Mixed reviews on the place. Food was OK (except for the $10 hummus which was overpriced, a bit dry, and a rather small portion). Dark ambience, not really much energy.

Our family tried Bubala Cafe for a combined birthday/father's day lunch celebration and loved it! Our server was so helpful recommending items for us to share, and brought out the kebab platter with a sparkler which was a huge hit with the kids in our group. All of the salads, kebabs, and the pilaf our server recommended were delicious! Definitely try the Khachapuri, it is served fresh out of the oven and had so much melty cheese. We look forward to visiting again and checking out the live music on the weekend as well as trying more of the dishes.

A perfect evening. We were hosting our monthly BYOB dinner with our friends and our home is under renovation so we looked for a place to go to have our wine with delicious food in a nice space. The white tablecloths and the food pictures I saw online and the good reviews made us pick Bubala. Upon our arrival, I told our server what our food menu was going to be (appetizers, first, main course and dessert) and I asked them how to time them and serve them. They were absolutely wonderful at accommodating us. Thank you for your politeness and your delicious food. You will have us back!

I went with parents to celebrate some things in my life and I had very good time and enjoyed very good food. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will be back for sure.

The service was wonderful and the food was outstanding and nostalgic. We came here for the first time to celebrate the wife's birthday and she absolutely enjoyed the shashlik and kampot, as it reminded her of home. The restaurant is BYOB with a $1.99 cork fee per bottle. We thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back again soon.
