Consistently good BBQ; generous portions; adult beverages were delicious; waitress was personable and attentive. What more could you want?

This was our first time visiting BRQ - it won’t be our last! Tyler - our server- was amazing! He made our celebration and overall experience really enjoyable.

We came on a very busy Sunday brunch day, so delays in service were to be expected... The food, though, was great! The Trio Benedict was awesome, and our friend enjoyed her omelet. The food definitely makes the dining experience worth it!

This restaurant is great for any occasion. Can be fancy or very casual. My boyfriend and I went for a date, and I was so glad I picked this place! He is so picky, and he loved everything—even gave compliments!

First date night at a restaurant in 11 months and it was absolutely perfect with perfect food, service and Covid precautions.

The service was excellent. The food was great too, but I just wish the steak was juicer however I know it very difficult to perfect a well done steak and keep the juiciness. Overall great place and will definitely return for the lemonade and atmosphere.

We had a nice Valentine’s Day brunch. The complimentary pickles and chips were always such a treat. The bartender made me a lovely non- alcoholic mock tail with blueberries and basil. The Korean barbecue ribs special was tasty, but the crispy brussel sprouts are the biggest hit with me! The wait staff is attentive, but not hovering. Great experience as always.

We visited BRQ for our Valentine’s Day date night. We shared the crab and Brie empanadas and frog legs, both delicious. I had the BBQ Salmon and he had the wedge salad with shrimp. Mine was very good, cooked perfectly. He wasn’t very impressed with the habanero ranch dressing he got, but we both enjoyed our meal. I did notice our server was not as attentive as other servers around us, but he got his job done. It was a great experience and I will definitely be back.

It was good; didn’t smell bbq aroma. So, we ordered seafood.

The house chips were oily and mostly crumbs, the pickles were good. The food was good. I would recommend someone eat here and would eat here again.

The food, service and over all experience was perfect. I was there with a friend I have not seen in several years. Our wait staff was very patient and courteous the entire time. She never made us feel rushed.

Biggest issue here is getting a table once you arrive. There is a breakdown between the hostess and determining where you will be seated. I have noticed this every time I have been there. The wait staff is great as is the food but getting seated promptly is always an issue. I don’t understand the delay when you have a reservation.

As always, the food here is great! The appetizer crab cakes were so good, and we tried the fried brussel sprouts for the first time. Wow! This place is consistent on food quality and service.

This is the 2nd Christmas Eve my family and I have spent at BRQ and our high expectations were met. Food was great and service was great. I have been visiting BRQ since they first opened and have had consistently good experiences both in house and with takeout.

We visit Baton Rouge quite often (from California) and BRQ is a must visit every time. Food is prepared fresh and with just the right amount of spice. Meat is tender and the seafood is exactly what you would expect at a southern Louisiana restaurant. Sunday Brunch is a must!

Seth - the server - was AWESOME!! Desserts are made for GIANT people! Dear lord in heaven! I dare ya to eat it!!

Food was delicious, service was excellent, except for the hostess who wore her mask under her chin. They also seated a table of four next to us who walked in without masks and didn't wear them when they got up to move about.

We have never been disappointed yet at BRQ. Happy they decided to open in that location because it is a great middle of the parish meeting place. The food is consistently good. The service is consistently good. Highly recommend you try it if you haven’t.

Our table had crawfish nachos, 1/2 slab ribs with coleslaw side, pulled chicken with house salad and BBQ brisket burrito. Ribs came with small coleslaw automatically which we didn’t realize so we would have selected a different side had we read the menu a little closer. Both ribs and slaw were delicious. Chicken and salad delicious. Brisket in the BBQ burrito was very fatty. Would definitely order the crawfish nachos again. We were celebrating birthdays and the waiter brought us an enormous slice of carrot cake. It was amazing! We will be back!

BBQ & fresh seafood, big portions, fantastic server, great happy hour special ($6 house wine/$10 classic cocktails) before 6:30pm daily and all day Sat. Will highly recommend BRQ and be back soon.
