We were able to sit inside, rather than outdoor reservation. Tap water was unavailable. Espresso machine out of order. $5 Figi only. Pork Belly was unavailable after I had ordered it. Chicken and waffles had bacon jam on one side, as it was stacked as a sandwich, fries were over cooked and unseasoned. Buttermilk pancakes were accompanied with good bacon, price should be adjusted, would not recommend paying over $10 to be served with log cabin syrup. Avocado toast was fresh. Margarita was tasty and cute presentation. Went for the lavender CBD latte and pork belly benedict, a tad disappointing. Review menu and call in advance to make sure items are available.
I would recommend it to try it once.
Food is “okay”, nothing special.
Service is horrible. Took them 20 minutes to find someone to attend us.
The service was very slow but the ambience was lovely. The food and drinks were great.
Server took our order and the kitchen delivered our food and we never saw our server again. I had to waive her down. No wonder, because 20% gratuity is automatically added to the bill. There was only 2 of us. Chicken and waffles was the worst I have ever had. The chicken was so thin it was nothing but breading. So bad.
The food was okay but definitely not worth the price. Very overrated and not worth your money.
We had Mike as our waiter for 2 nights, he was AWESOME!! gave us his favorites on the menu, so friendly & an overall great guy!!
Bad experience not much to choose from Etta across the street was packed may be we should have went there
Only an hour and fifteen minutes to dine. Felt very rushed.
Very rude staff and did not follow Covid distancing laws
Service left a lot to be desired. Also, no tap water???? They were charging $5-10/a bottle of water.
The server came around to take the order and then to give our bill. The place wasn't not busy at all, which made it even more difficult to understand the lack of attention.
The food was good.
Pretty casual experience with good distancing between guests. Food was good too.
Very nice place to have brunch! Food was pretty good. I certainly will visit again!!
Overall very good brunch spot, especially with their outdoor seating options. Our service was a bit slow at times but I would just chalk that up to additional precautions and procedures related to COVID-19. Their chicken and waffle sliders were great, and I would definitely recommend going for one of their kits if going with a group of 4 or more.
service was slow and unattentive. ambience is nonexistent. food was adequate. totally unremarkable experience
Alcohol was poured over from someone’s room in the hotel and landed on one of my friend’s heads and her food. We were given a small discount but it kind of ruined the whole meal so we didn’t feel well taken care of and the staff didn’t seem to care much about the significance of what happened.
Brunch should be a pretty easy meal to serve. From the start the service and food left a lot to be desired. The maitre 'de seemed disinterested in serving us, seated us at the worst table (even though there were 7-8 other tables available. Then the servers barely paid attention to us, didn't keep my coffee filled (which is core to brunch service), and the food was poor to boot.... REALLY DISAPPOINTED in my experience
Great place to grab brunch. We sat outdoors and the view was great along with the food. The French toast was delicious.
The Food was Gross, the server didnt know anything about the menu and they charged 20% without making us aware til the end. I will never go there again.
The food was great, prices were reasonable, and portions were good. They weren't serving tap water, so be prepared to pay $5 for still or sparkling water. Service was scarce (no refills on coffee or soda offered), though the server was polite. We weren't informed of COVID guidelines at all, so were surprised that we couldn't pay with separate cards.
Who charges you for WATER??!! It is NOT a covid requirement to not offer tap water but this restaurant was charging $5 for a small Fiji bottle of water!!! Unbelievable. The food was average (if that). Service was NOT good and that’s because tip is already included in your bill! Oh and they won’t split checks either. What a crappy experience. Will never go back and will definitely not recommend .
Rooftop opens at 11. I was unaware when I booked for 9am. They aren’t giving complimentary water, instead charging 5 dollars for water. We had the chicken and waffles. Waffles were soft and not crispy at all, chicken had a thick layer of breading. I ordered a cranberry juice, and even that was watered down..... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
Outside patio brunch, an essential right now. Ambiance is great, food was fine, service was fine. They pre grat. at 20%, which was something they didn’t notate along with all the other Covid directives, but food wasn’t anything to write home about.I wish it was tastier.,
The two things that I would ding the restaurant on was that I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s 40th birthday in the reservation comments. During our visit, there was no recognition of his birthday. Second thing is that the tres leches pancakes needed more milk sauce. Everything else was fine.
