It was all good throughly enjoyed our lunch. Staff were efficient but needed to smile occasionally and be a bit more inviting.

The service was lovely and some wonderful dishes to choose from. I feel my mistake was choosing the steak. I had the same experience on a prior visit so perhaps should have chosen differently this time. Steak was so tough I could barely cut it and had to pull the edible parts away from all the gristly parts with my fork. I think if you ask for a well done steak they give you the worst piece they have, and not even a question as to why so much of it was left on the plate.

The two main courses were both served luke warm and this detracted from the quality and enjoyment of the meal. We informed the waiter staff member who advised that they would advise the kitchen, but no other action was taken.

Great food and service. Slightly noisy birthday party nearby lots of yahooing. But hey Saturday is like that. Very enjoyable and I’m now a regular for sure.

The Broughie is my local and always a family favourite. Never disappoints! Food is always great and service is spot on. From the pub favourite Parma to the Porterhouse steak or the Mediterranean chicken. Highly recommend the Broughie to anyone after a good feed.

Our favourite pub in Bendigo, food and wine is always great as is the ambiance. The tables are set apart, so it's not sqashy and the decor is nice. We've eaten at the Brougham Arms many times, the staff are friendly, we will be back.
