   We made a last minute reservation to dine at Brutto and enjoyed our meal very much. We have dined here numerous times before and the food is always good but the service has been hit or miss. On this occasion the attention to detail was impeccable and the staff were really friendly maybe because it was not very busy. It was clear that our server knew the menu very well. Our only concern was the team were almost too attentive - hovering around the table to remove finished plates as we were still eating. If I could make one suggestion it would be to gauge the table needs as we found the constant hovering and removal of plates almost before we finished our mouthful of food to be quite interrupting to our conversation.

   Extraordinary restaurant. Starts with the design and decor...unique, modern, tasteful, well-executed. Next the drinks, creative craft cocktails priced appropriately. The food...exceptional! Perfect portion sizes for a creative menu that was flawless. Service...a lot of young staff who clearly have been trained in customer service excellence. We could not have hope for a better evening. Don't miss this restaurant in San Salvador.

   The restaurant is very modern. I ordered the ribeye and it was delicious. Our server David was really nice and gave us recommendations.
