reservations and it was almost an hour wait. According to the manager, they had booked 3 banquets and did not have any tables for walk in customers. What poor planning and poor customer service. To top it off, the kitchen was backed up also, so from when we ordered to when the food came out was another 30 minutes. The food looked and tasted like it was rushed out. Notthe quality that Buca is known for. What should have been a fun and loving Saturday night family dinner instead became a waiting game. Waiting to be seated and waiting for our food. And not once did a manager or host come by and apologize for the delays. Open Table should make sure the restaurants they partner with honor and respect the reservations set up in Open Table. Otherwise why take reservations? This entire experience makes me rethink whether I want to continue using Open Table in the future.

The restaurant was very busy, which is to be expected when a large convention is in town. Our table was not ready at the time of our reservation, which was a little disappointing, however the staff quickly made up for it. Our server, Lauren, was great. She was personable, gave great recommendations and most importantly, attentive. My group loved the family style dinner. The food was delicious and came out quickly. This was my first time at Buck but will certainly not be my last.

We had Caesar salad and fettuccine alfredo, both very delicious. We also ordered mozzarella garlic bread with was amazing. Great atmosphere great service

We've been to this Buca a few times and overall its a great experience every time. There was a mix up this time when we were seated and we were seated in a section that might have been overbooked. Our server was extremely busy but gave us excellent service regardless. We generally visit this location when in the area because its customer service and quality are superb. Would highly recommend if in the area but make sure to book ahead because it gets very busy.

Good experience. Food was very good. We had a group of nine so I wish they had round tables so everyone could speak with everyone. Long tables only allow for conversation with those closest to you. I’d think as a family restaurant, they’d have at least some round tables.

The decor and food are good but the noise level is out of control. I've been at rock concerts where it was easier to hold a conversation.

Food is great but service is very poor. Our server RICO is so unattentive with our needs. Did not refill our water on time, did not give us clean plates,napkins unless we ask and we have to repeat asking before giving it.

Good food, good service, excellent value. The noise level is high, so conversation is difficult. While we knew it was "family style", we weren't expecting the portions of the desert to be THAT big (one desert would easily feed 5, we ordered 2 deserts between 3 people).

We absolutely love eating at Buca where we get a great meal and best of all get to have James as our server! We always sit in the bar area because by far James is one of the best servers of all time! He provides 5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 customer service and always remember us when we come in!

At a convention at the Anaheim Hilton and looking for a last minute reservation for a group of business friends. This place had room and was excellent. Our server helped us choose the right amount of food to serve us all family style. Place was a great value.

It was like having dinner at grandmas house... excellent atmosphere, cosy, amazing food. Service was fast and Alex was very nice, polite and full of energy! Great way to celebrate our daughters 16th b-day!

We have eaten here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. Our favorite dish as a family is the Spaghetti and Meatballs.

Great food. Huge portions! Order one dish, and share it, seriously. The sauce is authentic Italian marinara, the meats are fresh and well spiced. There is a kids menu, but again it's a huge portion. Try the spicy shrimp!

Bring your appetite and some friends cuz there's plenty of delicious vittles to be had.

We had reservations and people that came in after us got seated prior. Quality of food was excellent, totally well worth the price.
