   I had a wonderful experience here—everyone was incredibly friendly, the food was delicious (and plentiful!) and the ambiance is like stumbling into a cozy foyer from a fairytale.

   My friend and I had such a lovely high tea at Brooklyn High Low today — the service was excellent, the options were delicious, and the ambience was so charming and cute! I’d highly recommend coming here, and also can note they easily accommodated my vegetarian friend!

   The team at Brooklyn High Low are so kind & hospitable! I’ve been here twice now and had the best time on both visits — one in the Fall and another in Spring. When it’s chillier they’re even able to offer heaters and warm blankets to keep you cozy and comfortable in the back garden area. The tea selection is endless and so delicious, and every item in the tiered towers is a treat.

   Very cute place, great service, good tea & treats! The garden room is beautiful and we hope to have tea there when the weather is warmer.

   I have been here before with friends for a birthday once my mom heard she wanted to go so I took her for her first experience for her birthday and we loved it! The atmosphere is so perfect displaying all their collections of tea cups and saucers and tea pots you can’t take yourself away from looking everywhere for all their hidden gems! We indulged in their bite sizes sandwiches and desserts we loved their truffle chicken salad and their smoked fish tarts honestly all their sandwiches are delicious we couldn’t pick a favorite so fresh! Their homemade scones with their clotted cheese and jam was so good my favorite was their lemon curd! As for our teas we chose raspberry linzer and coconut truffle they were delicious! We have two servings each we couldn’t believe how much tea we drank but they were too delicious! The raspberry linzer was just like eating the cookie there is no other way to describe it and the coconut truffle was a nice light black tea with a coconut flavor. We were already talking about going back again the staff is so friendly and helpful and Liz she is so sweet and made my mom and I feel so welcomed and extremely accommodating she even let us moved into the garden out back after our time was up for the table! Over all Brooklyn high low is an amazing experience to have with friends and family and j will definitely be coming back!

   Very cute decor, obviously a lot of thought and care went into this space. Unfortunately, the food and service didn’t match the quality of the decor. The bread was stale and the taste of the food was really just average at best. No one checked in on us throughout the meal. We felt very unwelcome. It was a disappointing experience, as we went there to celebrate a special occasion.

    Excellent High Tea! Only issue is service was slow to start, they let us know ahead of time they were running late and they had to seat us 15 minutes after our reservation, that was fine, but then it was another 15 minutes (so 30 minutes after our reservation) before we got any food or drinks, despite giving them our tea order the night before (as requested). So that was disappointing. After that, great! They brought us our food and tea, everything was delicious, and they were very lenient on our leaving time (beyond the extra 15 minutes from the late start), so that was all good. Just wish the start was more prompt!
