Lovely food and good service. Especially as it was so busy on Christmas Eve. Well organised staff and no delays.

Lovely evening and meal - bit of a delay in table being cleared after the meal and being able to order a desert would be my only comment

Lovely food, great staff. Only issue was that the kids goujons were southern fried, doesn't say that on the menu. I asked the waiter if they had any plain ones but they were the only kind. Otherwise food was good.

The food, service and pricing were all excellent. The only thing that the management need to consider is the volume of the music, which was a bit too loud for us to converse without raising our voices.

Very warm evening stuffy & hot indoors. Service very poor ordered our meal & drinks 15 minutes after been seated. 20 mins later we had to ask again for our drinks. Food served 15 mins after drinks we had to ask for cutlery. Brooklyn seafood special was over cooked perhaps cooked & sitting for a while? After all the delays encountered we exceeded your designated time schedule the waiter came to our table with visa machine and asked us to pay & leave. Our first visit to Brooklyn was the previous Friday evening & we returned based on the beautiful meal & exceptional friendly staff we met on that occasion. We would not eat again with u on a Saturday evening.

Decent Food Pizzas were freshly made and very tasty. Kids loved them. Service was excellent. Location was perfect. Only improvement I would suggest is fixing the issue with the hot water in the toilets. There is a warning sign but it could scald a kids hands.

Had great gluten free options for our coeliac son. He loved the gluten free pasta. Staff were nice and friendly too
