   Great experience and fantastic service. Mikela gave us great service and very attentive. Food was tasty and the dumplings, absolutely a must have.

   Cool space a bit off the main strip so a little quieter which is what we were looking for. Our server, Jordan, was very good so the low score is NOT about him. It’s about the kitchen that seemed to just shut down for literally1 hour. No food came out. That’s just too long and as much as Jordan kept apologizing no one from management said anything, offered a comp drink or dessert etc. by the time we ate they were switching over to be their DJ nightclub and rushed us out without even asking if we wanted dessert. Very disappointing experience.

   A nice casual dinner location. Live guitar player, (of course it's Music City), great staff and affordable classic Americana fare.

   It was really slow service. We had a large party and we were the only table there. Our server was so kind but it took us like an hour to get our food and our reservation was at 3pm on a Saturday. We had previously eaten here two months ago with a smaller group and got better service.

   Service was awful and it wasn’t even busy. Two bartenders and staff doing more chitchat than service except for one hustling waiter (not ours). Took 30 mins to get drinks, 15 minutes to even get a server to ask if we wanted water. Drinks low quality-pricy poor quality wine and cocktails with barely any alcohol. Food overpriced, could have been reheated frozen with a description that didnt match what appeared. Cheese Pizza with few toppings not drunken mushroom description at all $25. Tacos with dry fish $29. Poor poor. Not sure how it got 4.4 ratings.

   The food itself was pretty good, no complaints there. But unfortunately, the service just didn’t measure up. Our entrees came out at totally different times, which made things a bit awkward. We had folks waiting to eat which made the food cold. Additionally, they never check to see how the food was. On top of that, the server seemed unsure who ordered what, and drink refills were pretty much nonexistent unless we flagged someone down. What made it more frustrating was how slow everything moved. There was only one other group in the restaurant, yet it still took about 15 minutes between just a couple of orders. And when the food did come out, it didn’t exactly feel worth the long wait. On a brighter note, they surprised us with a complimentary slice of key lime pie and I’ve got to say, it was really good. Definitely the highlight of the meal. All in all, solid food, but the service could use some serious attention

   Our reservation was at 7:30 pm. We were seated promptly and ordered drinks. Took almost 25 minutes for drinks to come. Drinks were not garnished but they tasted good. We placed our meal order. 30 minutes after placing the order, the waitress came to advise that one of the menu selections was longer available. It took another 45 minutes for the food to arrive.

   It was good. Not great , not bad, simply “Good”. The big negative was the cold dark environment. Not temperature cold, but visually and sensory cold. Walls were stark black , no decor, musician was okay, but playing “Love Rock” songs on an acoustical guitar on 2nd Ave. in Nashville is …strange. Food was pretty good. Servers and hosts were super nice and tried to make sure we were happy. No reason to stay once finished dining , so we were in an out in about 50 minutes on a Friday 7 o’clock pm Reservation . Place was half full we we arrived as well as when we left. Should have been slammed on Marathon Eve. This is the first restaurant that I did not score high, because of Ambiance. If the place was packed and high energy …. The food would have e scored higher … if you know what I mean by that. Hope to see a change because it’s about to be a Slam Dunk location with Dolly moving “Songteller” and “HQ“ directly across the street! Thx

   Waitress was friendly, but slow. “Speciality” drinks were not good, in fact, we had to send the Espresso Martini back to be re-made. We were excited to eat there because of the reviews and creative sounding menu, but were soon disappointed. Food was mediocre, store bought stuff. Tater tots were out of a bag and cooked, then covered in tasteless sauce. Dumplings were tasteless, as well. Since the appetizers were not good-i changed my order from the lamb risotto (which i figured would not be good) to a smash burger-which was ok (hard to ruin a smash burger) The Mahi Mahi was overcooked, dry, and had to be sent back (both people who ordered it). None of the other dinners were anything memorable, just average. Would not go back
