                Browns was a very memorable evening. The wait staff was perfect, the food excellent and the atmosphere was unmatchable. It’s going to be expensive but well worth it at the Fairemont.

                We love coming to Brown's Beach House whenever we visit the Big Island. Of course you can't beat the view! But the food and the service continue to be exemplary, as well. Our server Bruce was friendly, attentive and responsive. The chef stopped by to say hello, and the sommelier introduced us to a lovely new blend that we'd never heard of before. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, although be forewarned - the portions are generous! My spouse is picky about fish being overcooked, and I'm pleased to say the kanpachi passed the test. Congratulations to the Brown's Beach House team and thank you for a memorable evening!

                Fantastic view, Music by Payton Cavagas, excellent service. We had the chicjen and the filet mignon. The Cosmopolitan was superb.

                The filet mignon was one of the worst we’ve had - only about 1/2 inch thick and we had to send our back twice due to it being the wrong temperature. The Manager took our entrees off our bill and agreed that the steaks were subpar.

                The view is absolutely beautiful. Husband and I both had the filet, it was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The snickers bar for dessert topped off our dinner, delicious!
