   Disastrous experience - Avoid !!! I was looking forward to coming to Bubba Gump with my children, for their first stay in New York. While the view is stunning and the food not bad, the experience was disastrous because of the service: - Not a hello, not a smile, not the slightest sign of politeness - Dishes and plates literally thrown on the table (it's up to the customers to set it, obviously) - Drinks arrived late, well after the dishes - Addition also thrown on the table, while my son was still eating (so I couldn't order desserts) because the table had to be "cleared" - And finally, I was practically assaulted in front of my children by the waiter ("Frank") because no, I wasn't going to leave a tip for this atrocious and disrespectful "service". I dare to hope that the waiter won't add a tip to his own bill, even though I've marked the box. Run away from this place, and more specifically from Bubba Gump in Times Square: there are plenty of restaurants where you can eat quality food with far more respectful staff than at Bubba Gump. Thank you for this deplorable experience, which reflects poorly on tourists to New York City.

   Bel locale, ottima posizione e cibo buonissimo! Le porzioni sono persino esagerate talmente sono grandi. Consigliatissimo

   Un restaurant américain typique à Times Square. Tout y est : la nourriture, l’ambiance et les jeunes serveurs aux petits soins.

   Carino di certo ci si va per per l’esperienza e il fascino di Forrest gump più che per il cibo. Abbiamo avuto un tavolo top con vista time square ma il servizio un po frettoloso per poi dare spazio ai proasimi. C’era ovviamente tantissima gente ma ce lo aspettavamo come ovunque.

   No free refills on lemonade for my son. This would have been nice to know. Automatically charged us/brought us large beers even though we didn’t ask for the large size (which were of course very expensive). Other than that, the food was decent and we were seated immediately with a nice view of Times Square. The atmosphere was good.

   Service staff were friendly and kind. Food was quite good. They were busy and did not manage reservations well so we had to wait a while even though we had reservations. It is a popular place in a popular location so expect it to be busy at common meal times and don’t expect reservations to matter much.

   Food was AMAZING, and our server was incredibly attentive, anticipating every additional request. We were a party of eight and started with appetizers: the Run Across America Sampler and calamari. Both were served at the perfect temperature and packed with flavor. Our entrees were equally delicious—Stuffed Shrimp, Shrimp New England, Scampi, and Salmon—all generously portioned. The best part, however, was how friendly and welcoming the staff was. My son had an incident and was riding a knee scooter. Team immediately took us to the elevator and directed us to the host. We will definitely be back!

    Prenotato per 8 persone, super accoglienza, tutti professionali e cortesi, cameriere veramente top!! Io non mangio ne’ aglio né cipolla, mi hanno preparato una bistecca alla griglia, non credevo di mangiare così bene in una catena commerciale, ottima carne, tenera, cotta alla perfezione con un semplice contorno di riso bianco (ma anche questo cotto al punto giusto). Bravi tutti!