Service was horrible . Not friendly at all . Order French toast and it came back raw and undone. I then asked for a new batch next batch comes out totally burnt . server just rolled her eyes and removed plate . Visited this location once before last year , service was also terrible but food was amazing which is why we gave it a second try and going forward wouldn’t spend another dime nor recommend this place to anyone.
Overall, the meal was meh...I just had to ask my dining companion what we had to eat, and it was less than 72 hours ago. Additionally, I'm generally okay with the concept of some sort of COVID related upcharge. But, on a $70 bill, the service charge was $11.00 for two people. I don't know if that was the hotel surcharge that typically got charged when the hotel was functioning normally, but 16% before the gratuity for two people? I don't know that I think that is reasonable.
Went for the happy hour...all was great.
Good food, service and value.
A neighborhood favorite.
Great food. Customer service was “meh”. Restaurant was empty, had a reservation for 5. Could not sit down until everyone arise (Party was about 10 mins late). Made no sense given how empty restaurant was. Would make sense if restaurant was busy.
Upon being seated we were immediately alerted that the restaurant policy was one check. It was rude to lead with that. We did not need or ask for separate checks. I planned on paying one check to start. This “policy” however, is not listed on the company website. It was just an odd interaction .
This was a great place for a quiet, low-key brunch date!
Katie thank you so much for visiting us, please come back and join us soon!
The waitress was extremely rude and it took over 20 minutes to get an order taken. There was no communication of when the bottomless mimosa would end only that it was for an hour and a half. At 1:27 we ordered one more mimosa carafe and the waitress said it ends at 1:30 so she said we couldn’t have one. She also threatened to take our almost finished mimosa away. We were not being obnoxious and had not taken advantage of the mimosa deal. Terrible experience.
We had an amazing experience
The heuvos rancheros is delicious!! Must have! And the mimosas and Bellinis are delicious too! I definitely will be going back for both!
Thank you for visiting us recently and for taking the time to leave a review, please come back and join us again soon.
i wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone
Called a week prior to verify gluten free options.
When we arrive the only thing gluten free was omelet.
My daughter has celiacs and there was nothing really for her to eat.
The waitress we had would forget to refill any drinks we asked for. My husband even gave the waitress his glass and she walked away. It took 20 minutes to get any refills.
If it was busy I would understand but there were only a few tables occupied.
Very good food and atmosphere
I inadvertently selected Monday, October 21st for my reservations on Open Table, but the actual visit was on Sunday, October 20th at 9:45am. I was taking a girlfriend out for her birthday and the experience was not the best. My order did not come out with my girlfriend's order and there was a delay not much. The Coco Cakes were slightly cold and not very good. My girlfriend ordered the cinnamon French toast and it was delish. I mentioned that I had the reservations on the wrong day and the waitress indicated that she would make the switch and the change was not made. The customer service was not the best in my opinion. Not a place I would go back to ever which is a shame because I like the feel of the place. Perhaps, a 10% discount on the meal would have shown good faith.
Hi Febe! Thank you for visiting us recently, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed the cinnamon roll french toast. We did make that switch for your reservation on our end please feel free to reach out to us directly we can definitely send that information over to you.
It took a while to get service. When server arrived she blamed it on our party not being complete. But it had been complete for over 15 mins.
Staff was very rude. Neica the manager to be exact. Food was ok.
The service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for our server to come over every time we needed something because she never checked on our table and when she would come she had a terrible attitude. There were only 5 tables, our party of 5 was the largest. The food was mediocre.
Can you please send us a DM we would like to hear more about your visit
Good food, great service. Not crowded on a Friday afternoon. Loved the mimosa package. Will be back for sure!
