    Great service and food. Went during a less busy time so was very quiet and service was fast. Burgers and fries were excellent!

    We eat at Bru Burger frequently, very consistent experience in all categories, service, food, etc. Tried onion rings for the first time, my wife and I didn’t care for them, not much favor, a lot of deep fried dough, little onion. Usually we like the homemade ketchup, but this time it tasted overly sweet. Burger was delicious and juicy. Love the triple dip. We shared a delicious brownie with ice cream, topped with whip cream and hot fudge, which was free ($10 value) for our anniversary. Seems like prices keep going up, just like most everything else. It’s nice to have a location (Montgomery) closer to where we live (West Chester) rather than traveling to downtown Cincinnati.

    It didn’t seem to be very busy, but our server was not very attentive to us at all. We had to ask for refills on Coffee when we are ready to order and for our check. My out-of-town guest really loved the location along with the fire pit my grandson especially loved the big water structure outside the restaurant. The chili was excellent and we had mostly clean plates.

    We had a great experience with everything. The burgers were all great and the fires were hot and crispy! We also ordered the charcuterie board and it was good.

    Burger was very good as was salad. No condiments (even salt and pepper) on the table. Water was not offered.
