Outside patio brunch, an essential right now. Ambiance is great, food was fine, service was fine. They pre grat. at 20%, which was something they didn’t notate along with all the other Covid directives, but food wasn’t anything to write home about.I wish it was tastier.,
The two things that I would ding the restaurant on was that I mentioned it was my boyfriend’s 40th birthday in the reservation comments. During our visit, there was no recognition of his birthday. Second thing is that the tres leches pancakes needed more milk sauce. Everything else was fine.
Service was horrible . Not friendly at all . Order French toast and it came back raw and undone. I then asked for a new batch next batch comes out totally burnt . server just rolled her eyes and removed plate . Visited this location once before last year , service was also terrible but food was amazing which is why we gave it a second try and going forward wouldn’t spend another dime nor recommend this place to anyone.
Overall, the meal was meh...I just had to ask my dining companion what we had to eat, and it was less than 72 hours ago. Additionally, I'm generally okay with the concept of some sort of COVID related upcharge. But, on a $70 bill, the service charge was $11.00 for two people. I don't know if that was the hotel surcharge that typically got charged when the hotel was functioning normally, but 16% before the gratuity for two people? I don't know that I think that is reasonable.
Went for the happy hour...all was great.

Great food. Customer service was “meh”. Restaurant was empty, had a reservation for 5. Could not sit down until everyone arise (Party was about 10 mins late). Made no sense given how empty restaurant was. Would make sense if restaurant was busy.
Upon being seated we were immediately alerted that the restaurant policy was one check. It was rude to lead with that. We did not need or ask for separate checks. I planned on paying one check to start. This “policy” however, is not listed on the company website. It was just an odd interaction .
This was a great place for a quiet, low-key brunch date!

The waitress was extremely rude and it took over 20 minutes to get an order taken. There was no communication of when the bottomless mimosa would end only that it was for an hour and a half. At 1:27 we ordered one more mimosa carafe and the waitress said it ends at 1:30 so she said we couldn’t have one. She also threatened to take our almost finished mimosa away. We were not being obnoxious and had not taken advantage of the mimosa deal. Terrible experience.

The heuvos rancheros is delicious!! Must have! And the mimosas and Bellinis are delicious too! I definitely will be going back for both!

Called a week prior to verify gluten free options.
When we arrive the only thing gluten free was omelet.
My daughter has celiacs and there was nothing really for her to eat.
The waitress we had would forget to refill any drinks we asked for. My husband even gave the waitress his glass and she walked away. It took 20 minutes to get any refills.
If it was busy I would understand but there were only a few tables occupied.
Very good food and atmosphere
I inadvertently selected Monday, October 21st for my reservations on Open Table, but the actual visit was on Sunday, October 20th at 9:45am. I was taking a girlfriend out for her birthday and the experience was not the best. My order did not come out with my girlfriend's order and there was a delay not much. The Coco Cakes were slightly cold and not very good. My girlfriend ordered the cinnamon French toast and it was delish. I mentioned that I had the reservations on the wrong day and the waitress indicated that she would make the switch and the change was not made. The customer service was not the best in my opinion. Not a place I would go back to ever which is a shame because I like the feel of the place. Perhaps, a 10% discount on the meal would have shown good faith.

It took a while to get service. When server arrived she blamed it on our party not being complete. But it had been complete for over 15 mins.
Staff was very rude. Neica the manager to be exact. Food was ok.
The service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for our server to come over every time we needed something because she never checked on our table and when she would come she had a terrible attitude. There were only 5 tables, our party of 5 was the largest. The food was mediocre.
