   As always, BS Taqueria did not disappoint. The chicken chicharrones are nothing short of amazing. Love that BS Taqueria takes an inventive approach to classic and humble Mexican food. The "Rice and Beans" blew my mind, nothing like what you would expect, and again delicious. And those amazing churros...don't know how they make them so fluffy, melt in your mouth amazing...but I would come back just for those churros!!!!

   Great tacos, especially the mushroom/garlic tacos! Beans and rice are really different and good! Margarita Paloma is yummy! The mole fries were an interesting change and the guacamole was really, really good! Will be going back and have already told others about it! We even got there late due to traffic and they were accommodating and the service was great!

   Delicious food--great options for vegetarians, too. Some of the drinks are absolutely fantastic, and the Happy Hour is terrific! The food is inventive, but not fussy or weird. I love really spicy food, but not everyone does, so it is worth noting that even I thought the food was pretty darn hot & spicy....but not to the point of interfering with the flavors. I've been a few times, and will keep coming back.

   This was one of those meals that you think about days after and a smile appears on your face. We started with the guacamole, and I had no idea something as simple as guac could be THIS GOOD. The spice was on point, a dusting of cotija and cilantro built upon the flavors, and we found ourselves trying to lick the bowl. THEN came the fish tacos. I've never had an authentic fish taco until dining here and I'm certain there's no way another will ever compare. The tortilla had just the right amount of chew, the fish was piping hot and crispy, just out of the fryer, and the slaw added the perfect crunch to an unforgettable few bites. I'm eager to try more here, but it'll be hard not to just order fish tacos and guacamole after loving them so damn much.

   We went to Bs Taqueria with my parents wanting to try a good example of Alta California food. The food and service was fantastic but I really want to give a shout out to the host managing the schedule. I'd specifically reserved for 6:45PM and somehow completely misremembered the reservation as being for 8:00PM. I called literally five minutes after our reservation and explained it was completely my fault and they could give our table away if needed. Instead, the host very kindly asked if we still could make it and then scheduled us for that time later in the evening. I know that missing or ditching reservations is a nightmare in the industry so his accommodation for my mistake was really above and beyond.

   The food was very spicy. The waitress warned that The guacamole was spicy and said it was premade and unable to adjust the spice level. I was very disappointed that the food could not be made fresh to adjust the spiciness. Rice and beans would have been delicious but too spicy. Ruined the dining experience
