When I booked the reservation I was told you had heaters for the outside seating. When I arrived one party of ten had all three heaters for that table and that waitress told my waitress she could use one when they were done. The waitress we had was very kind and efficient. We were 3/4 done with our meal when the large party left and didn’t want to move at that point. The food was good and portions large, however we had a coupon on the table from the beginning and we were not told until the bill arrived that we couldn’t use it when ordering the 33 or 50 deal. That was disappointing.

Service was very sporadic. They brought our drinks and then took almost 10 minutes for the bread or salad came out fast and then our entrée but had to go ask for the side items we were done with all of our meal before the site orders came out.
Our service should have been much better than what you received. Please know that we will address this with our team and will do our best to make this an isolated experience. Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback!

The food was delicious at Buca di Beppo. You can sit outside or inside. We chose inside since it was chilly and windy. All groups are separated apart by large distances inside. We couldn't see another group from the table we sat at. The service was excellent and it was very quiet. We almost felt like we were the only people there. We enjoyed our meal and I would definitely return.

OK. Made reservation for 2 without realizing it was a family style shared food place. We were traveling so could not do leftover takeout. So, we settled on pizza for 3 which was just right shared by 2.

Ordered a salad, but it wasn't delivered until the main dish was served. But the biggest issue is that the restaurant cranks up the A/C, so it's always SO COLD there that our food gets cold quickly. I, therefore, feel the need to eat fast, not slowly, to enjoy the food; otherwise, I end up eating cold food. We'd enjoy the food and experience more if it just wasn't so bloody cold.

Been here many times. This was not a great experience.. we were sat at the bar and had the bartender as our waiter. Not a good decision by management... the bartender was too busy to keep up with his primary responsibilities let alone our table. Not sure we will go back next time we are in town.

Extremely large group of screaming teenagers next to us. Couldn’t even hear our waitress with all their yelling. Our waitress literally had to come into the booth and sit next to me to hear me. Staff made no attempt to move us or ask them to keep it down.

Very busy as Valentine's night. Been to Buca di beppo many times but very disappointed this time 😕
Sat on small table for 2 that felt it had been added for extra seating in the middle of busy walkway, under very cold draught from overhead a/c. Kept getting bumped by servers as we were in the way. Ordered Valentine's special of heart shaped lasagne combo. Should have gone for menu choices instead. Ceaser salad fine. Garlic bread was cold. Lasagne was not good. Tasted reheated, hardly any meat in it, basically pasta and sauce. Bland tasting. Dessert was 3 little finger sized pastry desert so hard, difficult to bite through. Looked forward to our meal but felt let down and very disappointed 😞 not standard we expect from B di B. Server was nice despite being very flustered as busy.
Feel hesitant about going again. Shame as usually ok and nice ambience. We felt we were in the way 😪

This is a great spot for a family birthday celebration. My 25 year old loved the food, the photos on the wall, and the huge birthday ice cream sundae which finished the meal perfectly! I especially enjoyed the eggplant parmigiana.

I didn’t like this Buca at all! Server was extremely short and rude. Although he kept our drinks refilled, he didn’t smile once and appeared to be very unhappy with life. Not to mention there was a lady there taking pics. She asked, “Do you want a free picture?” Ok, sure! She brings back this cute little picture, but also comes back with 3 framed photos for purchase. When I told her politely, “no thank you”, she grabbed the pics from me and rudely walked away. Her attitude was ridiculous. Food was so so. I would rather go to and strongly recommend the brea location. It’s fun, the staff is great and food was better.

Made a reservation weeks in advance. Get there right on time only to be told it will be 40 min until we’re seated. What’s the point of a reservation? Tired, hungry kids. Will never be back.
