   The food was ok. I had the lamb chops they were tasty. Didn’t like the asparagus at all had to send that back. Broccoli was ok. Rice was good.

   I did not have a great experience. It is Mother’s Day and all of the other moms received a rose when seated except for mine and of course this saddened her another woman handed her theirs. Our server (Sanja) asked how was everything 20 minutes after we received our food and I told her I did not like the potatoes at all and would prefer the noodles instead . She told me it wouldn’t be vegetable it would be plain I said that’s fine she asked what’s wrong with what I had I told her I didn’t love it it wasn’t good at all . (Potatoes ) she shrugged her shoulders and walked away stood and watched from the side …40 mins later she brought the receipt and told me I didn’t have to sign . I’ve never been to a restaurant where I didn’t need to sign the amount nor sign my name. I asked the manager for the correct receipt and mentioned my experience. Sanja came over very upset and told me she doesn’t know what else she could have done to satisfy me in the nastiest way . As her manager came back over she toned down her attitude and pretended to be apologetic. I will not be returning to this location due to my service today . I’m very turned off and hopefully this server practices better customer service !

   This was a 10/10 experience!!! I will add this to the list of mandatory stops the next time I’m in NY … we had a bit of a wait but that was made up with one of the best seats on the house and the amazing service. The food was soooo good! We had salt and pepper shrimp , lobster , ginger beef , crab fried rice and the Caesar with bacon! Everything was delicious

   Helen was our witness and was wonderful she told us what was good on the menu and we enjoyed it thx so much. We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and she always wanted to go the food and ambiance was amazing thank you again Brooklyn chop house in Times Square

   We flew into NYC to celebrate my cousins birthday and the concierge at RIU Plaza Timed Square suggested Brooklyn Chop House Times Square and I am so glad he did. We enjoyed our visit and the house salad and shrimp fried rice was perfection.

   Service was top shelf from the time we entered until we left. Great staff ! We did not order from the steak side of the menu but rather shared three appetizers from the Asian side. They were all terrible, as if they had been cooked earlier in the day…. And they arrived at our table within 10 minutes of placing the order. The adjacent table did have appetizing looking meat orders. We were disappointed with our appetizers and decided to pay our bill and head early to our show. Staff are very attentive and great. Our food order, not so much. Sorry…. But that was our experience.

   While the food was good, service was poor. Made a reservation weeks ago and when i showed up on time I was shocked to hear from the hostess seating was on a 1st come first served basis. Was finally seated an hour later and served 30 minutes after that. I had to scarf my food down in order to make a Broadway show on time. This was not my first time there but will surely be my last time.

   We were there for an hour and still hadn’t even received our appetizer so we left. Terrible service

    The food was just ordinary. Most of the bottles of white, rose and rose Prosecco wine were not available and my friend and I refuse to spend $150 a bottle of mediocre wine. The beef satay was tough and inedible. The beef was hard to get it off the skewer. The shrimp fried rice was dry and we were not even offered soy sauce. The duck taco is ok but overpriced. I heard good things about this place. My visit was very disappointing.
