Entire experience was amazing. We were running a bit ahead of schedule due to bad weather but hostess was able to seat us right away. Our waiter Chris was on top of things from the minute we sat down and did a fantastic job. Food was delicious! And the there is the view!! Would highly recommend Broome and Orchard to anyone interested in a nice place to eat.

Our waitress was clearly overseeing too many tables. She did great but was overstretched. The bao buns were okay. The tuna crisps were good. The smash wagyu burger and the Polynesian sandwiches were good. The drinks were good. The value was on par for the area.

First, we are local residents, and for some reason, all the staff thought we were tourists, for what that is worth. Located in uptown near the Hyatt (my guess is they get a lot of hotel guests). We thought we would try it out finally. The service, food, and view were outstanding. Our server, Madeline, was excellent, professional, and down to business. The food was excellent. We had the spring salad with steak on top, which was well executed, and a smash burger with lettuce wrap. They used a cabbage leaf, which is an excellent idea to hold the burger together. Well seasoned and well-cooked. We finished dinner off with a flourless chocolate cake that was lovely (although smallish) Outside of being thought of as a tourist, it is expensive, $30 cheeseburgers and salads are not a value, no matter how well prepared. With that said we enjoyed our evening and will go back.

Brussel Sprouts were burned. They said they would comp them and they did, but then further down the check they charged us again for them. Entrees came out while still eating appetizers, so they don't course out your meal. When the check came there was $75 dollars worth of things we didn't order Scallops were good, ribs were tender, but the whole thing was such a hassle.

View was outstanding! Service was great but nobody ever checked back after meal delivery until the final bites. Portions were small. I had the most perfectly cooked salmon (about a 6 oz portion) laid on a bed of corn and beans (a little more than a half cup) for $38. It was incredible but I landed up getting a snack down the road about half hour later as I was hungry. Haha Husband had the prime rib BBQ sandwich and said it was good. Waitress was wonderful. It was odd that we saw nobody after the meal was delivered until my last bite. But then again we were not drinking alcohol. But a tea refill is always appreciated.
