Buca di Bacco is a fine dining restaurant that specializes in Italian cuisine. Located in the heart of Oakville's shopping and cultural district, Buca di Bacco is a great place to enjoy a meal after a day out on the town with friends, family or special someone. In addition to it's authentic fare, the restaurant also offers an extensive menu of hand-picked vintage and world class wines for guests to enjoy.

Guests can substitute any pasta with homemade gluten-free quinoa pasta. Finish the meal with a sweet dessert like chocolate focaccia bread pudding, polenta cake or espresso affogato.

    We had a fabulous shared meal. Our waitress was wonderful, made some suggestions. The ricotta pistacchio cheesecake was the best dessert I have ever had. This restaurant cares about food and food service. It is our favourite Italian venue. It was a fabulous evening, as usual.

    We routinely return to Buca di Bacco because we know we’ll be satisfied with everything; every time. They’re feature menu is always well thought out, delicious, and fulsome. The atmosphere ranges from quiet weekday evenings to perfectly tuned Fridays and Saturdays. If you’re going to go for anything, go for the Osso Buco and stay for the wine.

    This was our first time at this restaurant and we loved it! Exceptional and very polite and friendly service. The food was spectacular! We'll definitely be back!

    Another great night. The vibe is awesome and the food and service excellent. Sometimes the music was too loud but overall loved the evening.

    I had the trout with asparagus and potatoes, it was the special. The trout was dry, over cooked and tiny piece of fish. The asparagus was not washed prior to cooking because it had sand/grit still on them. I made our server aware, and the kitchen would not acknowledge this problem at all. Making me believe that I was wrong!! The proper answer should have been, "we are very sorry, how can we make this up to you?" I expected more from this establishment. Very disappointing. Take care of your customers!!!
