   Passive aggressive waiter, shells appeared to have been reheated a few times. Served luke warm at best. No drink refills, despite asking twice. Felt like we were an inconvenience.

   Hubby and I went for my birthday lunch on a weekday - not a busy time. Staff was wonderful, good food, and fun ambiance. Will go again.

   We came for a celebration of work achievements. I made a reservation but did not check the date -- I had made it for the next night. Charles was fantastic and fixed it for us, moving it to that night despite having 1 server and a party of 30 coming in (why he had closed OpenTable reservations for the night). It left us able to "entertain" ourselves (my husband and me, our daughter and her boyfriend, and her boyfriend's parents) which was great. Food sizes were amazing, even with a 20 year old young man who is working on his fitness. Great night. Great experience. So much gratitude.

   My favorite chain restaurant. I have never been disappointed until now. Now I know why locations around the US are closing. My wife and I arrived, we were seated and we waited and waited and waited. I had to go to host to get a server. Server arrived, she was very nice, we ordered a bottle of wine and our dinner which was fairly simple . Then we waited and waited and waited. Not even wine came. I finally tracked down the server and sh said that she and the bartender were the only servers. Ok, the wine finally arrived. Then we waited and waited and waited. The salad arrives. It’s brown with spoiled pieces mixed in. We ask for the manager. This guy from the kitchen arrived (General Manager) and proceeds to tell us that the salad and poor service is due to post pandemic issues. No apology, no offer to remove the salad from the bill. I told the guy, why offer salad when it’s not good. Total frustration. Eggplant came, good, pasta came good. Bill comes from another waitress( $145.00) . I told her I’m not paying for the salad. This waitress/Bartender should be the General Manager. She did the right thing and apologized for the evening and proceed to give us a credit using her voucher. This supposed General Manager should be fired! He is one of I’m sure many reasons the chain is disappearing. I will not return to this Buca in Alpharetta, such a shame!

    Had a reservation for 6:30 on Christmas Day and didn’t get seated until 8. Approximately 10 other parties were waiting along side us over an hour after their reservation times. They were out of half the items on the menu. I understand that not many places were open being Christmas but if they were unable to accommodate reservations they should have stayed closed. They had taken walk ins earlier in the night and continued to service to go orders throughout, where they should have given priority to those with reservations. They didn’t offer any comps to make up for our trouble - very disappointing.

    Think twice if going with a small party. You will not get the type of service that large parties receive. I’m understanding that it’s the holiday and supplies are limited and staffing is hard. However, when a party is seated 25 minutes after us and has their food and drinks before I do…it’s a problem and it wasn’t just our small party it was the other small parties as well.

    We went on Christmas day so expected it to be very busy, which it was. They were a little short staffed and the tap was broken for beers on draft. The bartender was very quick though and talked thru other options. Food was really good and portions are huge, and they gave us bread on the house for the wait. Good service. Only problem was the front door created a very cold draft into our room, due to there being so many people coming in and standing in the lobby....the door did not close by itself.

    Went here for my Dad's 86th Birthday. The Service was excellent but there was no one else in the entire restaurant. The food was terrible. The salad was just cheese and lettuce with a few croutons. The Chicken dishes were both overdone and dried out and seemed like they were leftovers from the day before, just warmed up. The sauces were so thick and dried out that they were gummy. The chicken parmigiana was old and both dishes were served cold. Since it was a party, we didn't want to complain but this food was absolutely terrible, and they should have been able to see that it should not have been served.

    Got there about 5 minutes until our reservation and there were no cars in the parking lot at all. Just their delivery pickup out back. Went to another restaurant nearby.

    It was horrible. The food was semi warm as in they may have tried to reheat it. Waitress was busy hanging out with the male server and the manager had to get us refills. We also asked for napkins as we never got any with our silverware and she tossed a few cocktail napkins on the table. You’d think with spending over 150 we’d get actual napkins?!? It was terrible. Tried to find the manager and we could not so we ended up paying and leaving

    Overall good experience and we’ll go again. Restaurant was not crowded as expected at the time we went. Service was average. Food was a bit pricy, but we expected that. Everything was tasty, including dessert. Received a free slice of cake since it was our anniversary, which was great. Cake would have been $15.99, which is totally overpriced for what we got, although it was good. Would have been disappointed if we paid for it. Again, will be back at some point.

    Food too expensive for the quality. No one was really there and the server took too long to check on us. The baked Ziti wasn’t baked and lukewarm. The bowl was hot but the pasta wasn’t. The only saving grace was the delicious salad.

    We’ve eaten here many times, but this time the quality was not the same. My meal was almost cold when brought to the table. It was an average plate if pasta, nothing special to it. We paid $30 for the small portion of pasta. This is just ridiculous for a plate of pasta, especially for a lunch. There were three of us. Our bill was almost $200 with tip. Three pasta dishes, two drinks, and one shareable dessert. This is insane!!! The dessert was good, but not worth the price. It was mostly whip cream. Had a few scoops of ice cream and small squares of brownie. I understand the rise in food cost, but this is out of control.

    We were on the way to a concert and decided to drop in. We were the only people in the place on a Friday night 7p, which should have been our first clue. The draft beer tasted like skunk because they clearly do not clean the hoses. The lasagna was ice cold and tasted worse than stoffer’s frozen. This was our first and last experience.

    We went for mother's day, expecting chaos. Surprisingly it was crowed but not crazy. Our server, Jenny, was running her butt off and did terrific considering she had a whole section to herself. The food was good, some of it was great, mostly good. I'd definitely go again!

    My girlfriend and I were here for our first date and now our first month anniversary of being girlfriend and boyfriend. We had the same waitress, Taylor we had on our first date and she remembered us! Still a very kind and helpful person.

    The manager is not the most friendly person and having issues with the employees show immediately. I had to wait 15min to pay because the manager wouldn’t go and correct something on the system for me to be able to pay. My waitress was excellent and I really feel for her to have to work under such a management. I am never going back for sure.

    Like most restaurants they seemed short staffed. At times service was slow but mostly they worked really hard to assist our large group. I liked who the manager would ask if we needed anything else prior to leaving! She was very attentive!

    Went for a birthday celebration with family. We were one of only three parties there.the service was good but the food quality is sub par. Especially when you consider the price. Guess I can say I’ve tried it. Won’t be back.
