Wait staff was very friendly and explained the menu thoroughly. Food was excellent and we will be returning
Great food and outstanding service. The go to place for Italian food!
Great as always!!!
Great experience and great service. Four stars instead of five because Celebration Cake has been removed from the menu and it was a huge favorite.
The food I ordered had something spicy which was not indicated on the menu. I'm not into spicy foods and it made my meal unenjoyable. I shared my boyfriends entree instead. We had a coupon which the waitress took at the beginning then forgot to take off after presenting our bill. It was a good thing I went over the bill.
It tasted better the last time I went to a Buca di Beppo back in Chicago. This location... not so much.
Really enjoyed it, food was good, restaurant was overall really nice great waitress very nice.
Service was not very attentive
Glad to find Buco open on Christmas night after driving from Dallas.
We had Christmas lunch here. The food was very good. No one left hungry. Service was great. Fun atmosphere.
Service was a bit slow, water never re-filled, bread wasn't avail, server didn't seem focused.
Family oriented and fun atmosphere, staff are friendly and food is abundant
We dine at Buca often and particularly for holidays. Our twin 6-year old boys can be as loud and rowdy as possible, within reason of course, and nobody seems to care. We went for Thanksgiving this year (2017) and it was excellent! The turkey was great (wish I knew how they prepared it) and the "trimmings" were perfect, bountiful and authentic to my memories of grandma's house. Having the added ability to add wonderful Italian specialties, as well as kids food, to the meal was helpful for my picky eater. Let Buca prepare and clean up, so you can enjoy the rare family time!
Spectacular! As usual. Love this place!
Buca da Beppo is a kitchy Italian restaurant. The decor borders on garish including a pope room and plenty of Frank Sinatra pictures. If you enjoy family style platters, this is the place. Red checked table cloths, paper napkins, and plenty of menu options from salads to pizza, pasta, chicken and veal. A chicken saltimbocca dish was tasty. The brussels sprouts were undercooked. There are some decent wine choices and we had a very good bottle of rosso for a reasonable price. Our server was attentive and helpful.
it was a family reunion get-to-gather for the balloon festival, ten adults and four young-stirs, the food was outstanding and the service was great, we had a fantastic meal as a family to finalize our festive event
Last minute plans for a quiet dinner with my girlfriend and I, and we couldn't have been happier! Great service and recommendations by our waitress and the food was phenomenal!
Great food, great drinks and lots of food...who could ask for anything more..
Excellent service in the bar area. Celebrated a bday and very enjoyable.
Waitress was truly negligent. She completely forgot our side dishes and had to be reminded twice. There's just something about dining with a baby and kid that makes waiters ignore my family. I don't understand. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for her to even look over at our table to ask for the check. I'm very put off by that. The green beans were stringy and crunchy and not good at all. The pasta was under salted and garlic bread had like three tiny pieces of garlic per piece of bread. It's an Italian restaurant; how can you screw up the pasta?
I've been a long time patron of Bucca, but I really don't think I'll be back anytime soon.
Took my fiance on a dinner date. The food is always good. Wouldn't recommend sitting in the lounge as the bartenders can get overwhelmed easily and take longer to get to you but other wise pretty good
The best FRUTTI DI MARE and linguine in red sauce we have ever tasted.
Good meal, large portions, family style. Reminds me of another family style Italian sport that is not pretentious, but has good, solid food.
We had a gift card and this Bucca is right next door to our hotel. It was, eh? OK. Good server, friendly vibe, but the food is nothing special. Just ordinary Italian food, which we like, but this was similar to home cooked food, which is good, but one could save money staying home.
Good service and fun atmosphere. Not authentic Italian but food was good and plentiful.
While our food was tasty, trying to get Gin and Tonics was difficult. Two of us ordered them and each time the tonic was flat. The restaurant seems to be tired, needing to be refurbished. We most likely will not go back.
The food was amazing, and the service was great! We love Buca do Beppo and will certainly be back!
We came here for my niece's graduation and service was subpar. The hosts were inattentive and despite having a reservation, we still had to wait for 15 minutes. Additionally, the hosts didn't bring a high chair to the table for a toddler despite being asked twice. Our server was great, but the interaction with the hosts set the tone for the rest of our meal unfortunately.
Only complaint was we had a reservation for 12 people. We called a week ahead to confirm the number but when they sat us there was only seating for 10! Then they wanted to cram the two others into the same table and we are all tall people. We saw another table set for 12 and we asked to be moved and they did it. After that all was fantastic! Food was great and service was good.
Amazing food---great atmosphere--good service but our waiter had too many tables and the service was slow--very slow and took 15-20 minutes just to get my check😐
We had!a ton of fun and enjoyed the Barolo wine as well as the food.
Great place to eat for groups and family.
First time dining here for my girlfriend and I and we are very pleased and are returning soon! Great energy and awesome decor kinda give you a feel what authentic Italian restaurant may feel like! Food was delicious and the service was very attentive especially on a busy Valentine's night! If you are planning on trying this for the first time, bring your appetite! The "small" sized servings are plentiful for two, or do as we did and get two smalls to try more than one entree and take home yummy leftovers!
Great concept lots of fun. The food is not consistent some is reheted In microwave.
The service was great
Great food & service as always. Sit in bar area booths for a quieter experience.
Thanks again for your excellent service and. Great food
We were out of town and needed a holiday meal with older children - one of the few places open. Good to very good food served in enormous portions by friendly and competent waiters.
We had food for two days on this meal.
Our second time at this location for Thanksgiving. The bar staff were friendly, the place is hustle bustle. If you want a quiet dining experience this isn't for you . The ambience is unique and fun, entertaining pictures on the wall. Next time we may come and have a pizza, they smellled and looked wonderful.
My Son ordered the Celebration Cake and of course I tried a bite. It was moist and delicious, but don't try this if you're diabetic.
