131 years of wine making excellence, paired with seriously good food. Showcasing freshly picked produce from our kitchen garden and pantry preserves, accompanied by premium local suppliers and sustainably sourced native produce, meats and seafood.

Our seasonal menu caters for light lunches, shared feasts with friends and family, or a 5-course wine and food experience.

Full table service either inside or outside, bookings are essential as tables are in high demand.

    Join us in the slow lane for The Slow Lunch: a 5-course degustation matched to premium Brown Brothers wines. As this is a set menu, PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately, dietary requirements can not be catered to in this experience. Featuring a showcase of our finest restaurant offerings straight from the Kitchen Garden to your plate, sit back and relax as you feast upon an exclusive seasonal menu designed by Head Chef Bodee Price. Add the option of matched wines for $35 per person.

    Our weekly changing set menu is served share style across 9 savoury plates, with the option to add dessert &/or cheese to finish Dietary requirements can be accommodated for with prior notice, no prior notice may mean guests are unable to partake in all dishes presented on the day. Children under 12 may join us for a set menu including a snack, a choice of mains & a house made ice cream sundae $35.00 Please let us know in the notes section of your bookings how many children will be joining you in your lunch reservation.     A highly rated experience. The food was delicious and well executed. The menu was interesting and proportions generous. Dominic, our waited was well versed in both wine and food, offering enough guidance. All round a very polished restaurant that I look forward to visiting again soon.

    We enjoyed the Long Lunch. We found all five courses to be interesting and delicious. And Brown Brothers have a large range of wines to draw from to compliment the meal. Every dish had some local ingredients, some of which were made by the chefs in-house (eg soft cheeses and cured meats). The front-of-house staff, led by Tom, were warm, knowledgable and attentive, without being intrusive. We found this to be a truly remarkable and memorable experience, and we are already looking for reasons to come back to North-East Victoria just to enjoy the next evolution of the Brown Brothers Long Lunch.

    We celebrated my partner's birthday over the long weekend and the food was great, the service was amazing and we had a great time both at lunch and at the wine tasting. The set menu was great value for money.

    This is an amazing experience if you're in the area and ready for wine tours or just visiting Beautiful food with support and explanation by the team making the afternoon something we will remember for a long time. The set menu catered for all tastes but exceeded our expectations the matching wines added to the afternoon

    First visit to this iconic Australian wine home. Everything was first class from the wine to the food and service. The tasting in the cellar was also first rate as we were treated to some exceptional aged wines. Can’t recommend the destination highly enough.

    Friday lunch reservation for my Mums birthday. Dominic's service was attentive and knowledgeable. Delivered with a smile and nothing was too much trouble. Courses were visually appealing, scrumptious and thoroughly enjoyed. Wonderful autumn day to look out at inside a warm, ambient setting, loved the open kitchen. Value for money was as expected for this fine dining experience which we truly savoured. Would highly recommend
