We went on Labor Day weekend. Reservation only and was very understaffed. The staff however were very nice. The food was just ok, very bland, but the espresso's were great. Pretty view and great people watching. There isn't any other restaurants dedicated to brunch so I would recommend it for the experience

We had an absolutely fabulous brunch on the patio overlooking Payette Lake. The restaurant was very busy but the hostess made sure we were seated at our reservation time and even gave us extra champagne with our mimosas to make up for the business of the place! We had the breakfast burrito which was delicious and the lavender mimosas. They specialize in all different mimosas and I’m sure all are great. Highly recommend this adorable local spot!

We were surprised at how expensive one cup of coffee and one coke would be, over $7. They didn't receive huckleberries so we didn't get the muffins we were looking forward to. We both had the breakfast sandwich and it was great. The potatoes had no flavor, surprised no seasoning could be detected. Our second visit and I must say I walked away a bit disappointed. The view is amazing and so fun to have the option to sit outside.

This is the 2nd visit we’ve made in the past year and although the food was good, the wait time has been unacceptable both visits. I don’t know if it’s understaffing or overbooking but you can’t fill your restaurant and expect everyone to wait over an hour for their food. Decrease the number of people you seat if it gets the food out within 30 minutes. Brunch should not turn into a 2 hour ordeal. I am sad to say I won’t be returning.

We dined on a Thursday morning. The restaurant was moderately busy and there seemed to be sufficient staff. We each enjoyed a mimosa-so many delicious flavors! Our eggs tasted fresh and were prepared as requested. They don't serve crispy hashbrowns but rather homestyle sliced fried potatoes. French toast slices were thick and the pancakes super fluffy and delicious. Definitely try the bacon!

Service was good and friendly overall. Mimosa and hot chocolate were good. I like the location overlooking the lake. The inside looks new and updated from the previous owners. The food came out lukewarm and quickly turned cold. The pancakes were a weird consistency, almost like cornbread, and they fell apart quickly, making it hard to eat. Asked for pancakes with chocolate chips and they came out plain. The potatoes didn't have much flavor compared to the Blue Bench Brunchette. Asked for 2 sausages and 1 bacon and got 1 sausage and 2 bacon. 1 of the bacon was burnt on one half. Bacon was very fatty. Ask for no butter and on bread and it came with butter. There was a large group there that let their kids run around and grab straws and sugar packets with their dirty hands. Servers were confused about where to deliver food and drinks.

Unfortunately, we ended up having to wait for at least an hour for our food. The waitress seemed so embarrassed that she wouldn't make eye contact with us when interacting. We tried to stay as positive as we could, but it was a little difficult when she seemed to give up on staying positive. Food was good, but everything was so hot, it seemed like our table was forgotten and then they had to hurry and make the food.

Cute and quintessential atmosphere with great view of the water! We enjoyed getting to go here . Would recommend having a couple more vegan options on their menu but they did have a couple, and overall our experience was great.

We had a reservation outside on the patio for 4 people at 11:45am. Diners were taking their time and after waiting 15 minutes I asked if we could sit inside because it looked as if no one was leaving. They sat us right away inside. We ordered our food and drinks. After 2 drinks and waiting an hour and watching everyone's food come out we asked about ours and they said it would be right up. It was another 10 minutes before it arrived and when it did arrive it was cold and we had to send part of it back. The diners next to us that were seated long after we were got their food in 15 minutes. The food was poor. The waitress didn't check in with us and was busy hugging on her boyfriend in the front of the restaurant and then came to our table with a red tear stained face. She said the manager would comp our food. We never saw the manager. When we complained on the way out the young snotty hostess said that the manager paid for our food out of her own pocket and made it seem like we should be greatful for that. In the meantime the bartender had loads of drinks ready and was shouting for staff to deliver drinks. Additionally, as we were walking out fuming there was a lady behind us complaining of the same issues. We've lived in McCall 20 years and had family visiting and had talked up this restaurant. Brunchette definitely didn't deliver a great McCall experience. I know our town is short staffed but they had plenty of staff standing around, walking around and working so it can't be blamed on that.

4 of ate here for Brunch. We ate outside, lakeside, with an incredible view. Service was quick but not invasive, our waitress gave us time to look at the menu but didn’t rush us at all. The food was INCREDIBLY good! My husband, who isn’t usually impressed with restaurants, has mentioned how good the food was several times since we were there. & it’s a LOT of food. And the the drinks! !(Bloody Mary-excellent: tropical ? With Red Bull & champagne was just like a mimosa but better). Can’t say enough good things about this place & will be returning next week.

We reserved an outdoor table, but was denied one by the host despite four tables being open at the time. There wasn’t even an offer to allow us to wait for a smaller table. Regardless there were at least two or more outdoor open tables the entire time we were there. It was made worse when we we sat next to a table of ten with a half dozen noisy and screaming children. Despite the poor host and seating service, the wait staff was friendly and the food was good, but would not recommend staying if the table you reserved is refused.

My wife and I drove up for the day from Payette and had a great time. The food was solid. Service was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. Our overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. We'll be back.

Bruchette is one of my MUST visit places in McCall! Always look forward to it, even my blue collar man loves it. The dog friendly patio looking out to the lake was perfect, relaxing, and was such a wonderful experience with my pup as well. The orange juice always blows me away, it's TRUE fresh squeezed, not "fresh squeezed from a tube". Can't wait to come back. Thank you!

The food took nearly an hour to arrive. We wouldn't have minded except our server had an attitude and wasn't very kind. Our water and coffee cups needed servicing and our server was nowhere to be found. We overheard the staff say that it was slow and "the calm before the storm" or we would have understood for the lack of attention and kindness. The food and atmosphere made up for the poor service. We will definitely be back.

The food is always delicious here and I love the atmosphere. Unfortunately, our server apparently did not show up for work, but they quickly rallied and then we had several people taking care of us. The music on the patio was so loud we had to ask them to turn it down, which they did, we’re not too demanding but it sounded like we were in a nightclub. Overall we like this place and we come back again and again.

Everything was fantastic except the wait. We ate there two times in two days. The food was great! The first day the food was served to us quickly. However, for some reason, the next day, we waited over an hour and 15 minutes for our food to be served. When the food came, it was fresh and very good, but the wait was unexpected.

We had the best time at brunch yesterday. After eating out several time during our weekend in McCall and being treated poorly by the waitstaff. Brunchette was a breath of fresh air and lovely from start to finish. We arrived about 15 mins early for our reservation but were still seated without having to wait. The waitress who served us was absolutely amazing. Full of smiles, recommendations for food and provided short friendly conversation. She was patient and did not get frustrated with us when she took our order and then a couple people changed their minds. She was wonderful! Our drinks came out very quickly and she made the birthday girl of our group feel extra special. I believe the manager came out towards the end of the meal and we told him how great our server was. After we ate we all purchased coffee cups and wine glasses. By this time it was very busy but the staff was still all smiles and very helpful. I will definitely be recommending this great little restaurant to all my friends and family. My only regret was not eating there at the beginning of our trip. I believe our waitresses name was Olive, she was fabulous! Thank you Olive for being so sweet to us!

We appreciated the wonderful food, service and views at Brunchette On The Lake. Yes, the food took awhile to arrive after we ordered, but we enjoyed our beverages and the view. After a few disappointing dinners elsewhere of mediocre food, this place stands out like a gem for breakfast/lunch. I will definitely return.
