Food was horrific. Service was adequate, though our server clearly paid zero attention to the fact we weren't eating the gross inedible food. They gave me ranch when it was supposed to be gravy. The gravy was water mixed with flour. Nasty.

The food taste like a bad, overcooked, under-flavored. WE WERE EATING OUTSIDE, AFTER MAKING SURE THE TEMPERATURE WAS COOL ENOUGH, WITH THE MIST ON IT WAS FINE. THE MANAGER (July 13, 2023), THEN PROCEEDS TO TELL THE STAFF TO TURN OFF THE MIST WHILE WE WERE STILL OUT THERE EATING! MIND YOU I TOLD OUR SERVER, his response was well move you inside, cause we can’t turn it on! Wtf?! Really?! Who the heck does that, especially at 115+ degrees?! Then once we get inside the restaurant, the manager the proceeds to blame it on her staff, and that they did that cause they can’t shine their silverware with it on, regardless if there was anyone outside eating! THEN AFTER WERE ALL MOVED INSIDE AFTER BEING ROLD WE CANT SIT OUTSIDE WITH IT ON, THE MANAGERS PROCEEDS TO SAY “WELL YOU GUYS CAN EAT OUTSIDE AND WE WIPL TURN IT ON”!!! Like what! At this point we were over it, and just wanted to leave. Just don’t eat here, there’s a reason they aren’t as busy as salt grass or the other restaurants there. Mind you we’re military and we’re enjoying our last night.

Whenever we go to Laughlin, NV we love eating at this place. Reservations are a must on the weekends via Open Table. Atmosphere is great. The menu offers a variety of options which is very nice. I love the staff and service; they seem attentive to your needs. Great place to dine with family and friends.

Very nice patio dining outside and comfortable. River view nice just don't mind the swarm of evening River flies that come and go. Baked Cookie Ice Cream Caramel Whip Cream dessert was fantastic 4 can easily share or just have the whole thing and pass on dinner!

My $25 7 pieces of shrimp came out cold - like out of the fridge cold. When I told them it looked like they just microwaved them and brought it back to me. I got the “shrimp New Orleans” shrimp is my favorite food, but that food was absolutely horrid. My fiancés gumbo was so Spicy you couldn’t even taste it. Don’t eat the garlic bread…. It doesn’t taste like garlic it taste like hard butter bread. $70 later for shrimp, fries, gumbo, and a beer and we left hungry.

The location on the water is amazing in the evening; however, there were bugs all around the outside of the umbrellas right by the water. There were no bug candles or anything noticeable to work on the problem. The shrimp was very overcooked, and the overall experience was just blah. We have been there several times in the past with much better outcomes, so hopefully, it was just a bad day.

I have never felt so rushed to eat my meal. The server didn’t get to know us. When we said we just want waters to drink she felt like this was going to be a bad table. We had to ask three servers for water and finally I had to flag someone down to get water. Probably will never come back to this location. I didn’t want to complain because all i wanted to do was get out of the restaurant.

Service was great- our server joked with us and made our experience fun! The food came quickly- the clam chowder was so good. And the garlic bread was beyond amazing!! As for the coconut shrimp- it was mouth watering; so delish !! 🥰 The “man of the hour” (it was Father’s Day), Dad (age 92) loved his Ribeye and grilled shrimp. It was cooked to perfection. All in all we had a great time. I would totally recommend Bubba Gump if you want a great dining experience!

We had to wait quite a while before we got a waitress I ordered a glass of wine to drink before dinner it never came. I ordered rice instead of fries when my food came it came with fries I was so disappointed by this time I didn’t even send it back. This is the second time we have tried BG but we decided we won’t eat here again.
